I do not Know Dr Wen, but this lecture shows he was well paid by big pharma. I generally received 4-6k to do a lecture for 2 hours, when doing CEs for nurses/pharmacists when working for Schering pharm "Temodar" although I haven't lectured for them in over 2 years.

Cotara partnership/FDA orphan drug NDA to be submitted by late fall. Dr BC tells me the partnership is the same deal that was going on in the fall but they have not put the final stamp on it? He was excited about the Bavi pancreatic trial saying this will get us there with the two phase 2 stundies for lung cancer that we could submit NDA this time next year. People at Peregrine are aiming for a market cap of 500 million by ASCO, and this time next year possibly 1 billion he was told. The next year is it Ive been telling myself just patiently holding 60k shares hopefully worth 40/share in 18 months and Ill go into snorkeling beach combing for my final career.

Bavituximab is well known and understood here this is the future and these grads are already aware of the study going on here. Whats to come in the coming months will be ground breaking. Cotara will not be going to phase 3 Im told that Garnick is already working with the FDA on requirements for the NDA which Peregrine plans to submit partnered or not by this time next year. Bavi NDA planned for 2nd quarter 2012 based on registrational 2b data! People are talking 6-8billion market cap by then!

My broker says we'll see another run friday news should be out friday or monday, buy now is his advice, but Ive got 10k shares thats enough. I dont have the heart to take his advice and move my money around like we did with ARNA for a couple of weeks. My holdings in ARIA SNSS and PPHM are all about to explode! GOOOOOO ANX! So I can move on to greener pastures.

No news needed this should rise to presplit price 5/share before FDA news then easily go to 9-10/share after FDA accepts application for review! This is how my broker told me this should play out I spoke to him sunday. He said big money is now placing there bets and will gladly buy the little guys shares for under 5 thats what was going on friday!

Ive been digging for info as much as I can but I have to be careful. Ive been told that the large purchase by the investor last week has totally caught management off guard, rumors are going around about possible partnership with Roche, the phase 2b registrational study will be fully enrolled by year end. The breast cancer data has yet to come in which is outstanding news.
Cotara partnership/phase3 study will be by summer. These are the rumors going around, everyone is upbeat about everything but the share price which Im told will go up quickly as soon as full enrollment news is released. Im long 60k shares. 2011 will be the year of PPHM cant hide the data!

I having a feeling though the news I was told should be out before
Xmas, and the share price will slowly rise week to week until we see positive results from the phase 2b trial come in then will be off to the races.

Hi gentlemen just wanted to update everyone talk of Roche buyout/partnership between the docs here at Mass General. Everyone is mentioning buying more shares over the past week. One figure going around is a 3 billion number? Thats about 40-50/share? We can all dream!

By the way no one is using Avastin, pharmacy purchasing told me ordering is down 70 percent in the past 3 months.

I sold the majority of my shares at about 3 even "30k shares" bought ARNA at my brokers advice at 2.90 sold ARNA at 7.87 to be exact then bought back into PPHM at about 1.59 and all my other cancer picks Thank god he knew to get out of this and go to ARNA. I just hope I didn't make a mistake selling ARNA too soon.

Geo I am far from a pumper I feel as though my contacts and my friend who is a broker can give some much needed hope and as close to real second hand inside info as anyone can get. I don't question anyones solidarity to PPHM I have learned so much from Jake, KT, CJ, entdoc, jess, yourself and even Moby that I feel as though I should share what I get. I have recently over the past 3 months bought and sold this stock on by broker's advice and have nearly doubled my shares. I am long and hope to not have too take the risk of ever selling again until it is for a huge profit!

Gentleman, we all need to think of this time as an unbelievable buying opportunity, remember DNDN or even HGSI was trading at 2 dollar range "as low as 50 cents" during a phase III lupus study then as soon as the data was released the stock 10 X itself and now trades at thirty dollars "6 billion market cap and they don't sell anything!" Peregrine could be in the same range early 2012, after we hear our phase IIb results. If you need the money now you can hope for all the rumors I heard too come true in the next 2 months, but just stay focused we'll be a big biotech in the next 18 months I'm betting 50k of my 401k on it! I now hold 60k shares and I'm long for the big payday!!

This stock will triple easily in the next 6 weeks. That is why there is no volume "All the Players are in" all the trades recently were all small time day trading fools trading 1k share lots or less buying and selling pennies. I spoke with Mr Culley 3 weeks ago NDA will be submitted late Oct early Nov, For those that think 64k is alot of money you are the joke, anyway Mr Culley said he can not state a price but he believes the price will easily exceed last years high when we receive the letter from the FDA accepting the application . I recently bought 10k shares of ANX and will hold for a year to see if it is bought out as Mr Culley also mentioned was a possibility early 2011, but he laughed and said lets get passed the NDA submission. I posted a reply to the neg comments here but it was deleted! Moderator please don't delete! Anyone who would like to have a conversation Im easy to reach if you have any savy of finding me, Ive made a few friends who have called me directly at Mass General including Mr Culley.

Could the same crooks put out 20k call orders at 7.50 oct? They clean up we get true value?

Im told its a hedge fund selling back and forth to itself to lower the price to vacume shares, my friend at Barclays said hes seen it many times , bid it 1.33 they sell at 1.31 they put in a bid at 1.30 they sell at 1.29! The hedge fund that owns 40% of this stock has been doing it for the past 3 months, buying and selling back and forth to themselves while picking up shares from retail investors. Maybe they will reverse fortune as soon as one piece of good news is out so they can get there cheap shares to double digits. Anything is possible Wall Street is more corrupt than Rome!

I bougt back in at 1.54 25k shares and will buy another 25k shares next week as soon as my 401k loan clears in my scott trade acct. Next year at this time were will the price be? With Avastin gone will we be bought out when our IIb data starts coming in at ARCA/ASCO? Something big is going to happen! Too many good/big things happening. This stock has to have a market cap of half a billion next year this time, theres just too many factors. Garnick, 2 phase IIb studies,Cotara patients still alive, breast cancer survival data still not in, even the fact this stock crashed 80% in 3 months on no bad news could be seen as positive news if you look at it as theres some big time players vacuming up shares/ paying bashers to be on this site more than any other biotech message board in history! All Im say is theres no bad news but the fact the stock crashed! We should all wipe our tears and be buying more! We have Garnick!!!!! He would not put his name on a piece of shit there are about 200 other biotechs looking for the next cancer break through!!! We need to buy and stop looking at it everyday!!! I actually received an email from an SEC agent and was told second hand info could be seen as inside info, from here forward I will post as rumors going around and timeline was not disclosed in the rumor.

My average cost for PPHM was 4.15, sold 20k at 2.18 bought ARNA at 5.10 sold ARNA almost 8 rebought 30k share of PPHM in the end Im still down about 30 thousand dollars but have 10k more shares of PPHM over about 6 weeks. Horse poop ???

Ive been corresponding back and forth with CNN house call "Dr Sange Gupta" and what they said is they generally will cover biotech companies in phase 3 studies and if I could forward them more info they would consider covering a story on BAVI. Ive done this all through email and as we all know I can barely type, I was wondering if CJ or KT could try to send some attachments to CNN care of DR SG.

Im an Oncologist amateur investor, and I want to say this drug is the clear winner!! The FDA wants safety! slow and steady weight loss. Locaserin is the next Prozac/Lipitor everyone will be prescribed it to ward off all other chronic illnesses DM, HTN, hyperlipidemia and even future cancer as we all know obesity is the greatest marker to cancer due to increased cortisol etc. Patients will be prescribed locaserin as a weight loss/longevity medication! 65% of the USA is over weight, this medication will change everything. Tommorow Im selling my cancer picks "all great potential companys" and putting it all on ARNA!!!!!

Qnexa VVUSs drug was denied , this makes ARNAs Locaserin the clear winner in the obesity race. The FDA is looking for safety! I just wanted to give all the longs here a big tip. My broker and I are selling all of our shares of ANX PPHM OXGN and ARIA our "cancer plays" and putting what little money we both have "about 60k for me" and are trying for a 3 month 10 bagger as he calls it. PPHM will be at the 2 dollar range for the next few months anyway "if were lucky the way its going". We both are strong believers of Bavi but its time to make money and come back in the winter. Its amazing what a CEO of a company will talk to an investor/MD oncologist about, after he has his secretary varify my DEA# and NPI# and called me on a hospital call list. I'm posting this message just so I can have the last laugh! As for share price his exact statement was we should easily double what we saw for a high in 2010 by 3/11.

We should get a rally soon spoke to Mr Culley last week and said the company is on track to submit NDA 530 11/10. 514 meeting with FDA will happen soon to speak of application for NDA. Bioequivalence from Korea is excellent , these drug are safer and the company is positioned for a buyout 1 billion dollars is target price for both patents if FDA accepts both NDAs.

I pray your correct, as for reporting to the SEC my friend said what they are doing is placing naked shorts and in biotech it will never be seen since this area is so volatile the feds have much bigger things to worry about.

Update from the few people I speak to, ie Dr Chabner/Barclays mng. Stock is suffering from 2 situations, 1 Company is selling at any bid price to raise capital to fund trials. 2 Stock is in "play" by hedge funds selling short to profit off of July 2.50 puts ther target price is 1.50 "Im told" then we should see the stock climb back? I have personally lost 100k between PPHM ANX OXGN and ARIA. So Im in the same boat as the rest of you longs. All I keep telling myself is Bavi beats Avastin! I hope it shows that in the coming ISTs. What Ive learned over the past year is nothing is what you think it is on Wall Street!

I was told all this buying over the past two days was primarily by 5 different hedge/small cap funds, they know this was the bottom and they are positioning for 514 news within 2 weeks? This is what my broker who says he knows these buyers and were going to see 10/share soon. Im off to ASCO today. Go ANX PPHM OXGN!

I have been following this stock closely since 10/09 and when I was investing then my hope/target price was 2-3 dollars per share that was a conservative market cap of 400-500k a very low price for a biotech with 2 NDAs if approved 1 billion. So do the math its all about market cap not share price 50 dollars is 2 dollars before the split etc. 600k market cap next summer if not bought out for that price is conservative. All the big players no this there was some aggresive vacuming of shares today on no news, this is going to be very promising the next couple of weeks, any news will bring it to 5 dollars.
