Summary Results of Operations
Net sales for the third quarter of fiscal 2005 decreased by 7.8% to $2.8 billion from $3.1 billion in the third quarter of fiscal 2004. The decrease in sales was primarily due to a decrease in sales to customers in the personal and business computing and multimedia sectors. For the nine months ended July 2, 2005, net sales increased by 0.8% to $9.0 billion from $8.9 billion in the nine months ended June 26, 2004. The increase in sales for the nine months ended July 2, 2005 was primarily due to an increase in the sales to communications, and medical and industrial instrumentation customers. The increases in sales to these customers was offset partially by decreases in sales to customers in the high end computing, personal and business computing and multimedia sectors.
The following table sets forth, for the periods indicated, key operating results:

Up 6% after being down 90% is not somethng to be proud if?
Absolutely! No doubt about it. That is why the selling from the leaseholder agreement has already begun, and they know more than you do!
Yes
Kudos to those who sold above the current price point. You probably lost money, but not as much as the die hards who THINK this company will rebound back into the high teens.

For those of who who are staying in because of LKJ, you are in need of some serious help. Liar, liar, pants on fire defense is all used up.

ceres, you have no other option but to keep for the loooooong term, or take a loss!
You will be able to purchase more at $0.12. If you wait a little while longer, you will be able to get shares 10 for a dollar, maybe more.
Oh, another thing, only 17 MM under $0.40. To the moon soon.
Nothing more than smoke and mirrors?
There was much more than that! There was another 60% drop in PPS. There was another reason not to trust the CEO. There are many things hapening, none of which are positive!
With everyone who isn't a cheerleader for the stock on IGNORE, how many poster's messages are left to be read? Three? Or is that two?
You da man!
Hey, greg, how about a new poll?
When (not if!) will VTSI be back to single digits?
1. This Monday
2. Next Monday
3. Never
4. Who cares, this stock is not a good investment anyway
OT: When someone says they will do something by a certain date, and it does not get done, and then you give them a chance and they say they will do something by a new revised date, and it does not get done, and then you decide to give them another chance and they promise something will be done by a certain date, AND IT DOES NOT GET DONE, what is one to think. According to this board it means GIVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE. How long has the promises been made? How many times have the promises been broken?
For arguments sake, let's call the boy Kelly!
The Boy Who Cried Wolf
There once was a shepherd boy who was bored as he sat on the hillside watching the village sheep. To amuse himself he took a great breath and sang out, "Wolf! Wolf! The Wolf is chasing the sheep!"
The villagers came running up the hill to help the boy drive the wolf away. But when they arrived at the top of the hill, they found no wolf. The boy laughed at the sight of their angry faces.
"Don't cry 'wolf', shepherd boy," said the villagers, "when there's no wolf!" They went grumbling back down the hill.
Later, the boy sang out again, "Wolf! Wolf! The wolf is chasing the sheep!" To his naughty delight, he watched the villagers run up the hill to help him drive the wolf away.
When the villagers saw no wolf they sternly said, "Save your frightened song for when there is really something wrong! Don't cry 'wolf' when there is NO wolf!"
But the boy just grinned and watched them go grumbling down the hill once more.
Later, he saw a REAL wolf prowling about his flock. Alarmed, he leaped to his feet and sang out as loudly as he could, "Wolf! Wolf!"
But the villagers thought he was trying to fool them again, and so they didn't come.
At sunset, everyone wondered why the shepherd boy hadn't returned to the village with their sheep. They went up the hill to find the boy. They found him weeping.
"There really was a wolf here! The flock has scattered! I cried out, "Wolf!" Why didn't you come?"
An old man tried to comfort the boy as they walked back to the village.
"We'll help you look for the lost sheep in the morning," he said, putting his arm around the youth, "Nobody believes a liar...even when he is telling the truth!"
They will be in business for more than 2 seconds?!!
Now that's confidence.
I guess 5 for a buck wasn't cheap enough! Let's go for 10 for a $1 and see if we get ay interest.
By the way, in your opinion, how much longer will VTSI be in business? The debt for shares is gong to kill the PPS when they start to sell soon.

5 shares for a buck and still no one wants it!
OT: My e-mail address is charliebunny@lycos.com in case you are still interested in contacting me off the board.
Like I said, everyone has posted misinformation as fact, even you, so be careful, very careful.
Correct, I have nothing to worry about.
The funny thing is, is that when VirTra prosecutes those who post misinformation, there will be no one left!
Great, misinformation can be detremental to all. How about chasing after those who are pumping in addition to those bashing the company. Both are providing misinformation.
Too bad they can't prosecute those for having good or bad opinions, though, or everyone on this board will be banned!
Don't let 'em get to you, they are just frustrated the CEO has missed every milestone ever promised.
