There will not be anything new here for awhile. LB has pushed this out until August now. He could update us between now and then but history has shown us his communication style.

Yep, pretty frustrating seeing other companies making real moves while we sit around with a company that talks a big talk but has yet to make good on that talk. LB very well could be making big moves but how would we know? He could just as well have put inqd on the back burner for some reason, but we don’t know.

We may or may not actually be stagnant, but we will never know without any company updates. So, based on the info we have now, yes, we’re stagnant.

We don’t know what’s what at the moment, which is part of the frustration.

Well said, and I share many of the same opinions and have had many of the same questions. Without proof otherwise, I have had the feeling LB has viewed INQD exactly as you described, more of a great IF it works out but no biggy if it doesn’t type of project.

As I have said before, imo, now is the time for him to lay it all out there for the shareholders, who can then decide how to proceed. No more of this keeping everyone in the dark and dragging everyone along at a glacial pace.

I would hope to be seeing something any day now, based on LB’s “soon” tweets.

I’d would think we should be getting an update of some type any day now. I’m not aware of anything that should be holding us up at this point.

Today is the last day of funding for the LOI, let’s see how long it takes till we hear anything on it.

This is not good news but I’m still not sure how much it really affects us, beyond being good for the industry. It’d be great if it went through finally but not sure that it changes any current business developments.

You have more patience than what I have but I believe your points are right on. And, I do believe that it is quite possible, from an accounting perspective, that making a clean cut at January 1st. would make things much easier, since we’re already so late in the year. Plus, we’re still waiting to see what happens with SAFE (potentially).

I think you may be right about some of the other notables you mentioned. Definitely further investment coming into inqd and could be a worthwhile delay.

At this point, it’s looking like January might be the time this all finally comes together. If it doesn’t, not sure what excuses would be left.

Latest 10Q is out.

They will be taking investments through Dec 31st. So, I doubt we will hear anything until after the first of the year.

Based on one of LB’s more recent tweets, we’re only 7/10 the way through the process. Based on that, seems we could be waiting for months yet.

Btw, I’ve been wondering if there might be something bigger happening with Fincann. They were pretty consistent on posting nearly every day up until 09/30- a few days before the last LOI closing date, and they haven’t posted since.

I agree with any buys after the first, especially today’s buys. There has just been a pattern of eom block sells, usually indicating bill paying.

I understand the frustration. There have been a few “it” times over the last couple of years that have not come to fruition, and the latest delay is no different. Versus times in the past, LB now has a singular task to complete- finishing the merger.

I’m surprised the sp has held up as much as it has but I’m afraid of where it’s heading next week without a further update of some kind.

I have a hard time thinking that we’re waiting on SAFE, but the timing of all the recent announcements are either just curious or a coincidence.

Since LB is talking tax implications, makes me wonder how SAFE plays into their decisions. What happens if SAFE is/ is not passed? Will they need to rework the LOI based on one outcome or the other, does it not even matter?

It’s going to be interesting to see how this all plays out over the next months.

Just to set my expectations, and from his tweets this morning, I’m now not expecting the completion of the LOI until after the first of the year.

Thanks for sharing that, it does make me feel better about the situation and having to wait longer. And it goes to what we have been speculating, that this could be a bigger deal than originally anticipated.

Hopefully they’re more towards the end of getting this figured out than towards the beginning.

John, thanks for the follow up, I hadn’t heard of any other LOIs but hopefully it’s accurate. I do think that they have some opportunities that are obviously taking longer to finalize than anyone would like, but it will happen. I have no idea how much longer they need but am afraid that if it’s not finalized by the first week of December we’ll be waiting until at least the first of February.

I forgot about that. You may be right about how the announcement yesterday played into today.

I agree, this a complete failure from an optics pov and could have been handled much better. Even a release a couple of days ago would have gone a long ways towards that.

I read an article this week saying that, because of the current financial environment for MJ, they are expecting a lot of consolidation of companies and brands, smaller companies being folded into larger companies.

Maybe that’s what we’re seeing here? LB sees an even larger potential opportunity, it’ll just take a bit longer?
