All small positives that arent doing much for the SP. The big sales catalyst is the No Pain Act in 2025 and I want to know what concrete steps the company is taking to take advantage of the change in law. These things take time and relationships with vendors need to be established way ahead of the looming changes.
Averaged down at .0002 for 30M shares in my IRA account over the last month. Not selling until the company achieves significant sales numbers or technology is sold to big pharma - one or the other will happen eventually. This is no longer an FDA approval srock and new studies alone wont fix the stock price, so still a spec play and less than a few % of my overall portfolio.
Why focus on operating loss margin when sales are crap? BIEL management kept saying for the last 2 years, "it's all about sales and number of units sold...", yet sales have stalled or are down year over year. So where's BIEL's management, and why aren't they explaining what else will they do to change the situation? Been here since 2009 and pissed.
Most of their chains are independent medical supply stores with little foot traffic outside of a few random Walgreens. Unfortunately I wouldnt bet SAI alone solving the sales derth or the sinking crappy SP. KW forecasted sales volumes over 5 years when they switched to OEM. What were they?
I missed the first 15 minutes due to work, and will take a look at the video once it's published (https://www.youtube.com/user/RRYPublications/videos) but during the last 10 minutes, I saw something that was less than professional, and heard that we don't have funding or capital for X Y and Z.... not a very inspiring conclusion or responses to the questions from the panelist.
Can someone please explain how after promoting the crap out of "The Pitch", our CEO, didn't even have the camera directed properly to capture her entire face?!? It looked sooooooo amateur! If there was a medical reason, why not allow you Keith do the presentation because he's an experienced orator?!? Is KN being muted on purpose?
Such an embarrassing, unprofessional, and blatant pump by E&E Communications. Is BIEL paying Paul Knopick to send out this trash?
Last time we talked Lee said there would be an update in June and CPRK shares would finally be delivered in the same month to prepare for trading by August. No update, no shares, no trading... do you know what in the world is going on? Any reason to keep faith here? - because patience has run out many years ago.

How do BIEL sales compare to the sales goals that KW stated as forecast for next 3-4 year? Is the SP dropping because sales aren't meeting her own projections?
AMA is also financial reliant on the opioid pushers: https://www.motherjones.com/politics/2021/08/purdue-pharma-american-medical-association-relationship-opioid-crisis-public-health/
"The prestigious doctor’s group has made it virtually impossible to discern where public health guidance ends and industry interests begin."
Thanks for the response!
If the studies were good enough for the FDA to clear, why not good enough for insurance companies? Especially if it saves the insurance cos money on pharmaceutical consumption (isn't TENS covered?).
You've also previously mentioned the VA as the practical alternative to insurance companies. What else will it take for the VA to adopt us as standard of care?
Actipatch and RecoveryRX are branded differently but are the exact same product. I doubt KT is ok with BIEL selling RecoveryRx at CVS just because it has a different name... That's why KT has an OTC licensing agreement for all of North America, but it is tricky since they aren't exclusive as evidenced by DJO.
Srin,
Wouldn't BIEL placing RecoveryRx in North American stores for OTC sales be in violation of the KT licensing agreement?
I was thinking BIEL is aiming for OTC in hospital pharmacies. My local Kaiser has at least 2 pharmacies on prem and they carry all kinds of braces so it would be a natural fit. I even reached out to Kaiser to ask them to stock the Actipatch (prior to KT) and they stated that BIEL isn't an authorized merchant with them...
Would be a nice new channel though :)
Wait till we get uplisted away from the OTC bulletin board. Where the real whales, the institutional investors and hedge funds, can start investing. Can't wait for BIEL to be part of many Vanguard mutual funds :)
If GameStop can have a market cap of $3.5 billion while losing $400 million in the last year, I don't see why BIEL can't have at least a $1 billion valuation. Can't wait for the national marketing campaigns and promotions to begin and light a real bonfire under this brand.
KN says "Historic day...". I'm guessing BIEL is now profitable for the the first time in its history, even though there's still a couple of months in Q1 left. Deferred rev + new orders in Q1 might mean we're in the green. Otherwise, why "historic" if orders of this size were delivered before?!?
Common back pain treatments don't work (leave a comment):

Has the update been provided? I'm signed up to the mailing list and nothing's hit my inbox. I guess leadership is dragging their feet to confirm "positive" news or maybe even just the completion of sending promised shares from years ago.
The 10 million dollar question is if there is upfront licensing fees by each partner, outside of buying the actual devices from BIEL. Since we didn't do exclusive OEM deals for Actipatch in the US I'm assuming they are small if any... Any thoughts on upfront licensing fees that might be recorded in the next couple of quarters?
What is the legal obligation of ESF/CPRK to provide updates to its investors? Quarterly? Annually? I'm personally sick and tiered of the haphazard reporting and governance of our investment here. Providing updates only when there management has "positive news" does not meet any kind of legal standard. Anyone else interested in exploring lawyering up or filing complaints with federal agencies to press management to provide legally required documentation to investors? I haven't even received my CPRKQ shares that were promised with an ESF investment 2 years ago. Talk about broken contractual agreements...
MMs def playing games with SP - submitted a 6+ Mil share buy with a limit on .0006 and suddenly price stabilizes at .0007 with no dips for the rest of the day. Hopefully will get this tomorrow or the following day, unless PRs come out before then.
Just curious if anyone has taken possession of their CPRK shares that were contractually obligated to be delivered with their investment in ESF?
Did anyone get the update on Thursday or was this another self-imposed deadline that went unfulfilled?
Sr, thank you for the response but my question is still unanswered because if the FDA clearance and labeling guidelines allow for the device to be marketed as more effective than NSAIDS then BIEL could demand even more money for said OEM and licensing deals. Do we know if the FDA has given us a green light to make this claim?
Hi Sr,
Based on the study accepted by the FDA and the language used in the clearance, "The
results indicate that ActiPatch significantly reduced pain
(measured by VAS pain) associated with COA in the device
treatment group, and that the treatment differences between
device-treatment and NSAID-treatment groups was significant
(p<0.05)", do you believe BIEL will be able to market their products as more effective than NSAIDS?
This would be a huge boon to the effectiveness claims of the company.
Actipatch #6 bestseller on Walmarts FSA/HSA shop for all pain relief:
https://www.walmart.com/browse/pain-relievers/shop-all-pain-relievers/976760_6120851_5513357_6081900
Wow... well that escalated quickly.
When are we getting the green light to sell in store?!?
Actipatch a top 40 best seller on Walmart online. Sort by bestseller under "Health/FSA and HSA Shop/Pain Relievers/Shop All Pain Relievers":
https://www.walmart.com/browse/pain-relievers/shop-all-pain-relievers/976760_6120851_5513357_6081900
Can anyone think of a reason why Walmart might reject a store placement with such great results without ad spending?
If the 2 current FDA applications get denied or delayed due to insufficient evidence, AW has to seriously answer why competition is able to get large capital infusions for marketing less appealing products, while BIEL stockholders keep getting fleeced with continuous dilution to fund BIEL's floundering sales track record.

I posted a comment but here's a good article on why we shouldn't hold our breath for drastic revisions to current standard practices: https://www.motherjones.com/politics/2019/05/big-pharma-has-a-big-role-on-the-federal-committee-tasked-with-curbing-opioid-abuse/
Hi Chuck,
Thanks for the update but Lee implied that you would be sending an additional email with more info besides the new conference timing... is that being delayed as well?

What is your source of information that Actipatch is the #2 bestseller in the pain category for CVS at the stores that it's stocked?
CES healthcare 2019 product: https://www.engadget.com/2019/01/12/spryng-hands-on-ces-2019/
I mean if this company had a booth at CES then why not Actipatch?
Both class 2 devices and ours saves lives... Just hire a few good looking athletic people and an elderly person and stick a few on at the booth.
It'd be nice to have this type of media attention.
Hopefully the answer to all your questions is "yes"...
