Is there a hint of an R/S in this excerpt from today's PR?
"I will not take a paycheck nor liquidate a single share from my family's trust until we become profitable..."
Does this mean that once BEHL starts making a profit off of revenues that we (the shareholders) will get the R/S axe instead of the pps climb that would benefit all shareholders, as Dennis has stated in the past?
Still Long for BEHL - but this PR doesn't feel right.
Fluff? Then how do you explain BNPD's announcement of the multi-million dollar contract on 17 AUG?

Bionic Products Announces New Corporate Name, New Corporate Management Team and Mission Statement
LAS VEGAS, Aug 17, 2010 (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX) -- Newly appointed Company President, Daniel J. Kennedy, today stated, "We are pleased to announce that on August 12, 2010, we successfully negotiated a change in the corporate management team, corporate name and mission statement of Bionic Products.
"Effectively immediately, our new corporate name is BioCen Natural Products Development Group /quotes/comstock/11i!bnpd (BNPD 0.01, -.00, -40.00%) .
"Our mission is to become the leader in natural algae based products and brands for wholesale and retail consumers, with a continued commitment to incorporating natural ingredients in the highest standards and promoting business practices that respect the Earth and the Environment.
"We have signed a Master Sales Exclusivity Agreement with BioCentric Energy Holdings, LLC (BEHL) to provide us with proprietary and effective nutritional products utilizing organic and sterile actives derived from algae grown in closed-loop photobioreactors. BioCen Natural Products Development Group (BioCen Natural) has captured the attention of major health and nutritional marketers and distributors interested in purchasing our products with highly-beneficial ingredients produced within the United States of America.
"One primary market for BioCen Natural is the Company's health drink division. By developing beverages to include three (3) highly-effective algae strains, Haematococcus pluvialis (Astaxanthin), Spirulina and Chlorella in BioCen's proprietary health drinks, the Company can deliver beverages that meet the daily nutritional recommendations and provide the body with powerful 'super' antioxidants."
Summarized below are the many health benefits of these highly-effective algae strains:
Haematococcus pluvialis (Astaxanthin): Antioxidant - Boost the Immune System
The algae strain Haematococcus pluvialis when processed produces the "super" antioxidant "Astaxanthin," which is red in color and often referred to as "Vitamin X." For more than 10 years, researchers have studied the profound antioxidant properties found in the beautiful red and potent algae. Many health applications for this strain include: cancer treatment and support, immune disorder, arthritis and heart disease. Because Astaxanthin contains a high class of carotenoids, fish, shrimp and crabs obtain their red coloring from this amazing algae.
Spirulina: Protein - Balance
With a natural spiraled shape, this perfectly named algae, Spirulina, is often referred to as the "food of the future." Because Spirulina is a complete protein in itself, it aids in balancing blood sugar levels and helps with weight loss. In its natural form, Spirulina contains more beta-carotene than carrots. In ancient times, Spirulina was used a prime source for protein. Today, BioCen Natural utilizes Spirulina in its health drinks to quickly deliver high protein for a balanced system.
Chlorella: Detoxify - De-Stress
Known as a great detoxifier and a high source of chlorophyll, Chlorella is commonly used in everyday foods and beverages throughout the world. This natural "super-food" contains all of the essential amino acids and enzymes that are necessary to keep the body balanced. Chlorella is often used to alleviate hypertension, constipation, and premenstrual syndrome.
Mr. Kennedy also stated, "We are working closely with Nevada's premier water bottling facility located among the Sierra Nevada Mountains, Nevada Bottling Company, in Pahrump, Nevada to process our propriety health drinks. With sales in the nutraceutical and sport drink industries exceeding $6.2 Billion in the United States with projected annual growth of 10%, BioCen Natural has the capability and capacity to meet these industries' high demands to develop and introduce our unique proprietary and effective nutritional health beverages.
"We look forward to working with our shareholders during this transition period and will provide continued transparency towards meeting our goals and objectives in becoming the leader in natural algae based products and brands."

We shall see, my friend. GLTU...
KPRO:
When you say "they were going to get funding for the converter and then they did" - was this in the form of a PR, or have you been able to pull up the financial documents that reflect that? I am somewhat of a novice with regard to looking up these type of documents, but I don't see anything posted in my Fidelity Site.
What about the statement of "they would get consultants in for fabrication and they did that." Is this more PR, or is there some other data that I have overlooked?
I would feel a whole lot better if I had some "visible proof" - and how much effort would it be to update their web site? What about the posting of their management team's info with photos? What about shareholder updates vice fluffy PRs?
I, too, am holding long - but only by necessity at this point. If I could get out without taking a loss I would. But at this juncture I am better to hold out by chance something does happen. If I lose by holding long, then it would be the same as if I took the loss now.
Tell me if I'm wrong in my thinking....
My situation with PMDP is similar to yours, but I got to ask you - where's your data source for when you say "they are getting things done and that is making forward progress..."?
Their web site has not been updated in eons and their PRs are far and few in between - vague at the very best! I'm not saying they are a scam, but they are not very transparent.
That is why I refuse to invest anymore money with PMDP, As they say down in Missouri "SHOW ME!"
If they would "clean up" their act they could have raked in more money from investors like myself and you.... And we (PMDP and us) would all benefit greatly.
No problem. I was a little alarmed because I didn't see BEHL's logo with AVS' other business partner's. But the e-mail proved BEHL's relationship with AVS.
I hope this e-mail from AVS brings a little bit of relief for skeptics.
And I think I heard about AVS' grant, too.
BEHL will eventually rule! IMHO.
How do we know BEHL uses AVS' harvesting equipment? I wrote an e-mail to AVS and here is their response from a Mister Chad Hummell (Manager of Government, Industries & Collaborations)...
"Good morning. Biocentric Energy is a Collaborative License Holder of our AVS-HDD (Harvesting, Dewatering, and Drying)technology. I have attached our Capabilities Statement and please contact me with any questions. Please send your complete business contact information."
Regards,
Chad Hummell
Manager of Government, Industries and Collaborations

I have pasted the content of the document they sent And I hope this sends you a little reassurance of BEHL's legitimacy.
Company (AVS) Overview
We are researching and developing unique algal technologies with a primary focus on commercialization of concentration, dewatering, drying and extraction of biomass. These disruptive technologies reduce costs and increase quality in a variety of related processing applications for food, chemicals, wastes, and other industrial segments. The manufacturing of processing equipment and the products that result from these applications have the potential to provide fuels, foods, feeds, and chemicals with byproducts such as purified or desalinated water.
Key Personnel
Ross O. Youngs, Inventor & CEO, has established himself as a leader in the conservation of both natural and industrial resources. He holds a number of patents in the US and around the world. Ross’ newest breakthrough technology, the Algaeventure Systems harvester, is used to efficiently extract algae out of water and remove the moisture content with minimal energy costs. His harvesting, dewatering and drying technology gives a new significance to the production of algae as an economically viable resource for fuel.
Jim Cook, Director of Project Management, has extensive experience in project management as well as commercialization. While working for Discovery Systems, he developed with Mr. Ross Youngs an internationally acclaimed process for printing compact discs and launched an in-house digital prepress system, giving Discovery Systems a strategic advantage over the competition for jobs requiring quick turn-around. Jim rejoined Ross in 2000 to help Univenture grow and diversify.
Amy Bucklin, Executive Project Manager, Before joining the team, Ms. Bucklin worked as Executive Assistant to the President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chairman of the Board at Applied Innovation Inc. for 13 years. Prior to that she worked as a Sales Service Representative at Combibloc, Inc.
David Coho, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, As vice president of sales & marketing‚ Coho oversees global sales and marketing for Algaeventure Systems and leads commercialization efforts for its technologies. Along with sales and marketing responsibilities, he significantly contributed to product and business development, sales channel development, global customer relationships and market research.
Chad Hummell, Manager of Government, Industries and Collaborations, has provided products and services to Government agencies in capacities of Director, Sales Manager, and Plant Manager. Upon arrival at Univenture, Chad helped UniKeep™ get on the Federal GSA schedule and heads up the Government sales effort. He also helps to spread knowledge and interest in the Algae Initiative, in which algae is being grown and researched for use as an alternative fuel and source for bioplastics.

R/S emminent! Danger Will Robinson! Danger! Been through this several rounds and lost big because of DM - if only the rest of you could see the light before being burned at the stake and listen to those of us who have tried to warn you....
Madoff ain't got squat on DM!
Negatory, my friend. Gas would be it's highest money-making source of revenue once they lick the BTU situation. All I was suggesting that they might possibly make MORE of a profit with their oil revenues if they could maximize their OIL pumping efforts with lower overhead costs by using the PMDP technology previously stated.
But of course, along with the BTU issue/third party legal issues (both ongoing) -- there could be, IMHO, better management practices set into place by MGLG.
If they truly wanted to be a leader in the OIL/GAS Industry then they could have done better by now (IMHO).
It is - for these very reasons -why shareholders (US) start to think we are being given the shaft sometimes.
That being said - I'm still sticking it out for the LONG HAUL with MGLG -- what else can I do at this point?
Maybe MGLG could go into business with PMDP.
PMDP claimed they possessed a Hydrocarbon Decomposition process used for "Heavy Oil" reclamation. Supposedly this would make the "Sipper" wells, as you call them, profitable. Can't remember the specific details, but it basically allowed them to bring the hard-to-get oil from old oil wells up to the surface for extraction at a highly profitable rate.
Copy that, Superhoops.
I think we'd all feel better if PMDP would give us a "real good" PR vice the fluff PRs we've been getting.
I am, however, somewhat dismayed that they haven't been able to get on board with the BP thing. That being said, I wouldn't count them out yet. BP has been hit from every angle from the Public and Private sectors, as well as the Federal & State governments. They have to scrutinize who they get for cleanup assistance in order to ensure they don't get took in the process. Could be a lot of scammers out there that would try and take advantage of the situation.
Quite possible PMDP might turn up sometheing. I'd feel better if they had an updated web site, and would release financial profits, though.
Opinion not slanted, friend. Just stating that PMDP exhibits several signs of being a scam.
No agenda either - just holding LONG - what else can I do, either PMDP produces something and I win - or I lose out (in which case I'm in the same boat as I am in now).
My portfolio is diversified enough that this is just a lottery play - but like most folks I'd like to hit paydirt, I'd like for PMDP to be a winner, I'd like for all to be winners.
But somewhere between the lines is the need for a REALITY CHECK!
I have been LONG here forever-and-a-day, but does anyone else notice "Signs of a Scam?" I have listed them below with some fitting PMDP - you decide....
1. Lack of communication from the company.
2. No verified/legitimate physical place of business.
3. Incomplete/unprofessional looking website with very old updates, or used for direct shareholder communication.
4. Brand new flashy website and corresponding PR, both providing only bits of vague information.
5. Company officers/employees involved in other penny stocks. (hint: use google)
6. Over-optimistic, hype filled, "too good to be true" statements from the company.
7. Press Releases (PR's) with vague, inconclusive language, insubstantial details, and/or no hard numbers.
8. Multiple PR's in a day, week, or other short period of time falling into the category above.
9. Business models or products that just don't seem "right". (hint: ask yourself, "Would I buy this?")
10. No follow-through on promises by management, eg. financials, share structure updates, uplistings, etc.
11. A company that seems focused on the stock price and not the business.
12. A pinksheet holding company with no actual owned holdings.
13. A company that changes its business entirely, eg. going from petrified wood salvage to lottery machines.
14. A company that pops up quickly into a newly hot business sector, often world news related.
15. Employees immediately dumping stock received through a compensation program.
16. A history of company name changes, symbol changes, and reverse splits.
13. Incessant Dilution
Doesn't it sound strange that Bill Goodwin states in HIS ANSWER ON HIJACKING----"I am not familiar with their CUSIP or any court action." when according to MGLG website Bill Goodwin is listed as the Director/Project Consultant for MGLG!
http://www.magellan-energy.com/mg/mg_2/corporate_mgmt.asp
Citizen Gas Utility District of Scott and Morgan Counties did not list any of the MGLG properties under their future expansion link.
http://www.citizensgas.org/
Also did not see MGLG mentioned in their Local Natural Gas Production paragraph - does anyone think that - though not mentioned by name - that they might be counted as one of the local gas well production stated in the last sentence?
In addition to the natural gas storage fields, Citizens Gas Utility District has several sources of natural gas available. Citizens Gas receives its natural gas supply from the East Tennessee Gas Pipeline which is owned by Duke Energy, Delta Natural Gas, Inc. in Kentucky, Columbia Natural Resources from both Tennessee and Kentucky, as well as local gas well production in Scott, Morgan, Fentress, and Anderson Counties in Tennessee including local production from McCreary County, Kentucky.
Also noted that MGLG Web Site states that they are members of Tennessee Oil and Gas Association but did not see MGLG affiliated with them with any of the other companies.
However, I did notice that Bill Goodwin is listed there as and listed as one of their past presidents.

Thought I'd pass along. Still hoping, but starting to think this company will never bring any fruit to the table. Will continue to HOLD...
No Reverse Split!!!!!!!!!!
Different President and CEO, William H. Hastings, means different Magellan....
Vertical Closed Loop Biofuel video from Valcent - they might make a good partner for BEHL...
Maybe BEHL could link up with VALCENT - what do you all think?
I lost a good deal of money when they did an R/S a while back (I bought high and sold low after the split) - but this company has maintained it pps fairly well after the split....
I still think they might go somewhere....
http://www.valcent.net/s/Home.asp
Copy that - sorry ... eye fatigue from bouncing around the computer all day.... my apologies....
$2.00 pps after R/S wouldn't be worth much more than it was prior to split - probably trying to make the stock look more appealing.
I HATE R/Ssssssssssssssssssssssssssss!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Almost all of the Pennystocks seem to be going this route these days.
To me it's a rip off when they do this to shareholders.
I would rather see a slow climb to a high pps than killing off the accumulation of my shares.
Each share should equal to one vote - that is why the people who start up the company have the majority of shares so they can control the vote, I guess.
This is like announcing someone won the Presidency and they didn't have an election day.
You would think that a company must announce (x amount of days in advance that they are going to do an R/S - and if a vote of shareholders is required I would think that there must be an announcement that a vote for an R/S would be upcoming....
Funny how the PR states that the NavStar Board of Directors and over 50% of the shareholders have officially approved a reverse stock split at a ratio of one hundred fifty to one -
I'm a SHAREHOLDER - and I don't remember anyone asking me about a R/S!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
How is a PR from Oct 2009 considered new PR?
Sound like any stock we know?
Copy all that.
I'll just take my EVFL/EVFN fisaco as my "Baptism of Fire." From this time forward I will do more thorough job on my DD before investing in any stock.
Hopefully, I will be able to make a few Pennystocks pay off someday....
Penny Stock Red Flag Checklist
Hello everyone - stopping buy to see how things are going with EVFN since I bailed - wanted to pass this link along for any newbees who need to become smarter with Pennystocks.
"Fool me once, shame on you (DM), fool me twice shame on me..."
http://www.thethirddimension.net/stocks/pennystockredflagchecklist.html
A: Signs of a Scam
B: Signs of Dilution
C: Signs of a poor stock for trading
Copy that - but I only feel comfortable with "limit orders" and "all or none" when dealing with high volume. I got burned once in penny stocks when some A**hole sold 5 shares at 0.0001 and it cost me $19.95 for the transaction. Fortunately I was able to abort the rest of my order - things happen at warp speed sometimes.
Thanks - I'm surprised VCTZF didn't make the list - they did a 1:18 R/S many moons ago and they have held a steady pps for quite a while - now around 0.95. I like their Vertigro system - too bad BEHL abd VCTZF don't merge!
Copy that - I'll check it out...
Well put, Steve!
Hmm - interesting, because SOLAZYME is number 1 on the list and they are a Private Company (No Public Trading) - who voted them on the list and some of the other Private Companies?
Copy that - good luck to all of us - hope the BTU situation gets resolved PDQ before Old Man Winter sets in!
0.0002
Fiedelity is friendly towards pennystocks - I just had to have my profile updated before they would let me purchase over 10,000 shares. Once I contacted them in an online message session they hooked my right up and now I can purchase up to 10,000,000 million at a whack.
My order went unfilled because their was noone selling, or maybe because I had a limit order in for "ALL or NONE."
Considering how many companies that are out there - it's not all that bad....
Be paitient - somebody's taken notice of this company besides us shareholders - after all they made this years list for the 100 Hottest Companies in Bioenergy for 2009-10
http://www.biofuelsdigest.com/blog2/2009/12/02/the-hot-100-the-100-hottest-companies-in-bioenergy-for-2009-10/
I tried to by 4.9 MILLION the other day (I have Fidelity) and my order just sat there all day unfilled....
Just dropping back in to check - I bailed the other day at 0.04 and took the loss after DM R/Sed me (us) to death - I pumped it into BEHL and PMDP.
I haven't seen any bashers so far over at PMDP - so far just aggressive traders.
Hoping to live the life of O'Reilly, soon! Need enough money to get that Ranch!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
