Oh Really...

Hey amr...yes still in DC knocking that little white ball around.....I got real downtrodden on IDCC last summer after the nokia hit....I was expecting a settlement and stepped up to the plate...unfortunately instead of hitting it out of the park....I struck out swinging......I'm back in and hope to get the chance to take another....swing.....

I did not know rookie but you know what I miss him....I went and read his last few posts....and I smiled.....

does anybody know how he passed....?

wow...I logged in to check out what was happening and read the news about rookie.....thats very sad...I'm glad to have known him ( by his posts ) he sounded like a great guy...I wished I would have had the chance to meet him...at the houston 100.

If this stock ever gets to 100...the houston 100 crowd should honor his memory there....that would be a nice thing to do....

I know who they are and where they live....Mickey also...It just means they are not hiding behind some safe vehicle spewing comments out they tell you who they are...and what they believe....I cant stand these guys that show up and we know nothing about them but their handle.......

After going on the sidelines after the nokia filing and the drop in stock price....I have re entered in a big way on the advice of somebody who I did not even know knew this company.....something big is brewing shortly with a major handset maker....and all ducks will be aligned shortly....I'm not going to comment on what my source told me....but it is big and I am holding for 50....

this stock has a habit of ruining my day....its a paradox...it makes smart men look like idiots and morons look like soothsayers....A wise man once told me hold for 50...after 2 years...of 15-6-28-14.....I think I can find something else that gives me less angina.....I'm sure a lot of you are good men with good hearts but its time for this old boy to move on......

owning IDCC is like owning a biotech stock....

they have the possible cure for something Big...a lot of beleivers and a lot of detractors....a line drawn in the sand if you will...

Big Swings in the stock price....one day we will wake up and this thing will be 50 or 5....Probably not a bad play to be long puts and calls.....but in that case I could guarantee a flat line for 6 months....My opinion earnings will be a nice surprise and we could even get a new licensee....but we will get some more insider sales....that is written in the stars but it is not either good or bad...It just IS.

I think IDCC has a hard time keeping the lead late in the ball game....they just gave up 2 late touchdowns in the fourth quarter of todays game....

Does that mean you are no longer long IDCC or do you just read GE JIm's technical analysis for amusement and not as a tool of what to do. If it is the previous then your point does not hold much weight....No offense to GeJim...Im sure he is a hell of guy...but if you ( who thinks his advice is valuable) are not using it practically....Is it really worth IT....

Yes...I agree...I like WebSite Updates....for some anecdotal evidence of something good happening....I remember last summer when they changed Web Hosting providers.....It also mirrored the bottom on the stock.

Claiming to be leader in 2, 2.5 and 3g tells me maybe...that there is news pending on Nokia and Samsung for Payments on the previous 2.

New Trading Strategy....

Every time IDCC trades higher....I will buy a few puts....when there is some insider sales or some bogus press release from the shorts and the stock corrects itself as it as done in the last 24 trading hours...I will sell the puts and make a little profit....If the stock does not correct immediately....No big deal...because the insurance is worth the price of the Put...
In other words if the stock does not correct that means its holding steady or moving higher and I'm still making money or holding on to profits....so no biggie.
By buying the puts...I dont cap my upside...which I would If I trade the stock itself and got caught naked when there is a big press release from Nokia or something like that...

I will not attend the ASM...even though I dont have a job I do have a very active social life and although Philly is very close to DC I still have a committment that I need to make close to home...Ok ...Im playing in a golf tournament....Lets try to be Nice to each other...I have already told TeeCee..I dont want to see anybody land in Jail...Philly Jails suck....as a matter of fact..outside of cheesesteaks,Trading Places, The liberty Bell, and Rocky.....Philly has very little to offer....It is a nice break on the way to Atlantic City for lunch.

I think this is a big week for the good guys of IDCC and I think there will be a revelation made this week...I hope it has something to do with NOKIA.

After the weird events of Friday Morning...It looked like we would gap down and then we rally up almost a point....I think somebody that wanted to cover lower or buy lower and when it did not happend....they covered or bought with that give up look in their eyes.........I see a clear shot to a new 52 week high this week with an upbeat ASM.....GodSpeed to all the good guys out there....OUT for now......Boogie

I'm just ribbing you man....I know though that one of these days trading this stock will be a bad idea...I think even here and now in this market....if we got really good nokia news piled on with really good samsung news....IDCC might have one of those plus days they talk about all over the street.

I attribute today's strength to the stock being in stronger hands....For Example...Ge Jim's stock and AMS' stock and his Irish buddies are now owned by Institutions and not traders.
