I own all of my original shares from 2006
Morning folks. Any idea why the stock ended the trading day .56 down?
What pains me is that I have held since 2006 and it’s in the 7 range. I also own wrap technologies and it’s higher than virtra for a newer company. I believe virtra and wrap are a nice partnership like the taser integration.
Good morning America segment was awesome. Thanks for the tip. Just watched it Re: Oakland California.
You cannot have a better demonstration of how police deescalation training is so important than to highlight virtra. Years ago I was in the 300 sim here in Orlando at itsec. It was great then and has to be so much improved now. Recent events highlight the necessity for this kind of training.
I have been in since 2006. Seems today was a great and brief run up to new all time highs. I have been patient and believe one day that patience will pay off. How it will pay off, and when, anyone’s guess. The products are very high quality and there is a timeliness of this type of product in the country in light of recent events making it a relevant company.
When I woke up I had to run my eyes and put on the reading glasses to see it up
Over 10, close to 11. Seems to have simmered down a bit. Still a positive day so far. Is it me or on the volume would we expect it only to put up a couple of dollars?
I am here since 2006
With all seriousness, what am I missing. Unrest is not taking center stage on television. No police news prompting conversation and no recent announcements to explain this interest. So again, anyone have real thoughts? Wrap technologies is a great product I bought and it rose to 14. Got out and back in but floundering at 7 range when that product is ideal for the many shootings that have taken place. Could have been much different situations.
I agree. I cannot say bob has handled the pr aspect as well as he could have and the problem clearly is the lack of disclosure to us as shareholders on the thought process he has to promote the company. Certainly, the climate of the country requires appropriate messaging at the appropriate time and place. Tensions are very high in the country so you need to balance the message and the method of delivery as to not offend or receive wrath of anyone.
Morning. I have been in since 2006 and have met bob and have used the sims. They have always been quality. Clearly relevant to the police and military communities and hoping like all the company can succeed so we all can
I was wondering why virtra moved up while everything sunk like a ton of lead. Maybe it is related to the unfortunate shooting of a 13 year old autistic boy whose mother called the police when she went back to work from a long time home with her son. Clearly the use of force of shooting this 13year old with autism highlights the need for training that virtra would seem to provide.
And nothing happened with sales noticed to the world. I was in the stock and hopped out, on a run. Back in twice and down she goes with a product so many will buy. Rather than speak to the countries buying maybe it is better to say how many units purchased which might be a bigger wow factor. I remain confident in this product like virtra, another company with so much promise at a lower price point.
This company sickens me.
Agreed. I met bob in Orlando many years back. Thought the products were great and was not well aware of how bob was or would be. While I see a lot of activity on linked in and I do see television stories on the products, I believe there is a failure when it comes to global press about the company sales and reach. Yes, better website. I wonder though, why would a police agency withhold purchase news? With disclosure laws in many locales, I would be surprised on non disclosure agreements. So, we wait. I am prepared for the drop at the call like every year before. Holly says hello
So I have held on since 2006. A long I guess. I know your dad ruffieruff. I met an Orlando police officer over the weekend and when speaking of the virtra sim, he said it was amazing and so very useful. I keep in because I believe it is best in class as others mention. One day it will pay off as such.
This is so pathetic. I have been patient like the rest of us and all this stock does when it could matter most is tank and no communication from this company at all. I have always given the benefit of the doubt. Horrible the way this company operates
Believe the product is relevant to the times we are experiencing and seems the price ti agencies is accessible so figured it would rise a bit and would leave with some growth on the investment
I just bought into a stock called wrap technologies. I bought as it was flying over 10.00. Like Spider-Man meets police. Fires a web of sorts. Puzzling how a newer company like this can open to the market at 6.00 and here we are with a proven product languishing for years and can’t move higher when the county needs this type of product to train police in the proper and/or best decision making required to avoid unnecessary lethal force.
I have been patient for many years. Should have sold years ago on the run into the 3.00 range. I just posted my 25000 shares for sale on Schwab at 1.25 each. One day my dream will come true. Mark
I am not a twitter user but I can honestly say that my LinkedIn feed has a lot of virtra postings of stories and videos and pictures coming through. Certainly, I would love to see features on cnn and fox and msnbc etc. I do believe too, it’s a delicate issue right now and I am not a marketing person to know the best way to get a message to the masses and decision makers. Hoping virtra has those people because the climate is ripe for their products on deescalation and threat assessment and use of force training. It’s a piece of a very complex puzzle.
So I am watching Schwab site re virtra. Seems moving a bit over 4. What I noticed though is that the three word description of virtra is “aerospace and defense”. Might this be tweaked or changed in some way to reflect police training? Might draw some more eyes. Just an observation. Mark
I have been a shareholder since 2006. I have used the simulators. I have met bob at the virtra booth when I went to itsec years ago with my scout troop. Clearly, the company has products relevant to daily life. Clearly they achieved growth, enough to uplist. It boggles the mind this company cannot grow to the point that the stock performs. I follow the company on linked in and like all posts I see to shed light on the company. Sometimes I reflect that my efforts may be a larger pr effort than the company’s own effort. I have always been patient because I need not retire anytime soon. But when will this company be recognized for what they do? When will shareholder loyalty be rewarded by efforts of the company to do more for our mutual benefit? Bob, please give us some information. Mark in Orlando.
Long holder of this stock. Another good opportunity is virtra which is a use of force training company. Moving strong this am
I am still here since 2006. Patiently waiting for good things and more good things. Cannot argue with quality of their product line. Amazing that the share price never achieved a value suggestive of that quality.
Volusia county sheriff in Daytona beach had news story on local fox affiliate that they have a virtra simulator. It is a five screen 300-degree system. They posted a YouTube video if someone wants to locate the link. The subject of the sim was an active shooter scenario. You can see it on the twitter page for the volusia sheriff.

Good morning again. I drove by about 11 am on a drizzly morning. The station is closer to Daytona Beach Shores, south Atlantic, so south of the more Tourist areas. It is on the West side of the roadway, and the east side is beachside. There are some ocean-front construction projects going on around the location. Again, if someone reaches out to me, and provides me a way, I will email or text you the pics, and you can figure out how to post the photos for the Board to see. I wanted to see for myself, since I feel it is best to get to the bottom of things, since some doubted the existence of the station with branding. There is a covered sign with two prices of fuel, the pumps and awning are labels as Cyberfuels, and there is a sign in the convenience store window. Let me know.
So I am in Daytona and found the station. I did take pictures and if someone messages me with an email I will send them. The station is off the main drag in Daytona by the beach. Sleepy area do not by the speedway. No one at the pumps and one Mercedes in the lot. Let the pics speak for themselves when they are posted.
I am in Daytona. Give me the station address
Good evening fellow shareholders. So, here I am in central Florida, Orlando area. Watching WESH news, the local NBC affiliate and reporter Michelle Meredith did a story with Orange County Sheriff where she entered a Virtra simulator. While we did see the logos on the screens, and it was very favorable about the training provided and she talked of how real it was, I did not hear about the cost of the unit or Virtra by name spoken verbally. I have held since 2006, and still around. Loved seeing it locally. I hope that the video link will be available soon. Mark
Another avenue for updates on Virtra is Linked-In. I found and followed Virtra on Linked-In, and you get a page to view of all of their marketing efforts, stories about their projects, and options available to the law enforcement community. I like the posts they have, and you can provide positive comment, if you like the content. I surmise that if you like something, your contacts then are exposed to your like, or your comment, and Virtra can then be seen by those in your circle, large or small. As a shareholder since 06, trying to do what I can get the word out on this opportunity and company with so much promise. Mark
If they go local and set up sim locations around the state, it might be membership-based or some other shared situation among departments who might not be able or willing, yet, to make the investment alone. I live in Central Florida and we had a Gander Mountain location in Lake Mary with the full sim setup, range, 300 and maybe the smaller 3-screen. That Gander Mountain location closed and maybe Virtra bought the system back, for geographic use near the many Central Florida Sheriff locations, as I saw mention of an upcoming presentation in or around Orange County, which is the Orlando Metro area. If you remember years back, and I have held since 2006, they had an office or sales reps here a while ago. Lockheed Martin also has a major presence with sims in our area. I have used the 300 at ITSEC, in December years ago, when I brought my Scout Troop. It is very impressive and so are the steps taken to get where this company is now on Nasdaq. My two or three cents, and eager to see news on this new angle. Glta mark
Gander mountain closing and if the current plan of some stores reemergence and others closing for good, the lake Mary Florida store which has the original v-300 and the range etc is closing. It would be a great thing for local law enforcement to buy it and for virtra to continue a relationship with them on warranty and upgrades
Welcome to the biggest opportunity on the market, that people are discovering daily. No debt, a company with modern technology for both law enforcement and military use, with a new outlet in the entertainment sector, via Modern Round. I am in this stock since 2006. It is finally a company people are noticing. This is not a video game, when it comes to field training for law enforcement or the military. I have used it, I have seen the competition at ITSEC in Orlando. Others use joysticks on modified weapons or have weapons with hoses or lines. This is realistic and ever-changing with the person monitoring the scenarios for realism. The Threat-fire belt application applies a shock to the body to effectuate a realistic fear factor when the assailants strike you. Seriously, tell your friends and family. Now it the time, before it is unattainable as a reasonably priced option.
As to cost, many departments are pooling resources, or a department buys it and rents it to other local departments. It is the standard for training, and so relevant to the scary world we live in. Just my opinions, but from someone who has believed in the company for a long time.
Welcome dshade and all new to this company. I have held since 2006 and have been patient. The products I have used personally, in Orlando at itsec and gander mountain. I have met bob ferris and appreciate the hard work that has gotten the company to this point, where sales are posting, there is no debt, and the future looks bright. I would hope that many more investors realize this is not a typical pink sheet company but uplifting certainly can and should invite more eyes. I own stock in another pink sheet in the methanol fuel biz, but Virtra is not in their league. Glta.
I am a shareholder and a long with a decent position. I am concerned that promises seem to not be kept, deals seem to not be launched or promoted. I am in the black with my investment but to me, in concerned at the lack of promotion of that lone station selling gas, the lack of information on expansion of Dynamo products through pilot flying j, lack of information about Canada, and general lack of any noise from management. While I am not inclined to bash the stock I own, I am not optimistic reading the many posts speaking to things happening management has not echoed in any appreciable way. I am concerned that with falling gas prices, a methanol fuel is on no one's radar. I am concerned Dynamo news is only a lack of news. In my profession, the information or opinions favorable are nothing more than hearsay if offered for the truth of the matter asserted therein. When management speaks, when deals actually move forward, I will smile again. For now, I regret not selling when it was over 3 bucks.
Afternoon. So the normal price sign only shows regular unleaded at 1.89 and just below it has in yellow 1.69 Eco flex 96 and in smaller letters below that it says flex fuel. The Valero across the street was 1.92 a gallon for regular. Sitting in a grassy area in front by where you pull in, was a decent size sign on wooden spikes so to speak but it needed to be pulled rightly so it would not fold. That sign or banner on wooden spikes faces east/west. I had been to the station when it was first mentioned and it was a week before the arrival of the fuel. On two pumps, basically one pump each side of an island, in yellow is the Eco flex. It replaced the diesel on these pumps.
If someone gives me an email address, I can send the Mobil station photos
