I see, who is providing the national sales force to solicit these accounts for USRI. If contracts are secured who is going to perform the collection of scrap metals and tires. Is this going to be handled by another joint marketing/services arrangement? I assure you that HCCI's customers already have secure contracts in hand for the disposal of their tires and scrap metal and most likely with a local company with personal relationships. I'm just trying to figure this thing out.
