Im told this movment is due to the Cotara talks that are progressing, Roche is the the bidder and Peregrine last week denied there private offer which was made in november. My broker at Barclays is in Miami and called me this morning he was so ecstatic he said everyone in his inner circle said BUY BUY BUY!!! The whole platform could be sold was what he was told! He did not have a price, I said 3-4 billion he said atleast double!
