Since you did not answer my question, your saying you did not call the publisher.
Ok, let me try another. Would like the publisher to speak to you explaining that the $50,000 check never made it in time for the ad deadline?
Go TDEY
Did you call the publisher to hear it from him that Clark did not pay the $50,000 in time for the SB ad to run?
Go TDEY
You don't get the facts from Clark.
Call the SB publisher
Call who he is leasing space from (Serendipity, Dan)
Call IZON CEO
Call Jasper CEO
Call Michael G.
Read the settlement to see where Clark is forced to pay and do his conversions (If he ever does any)
Be creative make calls gather DD.
DD is not info from PR's, CC's, Facebook, and Tweets
The ad contract was signed by Clark Ortiz, with Swordfish.
If you call the publisher, he will tell you.
Nobody here has called? Or nobody wants to share the truth?
Go TDEY
Did you call Dan with Serendipity to get the scoop?
Clark is subletting to small offices from them.
He can fit what he will be moving in the back of his Subaru.
IMO, Clark's intention was to place the ads.
The copy was ready to go, fact.
Why it was not placed could be at least few reasons:
1) He did not have the $50,000. Doubtful since he said during yesterdays CC that he has, an will continue to dilute, 50 million shares at a time, when and if he needs to.
2) Had all the intentions, but simply missed the deadline (doubtful, IMO)
3) Ad was dependent on the QR code sending people to the app. App is not ready, Clark did not pay for ad, ad not placed.
4) Clark never intended to place the ad, but merely wanted to give the impression of good news. (Just like him renting two small offices at Studio 121)
My money is on # 3.
Clark has good intentions, he is just a horrible business man.
This fiasco is just another example proving that point.
Remember also, he can pay himself whenever he want as much as he wants. He has more money now for his wife and kids that he has ever had in his life.
- Five first class round trip tickets to PR, $4,000
- Two rooms for Two nights at a five star hotel, $1,000
- Fine dining for two days, $2,200
There are some things money can't buy, for everything else there is dilution.
Go TDEY
All right up and running, here is your homework assignment; find out how many shares or how money that Clark gave Pennystockssites to run the promo. Time to beat, 3 minutes, 30 seconds. Go.
Hey K
Just letting you know, I have been playing here for a while.
Go ERBB
Well, In my very humble opinion; Clark is actually trying to make his dream work.
He may not outright lie, but he does hide the full truths.
When he deferred the "ad" question to TDEY, you have to ask "What about his trifecta?"
Has Clark thrown in the towel on TDEY and going to concentrate on the other?
He is going to throw TDEY under the bus when the PB/SB ad is exposed.
Trade smart.
Go TDEY
This just too easy.
Listened to CC. Clark spewing about the new studio. He made it clear they are renting.
Well simple call to Studio 121. 817-222-1234. Clark sharing with a company called Serendipitus 817-371-9222. Talked to Dan, yes Clark subletting office space, not sure when he is "moving" in. Two offices, small, 400sq. ft and 300sq.ft. Common reception room, kitchen, bathroom.
Nice.
Go TEDY
The publisher knew it was Swordfish, he knew Clark Ortiz had not paid in time.
Did you call today?
What happened to the "Trifecta Initiative"?
It was a Clark Ortiz's ad, he signed it, he did not pay in time.
He did not answer to question about the PB/SB ad.
It had been confirmed, a deal was signed.
It has also been confirmed, it was not paid for in time.
When will that news be shared?
That would be a fourth time.
You may want to daauble check your Pro Bowl, Super Bowl calendar.
You will feel better.
I was under the impression Joe works for PSP. (publisher) (I called PSP to reach him 212-697-1460)
Joe told me NEP is a subsidiary of PSP.
It would make sense that he is listed at both companies since both companies sell ad space. Any more than that and I would be speculating.
Good luck.
Thanks for trying.
Go TDEY
Thanks.
Try the PSP number, when the lady answers, tell her your name and company and say you would like to speak to Joe Wattam.
Pick up the phone and call PSP and ask if the Swordfish ad made the deadline.
Don't be so f%$@ lazy
Morning Elcappy1
Have you called the publisher yet to ask him if the Swordfish ad made the deadline for the Super Bowl program?
Or for that matter, has anyone else called.
Go TDEY
From the Company.
"Conservative projections place our subscription base over 100,000 within the first 12 months"
Are we on target?
What month are we in?
Go TDEY
Sounds like you have not called.
This the most basic DD one could do.
It is not speculation. Just call the publisher and ask if the Swordfish ad made the deadline for the SB program.
Then you will not have to speculate.
Why don't you call the publisher, and ask him if the Swordfish full page ad made the deadline?
Ad deadline was last week, final, after two teams are established, explained in previous posts.
It wasn't "all" a lie. Just did not pay in time.
Correct.
Yes.
My previous posts explain NEP/PSP relationship, Super Bowl program, cost of ad, deadline for ad, Clark's missed deadline.
Thanks for the response.
It should be easy for you to confirm how ads have deadlines, even though the final copy may not be ready. (ie, two Super Bowl teams)o
Getting ready to bottle some homebrew.
Good weekend, see you Tuesday.
Go TDEY
Pretty close.
Yes, spoke to Joe D.
IZON has no "agreement" with TDEY, it was a settlement.
(one needs to read it)
If Joe, in fact does not know who Clark Ortiz is, that merely shows how insignificant he is.
Not sure what you mean when you say Joe is "the manager/partner with Michael" Is that an assumption you are making?
Go TDEY
By the way, I answer all your question, why don't you want to answer any of mine?
I made it pretty clear. Sorry you don't get it.
You are correct.
The ad was run through NEP, a sub of PSP.
NEP is strictly about selling ads in the publications that are shown on their website.
It originally irked me that NEP made it seem that the publications were "theirs" , giving the impression that they published them.
I later found out NEP is the sub.
PSP is the publisher.
NEP website is misleading, but not entirely incorrect.
Anyway, PSP has the final say on all ads, including payment. They also, of course can sell ad space themselves.
Hope that answered your question.
Go TDEY
Let me help you with some clarifications:
1) IZON is not your company, so stop fantasizing.
2) It was not "some nobody" calling.
3) Your making the wrong assumption when you say "asking all types of question" It was a conversation. Joe had questions for me as well.
4) Joseph DiFrancesco is Founder, Managing Partner of IZON.
Your post indicates a lack of what it takes to first, get people to take your call, and second, be able to talk to them in a way to share information.
But then again, I do this for a living.
What do you do in life?
Go TDEY
Are you in the publishing business? Do you know how printing the Super Bowl program works?
Well, I am not, nor did I know how it worked until I spoke with the publisher of the SB program and other publishers to confirm. (I had lunch with a heavy hitter publisher here in Chicago, Friday) I admit, I did not know how it works, I am a fast learner, are you?
Call the publisher yourself and ask him. Joe W.
Deadline for ads was last week. Went to the presses last week. Once the final two teams are established the complete program is printed.
Does that make sense?
Go TDEY
No guessing.
The fact is, Clark did not pay $50,000 for the ad before the deadline. There will be no ad. It was a full page ad, ready to print in the Super Bowl program. Confirmed with publisher.
At some point in time, he will have to admit, no PB or SB add.
Another news item brought to you first, right here.
How do you think that will affect the pps?
Sorry, it wasn't a PR.
It was the day after the M&G where they had a Izon TV set up in the closet in the back.
They had a loop running showing a bullet in 3D.
People thought this was TDEY magic, it was not
I called IZON the next day, spoke to Joseph DiFrancesco Office (407) 310-4522
He knew nothing about TDEY, and when I asked about TDEY showcasing 3D on one of their tv's, he said "Michael (Gibilisco) could have given it to them." I then asked him if he knew who Clark Ortiz was, and he said, "I don't know who he is."
Edit
Sorry wrong info
The PR that told about "moving" to Studio 121
Saw the PR, called to see what the deal really was and got an answer.
It's what I do every day.
Why would you doubt it?
It is not a 10 year agreement like you think.
Read the settlement.
IZON has nothing to do with TDEY.
I spoke to Joseph more than one, he doesn't even know who Clark Ortiz is.
