Well, did FINRA respond with comments directly to the OTC Market instead of to $ATVK? Maybe an attempt to reduce the public market size of $ATVK? Why else would the OTC website place them into the "Expert Market" and label them now to a "Dark or Defunct" listing with no listed Quotes?
