Based on recent activity, something is definitely up. Too bad it's not the pps.
Yes,how could i have forgotten the time when Matt sold his shares for "personal reasons". That was a massive red flag, but we ignored it. I wonder where Matt is hiding? Must be horrible living life that way..
Could be a decent fundy play if Joe spends wisely. This POS is the last penny stock i've touched and ever will touch. I might re-invest after the dilution based on there should be no more debt and i still do very much have faith in the science of it all. It burns me thinking of not even covering my initial investment during the pre opening of the lab hype. Realistically,i should of sold it all during that time and take my 5x bagger. Just to think how ignorant greed and faith can make you. My $15K could of been transformed into $75K,instead i'm left with $1K. That is a $74K turn around, unreal. I'm sure there are a lot of people(including yourself)with similar or even worse cases.
I always knew there was something concerning in the way Matt use to twitch his nose and mouth when addressing the shareholders, and don't even get me started with that old drunk O'neill. Seriously, did these two guys really try and make themselves sound like pharma players?
IMO,that was the angle they played in order to make this sound so intriguing. How boring would and bland would it of sounded if this was just played as a storage facility? Remember O'neill's quote "Cord Blood America will be a stem cell pharmacy inside of five years". LOL,what a joke.
Looks like you better get out ASAP. I sold today at .01,watching my 15K turn into $1100. Hey its better than getting back nothing, since i've already wrote this turd off. I'm hoping Joe gets his additional shares to dilute and wipes out the company's debt. I'll probably then take a shot when the pps settles to .002-.003 and throw in 2K or so on a flier and hope for a 5-10x bagger. What else can you do?
I think things are real bad. Matt got out before people discover how bad. Matt worrying about his and his wife's personal safety could of also came into play. I know i wouldn't want a bunch of angry investors that i just screwed over to know my whereabouts.
Would you not consider Matty and wifey out the picture a good thing? I would.
Ohh,that's what it is. Ok thanks.
Looks like the MM's shook the tree pretty well today. Like i said earlier,if the fundamentals remain the same, there is no reason on why the pps will not settle back to .02. On the flipside, there are probably many stockholders and potential investors that are looking at the resignation of Matt as a positive, and from different angles.
It appears .015 may be bottom. The 10Q will shed a bit more light. A decent 10Q could(should)pop the pps back to .02. If your a gambler, now might be a good time to load up a bit and hope the pps settles back to .02 when the smoke clears. It should if the fundamentals remain the same, which is expected.
I agree that the only positive out of this is that the uncertainty of dilution has been removed. The picture should be a lot easier to see now, starting with next month's first quarter results. I think the pps sits where it is now until then, and hopefully the results reflect some more momentum, even if it is small. The pps should be able to sustain a pps increase now with some nice news, unlike in the past where it got pummeled by the dilution monster.
This summer should be interesting either way.
Easy to say now though, isn't it?
No,the filing was due today. Extra day in the calender this year.
If O'neill is gone, then that's a positive step for the company. Complete waste of money imo and a PR disaster when he opens his mouth. Never liked his presence and his knowledge in the industry seems general at best. His knowledge may have been considered pioneer 30 years ago,but today seems basic at best.
I guess i spoke too soon. God i'm getting desperate here.
Hey everybody look! On a day with with no signs of dilution, the pps is actually given some air to breath. C'mon Matty, were all waiting.
A lot of shaking going on around here today. Cmon Matt, give us something.
Yeah,there seems to a wall at .028
Yeah but this stock rarely moves up over 20% without some sort of catalyst. There is a good chance something is up. I'm just hoping this gets up to the .07 - .08 range. If so,i'm probably out.
What's up here today? God i'm hoping massive news has been leaked and continues to drip for another week or so before the official announcement.
No uptrend is about the only reliable expectation here. I noticed a pre market bid of .0185. Nice.
Well lets hope there is a major proven breakthrough before Matty goes through the 250M AS.
That pretty well sums it up. All these PR's regarding the stem cell industry getting ready to take off means squat if we are not strapped in for the ride. Imagine being on a roller coaster while not being strapped in and then hitting that first devastating turn or drop.
From .0242 x .0243 to the ask going back to .0265 inside of a minute.
I noticed, but that could just be someone trading for a 10% gain. I'm hoping like everyone else that we get some major news and pop back up over a dime.Lets see how the day turns out.
I agree. I say we hit a dime before this gets into any kind of serious trouble.
I knew it was time to load up on some .021 - .022's in the last few days.
What a joke this stock has become. I thought the pps may have found a floor @ .025 with the recent news as foundational support. Matt you really screwed the longs here with your lies and false promises. The AS has now roughly doubled since the split and still no acquisitions. There are roughly 120M shared left to dilute and at current prices won't amount to anything that would net us something substantial($2.5M),provided that Matty doesn't use any more shares for everyday operations(i.e PAYROLL). LOLLLLLLLLL !!
Hopefully the next wave of news pushes the pps to the .07 range so i can unload this turd. I'd be happy with a 50% loss right now and take the money and put it into the hands of a CEO that actually cares about his shareholders.
Prove me wrong Matt,i've been waiting long enough.
You hit the nail on the head in regards to the 250M AS count. If Matt cannot position the company into a self sustained state after using up the 250M shares, then we will all sink. I'm hoping Matt did something worthwhile on his recent trip that will get us closer to being CFP. To be honest, the announcement of an acquisition coupled with cash flow positive talk would push us over a dime easily. It only took an announcement regarding BioCells opening up offices in Brazil to push the pps to .077. Imagine what guaranteed existing numbers would do.
CMEX would be sweet..Matt,please tell us you have been putting aside the majority of the share money you have been diluting for an acquisition. It's nice to dream..
Poll/Question to all longs..
Where does the pps have to get to for you to obtain a satisfactory exit point? I guess this depends on whether or not you still believe in this company and Matt. For myself,i averaged down to 0.148 but i'm not willing to invest further. To be honest, the only reason i sank more money into this is that it has shown to rise significantly on news. Not too long ago the ps jumped to .077.
Personally,i'd be willing to cut rope at .08 - .09. The only resistance i may have is that i still believe in the sector, and CBAI is at pretty well rock bottom and just may benefit from the sector heating up.
You should of waited until tomorrow to jump on some .028's..
Floor seems to be .017-.02. The only way in the foreseeable future to make money here is to buy at floor level and just sit and wait for the next PR pump and then unload. Volume will support this theory as the previous pumps have proved. It will take at least a few more years before anything concrete happens here. Keep long shares just in case, but in the meantime buy at .017 - .02 and wait to unload. CBAI will provide this opportunity every 6-8 weeks roughly. Ride the same dilution wave Matty is riding and you'll make out fine.
"I want to see CBAI Grow 20 percent a year!"
At that rate we should break even by 2028.
Very well said Pitman..
Up 25% today. I would of thought the pps would rise a little higher based on today's news, but its a start. I think today's news hasn't filtered throughout the investing world as of yet.
If Matt were a better strategist,he wouldn't dilute on news days. Watching the pps fall off of positive news only raises red flags on a day when there is a big audience. Today is a good example on how the pps can gain traction when there is no dilution.
Dilute in the dark Matty,we'll all be better off.
Hey Locks look!! A news day with low volume and the pps seems to rise! Hmmmm.. I wonder why that is?
Oh c'mon Locks..Are you trying to say based on the pps movement today with decent volume and the great Q results attached, that Matt was not diluting into this news? If Matt wasn't diluting today,we finish green for sure. Give me a break.
Wow! Great news from the FDA. Finally,North American acknowledgment which should break the ice on many other stem cell related approvals. Just think of how many lives this is going to change, especially children.
Cord blood banking is going to explode in a year or so from now. There is going to be tons of news in the next six months to a year regarding life saving stem cell transplants. When people get educated on how using your own stems(100% host acceptance)or from a sibling(90%)acceptance,versus a 65% acceptance rate coming from an outside matchable source, the number of expecting parents that will choose to store will rise dramatically.
IMO,all Matt needs to do is hang low for a bit and let this all come into fruition.
+1...056 x .064,steady as she goes.
.055 x .06.Nice to see it bounce from .05,higher than yesterday's close. I'll take it.
