I have been on the Chilean Govt. website...still looking, my Spanish is a little bad from lack of use, but I can still read most of it. Their Gov. website is quite extensive and not well organized, at least as far as import/export of pharmaceuticals are concerned...but will keep searching...

SHENZHEN, China, Aug. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Hard to Treat Diseases, Inc. (HTDS:PK), (http://www.htdsmedical.com) subsidiary, shenzhen mellow Hope Pharm Industrial Co., Ltd. (Mellow Hope) announced today that the general manager of mellow Hope paid a visit to chile, in regards to a significant new business development opportunity related to mellow Hope's MedVac flu vaccine products. The company intends to participate in a formal tender process to supply a couple separate orders to a couple separate and unrelated entities in chile.
The company is pleased to report that the company has made a significant progress to secure these couple of interests in chile. mellow Hope is tendering between 2,000,000 to 5,000,000 doses of Flu vaccine, for the chilean market.
Mr. Eric Yuan, Spokesperson for the company, said, "The reason this announcement is being made is three fold. Firstly, to keep our followers and shareholders advised of our daily and ongoing business activities. Secondly certain mellow Hope filings with the chilean authorities in regards to the tender process will be made public shortly. Although available in Spanish only, the Company felt that shareholders should be advised directly, in order to avoid any distortions or rumors should news of these filings leak out through other channels. Finally, should the bid submission be successful, this may very well be the largest single order the company will fulfill to date, and would represent a material business development of interest to our shareholders."
In order to highlight our excitement and expectations mellow Hope's usual tender is in the 250,000 doses of Flu vaccine range such as our recent announcement July 15, 2009, Indonesia transaction. http://www.pinksheets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=htds and our July 10th 2009 India news relea

Even better one!!! Zhejiang Tianyuan Bio-Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd
is not approved by china's SFDA!!! look it up. There are only 2 companies listed with SFDA below...
Two companies' Influenza A (H1N1) Vaccines were recommended to be approved by the CDE of SFDA
Recently, the Center for Drug Evaluation (CDE) of the State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA) held evaluation meetings with recommendations on the approval of immunization with split influenza A (H1N1) vaccines (15μg) from Sinovac Biotech Co., Ltd and Hualan Biological Engineering Inc.
According to the Special Review and Approval Procedure for Drug Registration, SFDA will make decisions within 3 days on whether the vaccines will be approved.
At present, there are 10 vaccine manufacturers developing influenza A (H1N1) vaccines in China, among which seven have filed applications for product registration.

Not that anyone cares about my opinion, but IMO, Bailey's resignation is a clear signal that all is not well with BDGR. He must have found out a thing or two, or three...while being an officer of the Co. and decided he did not want to "go down with the ship" and bailed out before it was to late. Plus, if it was that bad, he wouldn't want this on his resume'!!! Not a good thing to be CEO of a failing company.
Eddie
Thanks Kenco,
Appreciate the feedback, This is my reasoning behind getting in for the day if it looks good, and getting back out before end of day, at least until this suit thing is finalized...
Eddie
At least a few of you all see my point in this suit thing...
The ONLY company named in the suit that is solvent, is BDGR. This means that they will have to foot a very large bill if the suit is lost. This the only scary thing about BDGR IMO. It's to bad that it is the it is, because I believe that under Bailey's command, this company has some great potential. But as one of you stated, this suit may take years to iron out, and by that time, the money they lose in the suit may be just a drop in the bucket if they are successful in finding and pumping some oil and gas!!!
Just my opinion.
And Thanks to all of you for being responsible and intelligent message posters, (most of you). This by far the best message board that I monitor.
Eddie
Thanks John,
Still need to keep a close eye on this one...
Eddie
Thanks all, interesting case...wonder how it will affect BGDR as it is now? Could bankrupt the Co. !?
Eddie
I want to thank John and Kenco and some others for all of their 'honest' input.
I for one realize the dangers and opportunities investing in pink sheet stocks have to offer. There is no devotion, it is all about making a buck. To each there own in how they want attain this. I for one will buy on the 'downs'(hopefully) and sell when it is up (hopefully), a little or a lot. If I can make +15% in a couple of hours or a day, I will sell and re-buy when I think it low again. So, I am neither long or short. Just taking the opportunities as they arise. Just wanted all of you to know where I stand so that when I post something or ask a question, you all know what my "MO" is. (got that from watching cop shows on TV :o) )
Thanks and GLTA,
Eddie
Who is being sued? Lanza or Dragon as it now or before?
By the volumes being traded, this does not look like the typical P and D drama. There are actual accumulations going into the stock
Thanks John, Sounds like a sound plan, but I am going out in the flats to go redfishing, wish me luck, hope to have blackened
redfish for dinner!!!
See you all tomorrow.
Eddie
gonna go fishing, need a break, this stock has been driving me nuts!!! Not to say that I'm already not nuts! :o)
Talk to ya'll tomorrow.
Eddie
BTW, had to do it in blocks...
just sold 500k at .032 a little over half hour ago...gonna see what happens tomorrow to buy back in, if all looks like it is worth while
looks like a good point to get back in if you sold out on the dump wagon, and a good point to buy more ???
Eddie
Think I'd quit Fidelity if that is the case...
Yeah, saw that. Interesting thought John. Let's keep an eye on what happens...
Eddie
very small volume, comparatively speaking from the last few days.
Looks like we will be in "NORMAL" trading sessions for a while. This a good sign, depending if we hold the +.035 level.
Eddie
Thanks for putting it up for me...I was on Yahoo last night tying to calm the bashers/pessimists and scairdy cats (sorry about the scairdy spelling, don't know how to spell it :o) )
