Listened to CC. Clark spewing about the new studio. He made it clear they are renting.
Well simple call to Studio 121. 817-222-1234. Clark sharing with a company called Serendipitus 817-371-9222. Talked to Dan, yes Clark subletting office space, not sure when he is "moving" in. Two offices, small, 400sq. ft and 300sq.ft. Common reception room, kitchen, bathroom.
