IMO, Clark's intention was to place the ads.
The copy was ready to go, fact.
Why it was not placed could be at least few reasons:
1) He did not have the $50,000. Doubtful since he said during yesterdays CC that he has, an will continue to dilute, 50 million shares at a time, when and if he needs to.
2) Had all the intentions, but simply missed the deadline (doubtful, IMO)
3) Ad was dependent on the QR code sending people to the app. App is not ready, Clark did not pay for ad, ad not placed.
4) Clark never intended to place the ad, but merely wanted to give the impression of good news. (Just like him renting two small offices at Studio 121)

My money is on # 3.

Clark has good intentions, he is just a horrible business man.
This fiasco is just another example proving that point.

Remember also, he can pay himself whenever he want as much as he wants. He has more money now for his wife and kids that he has ever had in his life.
- Five first class round trip tickets to PR, $4,000
- Two rooms for Two nights at a five star hotel, $1,000
- Fine dining for two days, $2,200
There are some things money can't buy, for everything else there is dilution.

Go TDEY

We ALL know the real answer, there NEVER was going to be an ad,just more pumping BS that he was more than happy to let several shareholders do for him.
