Still scrubbed clean as of today.
Allow me to connect a few dots. Brian L. McLain and 1.9 billion more shares to convert.
Actually the McLain 2B shares are all eligible to be converted.
To scam folks out of their money silly.
Cool man !!!
Wait, what work was that?
Now that is actually interesting.
It's the OTC KAM. You're supposed to forget about all the past lies and focus on the current ones instead.
I think they had to sell all the assets of the original Dryworld to the Chinese to settle their legal and financial woes.
From scamming of course.
But red has the official company excuse for this, so perhaps ask him.
He's posted it several times before.
It's the one with the Illegal Burger food truck behind the county jail.
There's nothing to invest in here. In fact there's nothing at all.
Sheesh man.
Don't you need an actual office first to do that?
Hilarious.
Again, hilarious. You keep trying to insult me.
Of course I know how the OTC works.
THAT'S THE PROBLEM.
Gotta give the new CEO a little more time to come up with trumped up projections to go along with his new bio.
Hey, new CEO.
Already.
I need something stronger than a drink to even attempt to make some alternate universe sense out of that one
Only mostly?
Cusp of what man?
Are you saying they do?
This part of the con game is not as clear as the other elements, but I have my suspicions about how Dryworld Industries in China, clearly the company the provides some inventory to Brands to sell, originated in the first place.
Years ago mass pictures of Dryworld Industries were used via social media to promote Dryworld Brands, a resale two pony show operation out of a small space that warehouses the apparel they do not control nor manufacture, that's crystal clear to me.
In any case this stock is a piece of shit that reeks worse and worse as time passes by.
Who is Apollo? And who is GPL? What are you rambling on about now?
You know damn well it is against Ihub policy to post private messages here, so if you require PROOF....
The "let's tango" comment was in reference to your claims of libel, and twisted interpretation of that.
You say it's libel to state a company is a scam without PROVING it, which is clearly impossible to you.
I'd like to see you prove ASTA is a legitimate company.
That is a pretty simpleton tweet on X from who knows what promoter.
Why is reading between the lines required, always. Along with an endless cycle of when this, when that?
You do realize this is a classic trait of classic historical scams, I hope. The elusive/cryptic tweets crap, the financial disclosures that don't disclose hardly anything in reality, and this constant kicking the proverbial can down the road is indeed - CON ARTIST crap. A very low brow variety of scamming I might add.
YOU may believe all the garbage they spew, but it's not surprising others do not.
Especially at this juncture, with year after year about getting audited, and a name and symbol change thru FINRA.
On this plane of existence exactly NONE of that has occurred either.
Did the Dryworld Brands scam give Dryworld Industries shares to keep quiet about these clowns impersonating them?
The rest of that garble is just that, word salad garble.
Yup. Apparently they can compensate the "consultants" but not the non existent auditors
Imagine that.
And thanks Sterling but I can read press releases without your assistance.
Cool man. How about one phone number of one office anywhere with an actual employee?
Hilarious. I don't trade these shit can scams like you dude.
Do you actually think anyone legitimate would assume this shell and go into "business" with Park? Park is a proven con artist.
Birds of a feather.
I report all sorts of con artists to both the SEC and the feds.
There's no blackmail or extortion lol.
I merely detest scams and scammers.
I have however been greenmailed once, was offered 25K cash to merely leave a particular board alone so the con game could proceed unfettered.
I declined.
Already seen a dozen of those.
And in reality NONE of them were true. Do you expect it to be any different, or just trading OTC scam momentum on news?
I only believe what is believable.
Thank you. And I likewise appreciate your honest input.
Sterling, this bio is incredibly suspect. Persons of that caliber do not crawl into bed with established con artists like Park.
It's simply more ludicrosity emanating from the OTC sewer
How is SPZI a global leader in commodity trading when they haven't executed a single contract?
Bloxcross have a phone number yet? Anywhere?
Actually Park is quite terrible. From both a business and moral viewpoint.
So this really means I want your shares?
I could have bought deep trips when Sterling moved the circus over here. But I didn't.
And I don't care how much money I "missed out on". Because I don't want blood money. I refuse to con my fellow man with my intellect and knowledge. I make money in the value added society.
So I find it extremely shallow to deduct that everyone criticizing obvious scams must have an alterior motive. Must be something in it for them.
It simply isn't true.
People with morals that are mostly non existent in the OTC, do indeed exist.
And a lot of them have been trying in vain to explain this to you. You're seeing others thru the prison of your personal values system, whatever that may be.
Beginning? It's been an obvious con since the dead shell was front loaded right before the circus moved to this town.
Huh?
No thanks. I still do not donate to con artists.
You may not believe it and that's fine but I am quite intelligent and trust me it's a blessing AND a curse at times.
I was merely trying to understand how you think.
