I work for 1 of the contracted counties and got an email stating that EZ kiosk system would be down for a short period as it has been acquired by another company.

I am surprised of no PR of GPSI "possibly" being acquired by another company! If a private company acquires GPSI what happens to our shares?

Yes- That would be gross gain/profit. I would have no idea of cost on their side. We average around 10,000 inmate bookings a year which is small compared to some facilities who book over 100,000 a year

OK- so for the month of June over 112,000 was collected from the main kiosk in the jail lobby (this number was given to me from accounting)and i times that by 12 to get 12 months (its just an estimate that 112k comes in for bail every month) that is 1,344,000.00 collected for the year. I believe the Kiosk fee is 7% so i times the number by .07 and get 94k profit. If my figuring is wrong please correct me This is an estimate based of 1 month collections-Some months could be higher or lower. This facility i work at has over 720 inmates and we have a total of 4 kiosk but this one gets used the most. So if this kiosk is making 7,800 profit a month for CPSZ (94k divided by 12)it pays for itself in 2-3 months and the rest is profit from there. This machine has been here well over a year.

It is my opinion here alone-With Orange County and them coming on site-CPSZ will make BIG TIME money and will be in the green with all kiosk paid off within 6 months.

If I am calculating the service fee correctly that is over 94,000 a year profit for CPSZ from 1 kiosk in 1 year :)

I will say this. The one Kiosk that we use at my work for the Month of June 2012 to collect bail, there was over 112,000.00 dollars collected. We have 4 on site. This is the main one but money is always being loaded for commissary accounts, Urinary Analysis Fees for testing, etc. on the other 3. Take 112K times 12 months of the year and it adds up quick. Not sure the percentage the company gets so could someone post the profit CPSZ would make for the year off 1 kiosk?

Looks like a new added feature to the kiosk. You can now send a "canned" text message for 1.99 to a cell phone to inform others where you are and what number to call for info to get you out of jail. Not sure what percent of text CPSZ will get paid but it will add up over time and help pay for installs

Seems to me CPSZ has the money from loans to add any and as many KIOSKS as needed to continue growth. As far as i know they have not defaulted on any payments. With the 2011 financials on their way i would venture to say they will be profitable if not 2012 for sure. More offices opening as well-Does not sound like a company struggling to stay afloat to me. Time will tell-Just a matter of when

I have noticed if u buy at the bid it shows as a sell for some reason and only a buy at the ask shows a "buy". Seems like that really skewes the buy/sell ratio to look really bad while in reality there were alot more buys than reported

I sitting at work staring at 1 of our 4 Kiosk money machines right now. The future is kiosk. I do not know how much time it will take to sweep the country but it is the future. Another facility here in Utah just opened and has new kiosk installed. I need to find out if it is CPSZ that will be another site to be listed soon as they are already using them.

The Kiosk have worked just fine after the upgrade here at Davis County, Utah

I work at the Davis County site where we have 4 Kiosk. I spoke with accounting and they say the Kiosk saves them about 1200.00 a month in man hours. I personally use these Kiosk every day to load money on new inmate accounts and use the debit cards to load money when they are released. Its simple and maintenance free. Before Kiosk here there were always money issues/ misplaced, put on wrong books etc but now all that is not a problem. Kiosk will be the future as all Counties would be benefited going cashless and i hope this company gets that done. Installed at no price it is now just of matter of when.

Dont know if they will still accept my paperwork from broker but when you lose 10's of thousands from misinformation it makes it even that much harder to chug it down lol

I am not on this board to bash CPRKQ cause at this point nothing to gain or lose, just that if i was lied to i want what is mine and if i wasnt i can accept that !!!!!

I work at Davis County which is #30 on the list. We have 4 Kiosk here added 6 months ago or so. The systems work pretty well and do save alot of manpower and money errors. I do believe that before long Kiosk is the future of jail corrections. They are 24 hr service with no staff required for money collection or bail money. I look forward to seeing what happens in the next year or 2 with this one

I havent been on here since CPRK filed for bankrupcy and was recently told of the SEC investigations. CPRK mislead investors "me" for 1 and i would like to know if there is a class action law suit or someone heading that up yet. That is what i want my name on

OOps, didnt see you posted this nor have i followed the board out of sheer disgust for this company. Wont an attorney take the case for a certain percentage back from the winnings in our favor like they do in class action lawsuits.

How would one go about that? They took alot of money from me saying everything was ok, falsifying documents on pinksheets, lack of true info on radio shows, bogus pr's. I think all shareholders who lost on their misrepresentations should be represented by an attorney in a class action lawsuit- period.

Did I miss something? The mill is still noncompatible with the ore. This issue needs to be resolved. Everyone talking about getting running and profitable here????

I guess that's it. Game Over...Lots of peoples money lost here including mine.

There is still money to be made from reserves not coming from copper. CPRK needs to get this mill up and running some way some how.

How is it in the past the metals were pulled successfully from this area? I would be intrigued to learn more about this. The price of gold alone???? There has to be a way.

A shareholders meeting? For what? To say you lost all your money! We know this already.. CPRK in the last PR stated they have key positions open even CEO well-NO ONE wants it or will risk it. We are all on our own as the common shareholders. When everything is salvaged and investors, banks, lenders, etc. get theirs, there will be nothing for commons !!!!!! The truth hurts

Who is going to buy a mill that is not compatible with the ore on site and have seen that a company has already failed trying????? No ONE- If so we would have already sold by now. MS said in the last PR their are no ligitimate offers.

When are we going to get up and running-NEVER- No one is at the mill or site and ZERO improvements are being made. Nothing to improve. The mill is not compatible.

You are correct. Most on here don't have a choice though. I sold most in the low 2's for a huge loss and will continue to buy back in slowly and hopefully double my holdings for no cost. I started buying again at .0017 and will wait for lower now. I can only see that as a way to regain my losses. For what I have lost the few k I risk to gain it back really doesn't matter now- Ive written it off in my mind. I told myself from the beginning-this is the one chance i will take in life to secure my finances-if it fails it will be hard but I feel ok knowing i took a chance, after all cant take it with you to the grave. I figure I have a 15-20 percent chance of smiling down the road.

If they were going BK they would have already closed the doors and not hired a interim CFO. I will agree this is probably their last shot at getting this right. This time it works or game over......

The fact is this stock has potential-You just cant walk away from it. You can try but the mind tells you if they pull it off you will have a nice pay off. The reward outweighs the risk which is very uncommon in pinks.

What are your thoughts FFF? Do you still feel they can pull this off?
