I'm sensing imminent NEWS!
Super news! Thank you Stocky, I'll be buying more..
Exactly, they represent a very attractive financing opportunity right now.
I didn't see it officially but if I were Andy, that's what I'd be targeting. Fact is - BIEL needs cash. They have spent the last decade trying to get FDA clearance, Clinical trials are costly, setting up sales and distribution channels in Europe is costly before it turns to profit, R&D is very costly. They had to dilute to finance all of that - none of us like that but it's understandable. So, now they either grow gradually (with limited cash to advertise and promote the product) or they pitch to potential buyers who will see the obvious potential for mega profit with the right marketing and exposure. Just my thinking - but it seems logical to me?
Without a doubt, BIEL is now actively engaging with companies for a potential buyout. It's the obvious strategy to propel them to new heights. They suddenly make a very attractive acquisition with FDA clearance and a strong track record of sales overseas. A big pharma buyout would wipe out their financial challenges and correct the share structure issues overnight. It would inject cash for huge marketing and sales initiatives, making Actipatch a household name. We know they cannot divulge anything until the deal is signed - what do you think will happen when that PR get announced out of the blue? I am happy for the PPS to stay this low, honestly hoping it stays down til I get paid end of the month, because this is the type of profit making opportunity that doesn't come round too often. Just my opinion ;)
Good info - thanks!
individual investors flipping to take a quick profit?
Horus, do you reckon it will be possible to pick up any more in the .000's? I reckon we'll jump into .001+ land within the first hour of trading.
Why do you think it's a false alarm? News will be published just after markets close today.
Nice! Maybe a Middleton Very Rare befitting this very rare and wonderful stock..I'll drink to that!
FACT - FDA publish approvals on 5th of the month. Company will always release it first, price being squeezed up and up today.... Hmmm now what could that mean??
WOW!!! SOMETHING BIG IS BREWING!!!!!
A buyout will come within 6 months of FDA approval IMO, once BIEL get approval for OTC sales, a whole new world opens up.
So what you're saying is it's high time for BIEL's FDA news to break.
I agree. This week is looking promising.
or perhaps I'll be sitting back and watching my investment take off. Time will tell which of us is right..
Thank you - I'm very pleased, and I'll be even happier later this week :)
Agree - exciting time to be in this stock! Very pleased I loaded up at these level and averaged right down.
here you go - hope this shows up ok, if not, the link is here: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/breakoutboards.aspx

One thing's for sure, FDA know that Trump will zoom in on the drugs and device applications that have been sitting in the queue the longest. He hates bureaucracy. Last thing FDA want is to explain why actipatch - which is used safely all over the world - has been tangled up in red tape, for... how many years now?
News coming this week - call it an educated guess ;) and we're no.14 on breakout boards. The signs are clear. FDA approval imminent!
Dufresda thanks for clarifying - good info!
Dufresda - sorry can you just explain your first sentence "They are already FDA approved they are waiting for over the counter sales clearance from FDA, limited to prescription sales."
So - are you saying you've been told they got OTC clearance from the FDA??
What do you mean by limited to prescription sales - doesn't OTC mean the opposite - ie. that you can buy over the counter WITHOUT a prescription?
Apologies if I'm just misreading your post.
StockProfit - I agree that Forsythe has developed his own treatments - however, the specific 'FIT' Forsythe Immune Therapy undisputably uses Salicinium as an ingredient.
HST Global's own PR labels it as a 'main ingredient'
"Given parenterally, in the form of the Forsythe Immune Therapy #2, the I.V. contains proprietary amounts of normal saline, magnesium chloride, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, B complex, folic acid, vitamin C, L-Lysine, zinc, glutathione, and the main ingredient "Salicinium". The preparation is succussed at the time of the patient's visit, and it is prepared in approximately a 1:70 dilution. "

Hence - I would like some answers from HST Global..

That's what I'm thinking as well....no harm getting getting confirmation from the company though.
thanks!
Has the company commented yet on this development?
http://www.cancerhopecenter.com/
wasn't Salicinium a key ingredient in the FIT treatment, along with Poly MVA??
ijeffc - you seem to be getting a little confused between 'revenue' and 'net profit'.
You don't subtract cost of sales to get a company's 'Revenues'

This looks good!
TDGI Revenue for 2010 – so far:
Total from Movie Theatre Releases [http://boxofficemojo.com/studio/chart/?studio=hannoverhouse.htm] : = 248,002
Total from ‘Made in the USA’ Book sales [ we know the initial 40K copies were sold – so assuming a round figure of 50K books sold at avg profit of $6 per book to Hannover]: = 300,000
Total from DVD sales of Racing Dreams [According to Eric himself http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=53725798 ] : 1,000,000
Total from rest of library[based on ’09 revenues from product sales http://www.otcmarkets.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=28921]: = 935,382
Total = $2.5 Million
+ Add to that figure:
Surge in demand for DVD and Book titles through the busy Christmas season. http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Racing-Dreams-Leads-iw-2202628297.html?x=0&.v=1
International revenues from pact with ‘Final Cut’ to be launched this Nov. http://finance.yahoo.com/news/Hannover-House-Pacts-With-iw-1845359867.html?x=0&.v=1
VOD revenues.
Conservatively – (and completely ignoring T3D ) – looks like TDGI revenues set to increase dramatically on last year.
Extrapolating from above figures – I would put total 2010 revenues at around $4MM.
[Incidentally, those revenues also more than justify a library valuation of $22 MM…I would guess the valuation will actually come out higher]
With shares trading at $0.025, the current Market Cap for TDGI is around $15MM!
PPS is seriously undervalued.
The only reason that it is trading down at these levels is nervousness.
I got nervous myself earlier this week!
When you see your investment dwindle, it’s easy to read a negative, bashing post and take it on board as legit.
But when you go back and do the DD – TDGI is a very rare opportunity.
Feel free to question or alter my calculations. I am not an accountant.
I did this as much for me as for anyone else..
-60cent
yep - I'm satisfied again that Eric is fully committed to TDGI and doing what's needed.
I was just feeling so sick of watching the pps suffer - sometimes better to step right back and take a breather.
cheers!

Thanks John - appreciate you posting the email.

retireb455 - would you mind re-posting the last email you received from Eric ? (couldn't find it when I searched).
I recall he explained how both Twelve and Racing Dreams were on the way to making profits thru DVD and VOD.
I think it was from end of Aug some time and was probably one of the last 'detailed' emails he sent to anybody here.
with thanks!
-60cent
looks that way Bill - but I also see as a big positive Eric's statement "we are under a mutually agreed embargo on any form of announcement re: Terminator"
Why would that be the case if there was nothing to discuss.
I just wish we could fast forward the next few weeks to audited financials, new titles from Montreal film festival announced and a T3000 update!
-60cent
no, I am saying that guy totally fabricated the email.
I also emailed Eric myself when I read the post and he literally just this minute responded (pasted below):
while it's possible that the poster is a time traveler, at present, we are under a mutually agreed embargo on any form of announcement re: Terminator. So no, the email was not from me! Thanks,
Eric Parkinson

Sent from my iPhone
I am just delighted that he has replied after all my giving out yesterday that he had gone to ground!
Also it is very clear that T3000 is very much ongoing.
(take or leave my pasted response above - not gonna waste time doing the whole jpeg thing with my email.)
cheers

yahoo message is falsified.
If you look closely at the link that the guy has in his email to Eric.. http://i56.tinypic.com/eukcc1.jpg
He has taken a legit message link (below) and changed the parameter 'bn' (board number) and made it 'bm'.
http://messages.finance.yahoo.com/Stocks_%28A_to_Z%29/Stocks_T/threadview?m=tm&bn=72222&tid=2754&mid=2754&tof=1&frt=2
Thereby deliberately disabling the link.
So - Eric could not possibly have clicked on that and seen anything.
-60cent
jshook, you voiced my feelings spot on.
note to self: - deep breath..relaaaaaaxxx!!
cheers!

Bill I have already said that I am happy enough to leave this question - seems Fred is occasionally referred to as president.
I simply hadn't noticed that before - I suddenly see it on the PR - and when I check the website he is just the CFO.
But I now agree - seems like a non-issue.
mea culpa - and thanks for the links.
Believe me - I have a lot at stake here - only asked cos I was honestly concerned.
cheers,
-60cent
Tom - I was referring to the PR which states:
"This is an exciting and effective way for us to build awareness and demand among movie audiences," said Fred Shefte, President of Hannover House and Target Development Group, Inc
OK -
Thanks for that!
-60cent
jshook - appreciate all of that.
point is - check the website: http://www.hannoverhouse.com/company-information/
Eric Parkinson always held the position of "CEO/President"
While Fred was the CFO - nothing more.
Now Fred is elevated to 'President' of Hannover House.
Read the PR - Fred is now President.
Big difference in those roles..
How and when did that happen?
-60cent
hokie - I am NOT a basher. Never was - check my posts here!
Iam a large shareholder legitimately questioning why Eric has suddenly :
a.) stopped answering all emails from shareholders.
b.) not been mentioned on a PR for the first time ever.
c.) is no longer president of Hannover House - accoring to the last PR.
Sorry if any of that is 'bashing' in your book.
I'm a seasoned investor and I know the difference between a fair question and a bashing comment - e.g. time2play and jugy.
thanks,
-60cent
