Thursday July 7, 8:22 am ET

ARLINGTON, Texas, July 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- VirTra Systems, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: VTSI - News) today announced the sale of an IVR HD-base(TM) situational awareness firearms training simulator to a Mexican municipal police department.
The simulator will provide firearms training for the city's law enforcement personnel, and will include high-definition Spanish-language threat scenarios, weapon-training conversion kits with tetherless recoil, and four patent-pending Threat-Fire(TM) belts. Delivery is scheduled within the next few weeks.

"After reviewing other available simulators, and witnessing first-hand the IVR HD-180(TM) simulator at a recent Mexican trade show, city officials were highly impressed and chose VirTra Systems," stated Luis E. Rodriguez Galindo, Lonexi's managing director. "Lonexi looks forward to further expanding VirTra Systems' installation base here in Mexico, including finalizing a large commitment pending from last year."

The IVR HD-base is VirTra Systems' entry-level firearms simulator, combining full-featured operation with portability and competitive pricing. VirTra Systems also manufactures a complete line of military simulators -- the IVR 4G(TM) series.

"We continue to be rewarded by Lonexi successfully marketing our products in Mexico," stated Michael Kitchen, VirTra Systems' executive vice-president of training and simulation. "As anti-terrorism and narco-terrorism initiatives increase abroad, we are seeing international sales activity increase accordingly."
