Some people here, including myself, have been stating that LWLG is golden. I've been wondering whether it be even better that gold! Or silver. I mean seriously!
Has anybody come come back with the impression that there may be some disagreement, perhaps in the strategy or otherwise, between Marcelli and Lebby?
So true! The Singapore company is privately owned. That could make a difference! It's a long shot but it could work. LWLG contractual relation with that company has to be kept secret. Some private money, individual or conglomerate might end up buying LWLG and take it private. Europe? China? US? Could get interesting. I made my bet, I am staying in.
Now we know who the shorts are! The big corporations have the will and the muscle to coerce, control and manipulate for the purpose of stealing from the little ones. LWLG should offer the Perk technology with exclusivity to a bunch of them and declare openly that he is going to sit down which each one of then separately and that he is going to offer exclusivity to the best offer. He can play the game too. It's called poker.
F2, I didn't know the Einstein story but , whether true or made up it's a great story! Thanks for the laugh!
High speed cables for data transfer. Maybe a client of LWLG in the Netherlands?
Thank you for the link Xena. It might be well worth reading H.Michael Sweeney's book.
I hope he won't give us any time table for when a contract or contracts are going to be signed especially when there are so many big league companies interested. Everybody who is in the game should know that it could be tomorrow or any time after tomorrow. Who is Everybody. The longs the shorts, the MMs, the money managers, the prospective clients and, not last, the competition. We can decide on our own because actions are stronger and better than words. For example when they hire a COO, everybody will know they are going to make lots of money and we'll be golden, right?
Thanks X!! Your synopsis is great help for sure for many of us!
Because they know they are golden.
Elon musk? Not necessarily Tesla,
When the stakes are so high, one way or another, you'll find lots of people with agendas. You and Mark L. are likely to not support the same polymer that most of us here do believe will win in the end. Fine. I wonder though whether the peoples that are "shorting your agenda" are also so noisy on the site where your polymer is being discussed. Is anybody here shorting Paul's Polymer?😂
Small caps are in the dump, right? Quoting Scott Zelniker from UBS Wealth Management on Fox Busyness channel ; you can be wrong on the short term to be right on the long term. Small caps will lead out in the next booming market.
Well, I guess we'll see, won't we?
If you ask yourself who really benefitting from maintaining these low price? Well, we see that the institutions are accumulating all this time that the shares are shorted. So they're benefitting from the shorting, for sure, Are we the longs benefitting. Some of us for sure but not even the majority of us. And why are we not accumulating like the institutions do? Because somebody is constantly speaking in our ears and sowing the seeds of doubt! Doubt is a powerful weapon. The institutions don't want us to accumulate with them, because the price would go slowly up and the accumulation becomes more expensive. They know they can beat us covering their short before the price becomes prohibitive because they are faster and have a lot more money ammunition that we can muster. They don't care if some of their covering occurs at 10, 20,30 o 50 dollars.
They play the long game. They want to get to 60 0r 70% or more of the shares. They know that soon down the road the shares will split probably several time.
They play the long game and they will win. But we can win too. Turn off those annoying noises.
I do not think this is retail shorts. More likely a big chunk of the shorting is been done by the institutional investors whose interest is to maintain the price of the stock as low as possible and continue daily to accumulate. Retail longs are not doing the accumulation enough to affect the stock price while are being nagged by the FUD spreaders on this site and have been hesitant (brainwashed). The retail shorts will hold some of the bag when news come out but the institutions will be there before everybody in splits of a second and buy the entire float in the dark pools. We can't compete with their speed. If we wait for the news to buy, it will at much higher price, and they can rely on retail longs to sell, and will grab our shares, In no time they'll be up to 50% of the share before the weather storm has passed. In other words there's not much time left for us to buy more shares at this ridiculous price.
What would a buy out do to the millions of share short and to the share price? Friendly or hostile.
Thanks, but are the trades recorded with all others as they happen? Or are they not recorded?
Do we know when trades in the dark pools are occurring on a daily base, or they are reported later.
It's like for LWLG, most people don't know what they don't know and worse they don't know why they don't know.
Guarantee is a strong word. reasonable expectations I like better This would be a question for Dr Lebby to answer. When a few take the dive first, you know that others will follow. And he'll be ready with perk for them. If there is a stampede, some will have to wait if necessary but the cat will be out of the bag by then. It's a good problem to have.
Is there any expert on heteroepitaxis on this board? Otherwise we better ask Dr Lebby.
Loop, Perkamine is an an organic compound that doesn't occur in nature and has to be manufactured not unlike a pharmaceutical compound. I don't think this would be like IDCC with Nokia. Am I correct?
That's interesting and good to know!
The company ,I still believe , is an amazing investment on Dr Lebby and his future. The 10K yesterday had a lot of technical fluff that near nobody understand, in addition to a pletora of legal mambo jambo and cover your axx stuff that may be necessary but it's done to please the lawyers. Manage your risk is long become the first commandament of all enterprises everywhere. I think that somebody went overboard on this 10K but it is past history, nothing new! It means nothing to us investors The 10Qs, that's what's more telling. I don't remember the 10K of 2022, but that's also past history. The future is what counts. Come on!
Wow! This is a 10K? It's huge! It is supposed to tell all that happened in a year, I understand, but for a small company it's again very detailed and long. Nice illustration and diagrams, etc. It was probably done by one of the new hires. Nice job for sure but who is gonna read that all? I like to read the 10Q reports, they are much more interesting.
DJ. don't apologize; glad to be reminded like probably many of us.
I bet Teddy's boss has a China address.
Does anybody think that there might be foreign interest shorting LWLG? Why? because it would give the US so much advantage with AI etc?
I remember that Lebby said the Perkamine can be added to all kinds of semiconductors, not just silicon.
Wow! That was Michael Lebby thanking Mdk1 !?
I wonder how much of the short interest is held in the dark pools?
F2, I still think that the huge short position protects the company from being acquired on the cheep in the early phases; covering their own short position will be expensive but the run of the cheap shares they already own will counterbalance the losses having to cover, and the shares they acquire covering will also increase in value. They are not going to lose money in the end and will control more shares. These people are not retail shorts, this is big money.
I agree, If a big name like like NVIDIA (or others ) is in the process of deciding a take over buy of LWLG I think that Dr Lebby would want to wait before signing a contract with any foundry, but that would create a leverage against both sides that he could use to get a really great deal. If an offer of a buy would be announced, wouldn't that alone cause a squeeze?
Is it possible that the shorting protects us from a premature take-over? Who would make an offer when it would trigger a squeeze of epic proportions? Any offer would have to be disclosed to the public.
Streisand effect!? Isn't that kind of early for you to raise that flag? It's been only a few hours since you got in. You should wait until people here get to know you better. But, that's only MO.
If one reads the books of Whitney A. Webb ( yes, I have got the time on the exercise bike) one begins to understand why Dr Lebby is so cagey about future company income,
Jeunke22, He or it is probably just a member of the team with that role and there may be others on his team masquerading. There is a lot of money at stake and money talks.
Is LWLG working with Epaz on the US navy drone? I wonder whether there is a link. The Navy want to sell it to the Saudis and UAE ?!
That's the way you can tell a human from a bot. Only human have common sense.
