John, thanks for the follow up, I hadn’t heard of any other LOIs but hopefully it’s accurate. I do think that they have some opportunities that are obviously taking longer to finalize than anyone would like, but it will happen. I have no idea how much longer they need but am afraid that if it’s not finalized by the first week of December we’ll be waiting until at least the first of February.
