I spoke with corporate etrade about the timing of the arrival of the shares of coop. I should receive the initial shares in 5 to 6 days. Smh. He did say that this was not the only transaction but could not expound on more than that

Etrade responded to my inquiry "they are aware of the payout and activity searching with the company for an update. At this time we have not received a payout date."

I just checked mine and I still have yet to see mine either

You had me look at mine on Etrade and I swear I never noticed the 0.0 being green until today

How can we file a formal objection to a verbal unwritten agreement or understanding ?I believe the writing is on the wall you just have to know what you are reading Question? Why was there no objection to the Oral proposed settlement EC actually knows what a rule 9019 which states all parties have 20 days (we got 45 thanks to Rosen) to review it after it's filed, object to it, and negotiate modifications. We wont see an objection until March 26th and this "settlement agreement" is not yet in writing.
