This isn't on any major news wire that I can find
Trying to catch a bid today...hoping for higher highs and higher lows going into next month
06:42 AM EDT, 04/13/2020 (MT Newswires) -- Cytosorbents (CTSO) on Friday received an emergency use authorization from the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for its CytoSorb device.
The device, which is also referred to as an extracorporeal blood purification (EBP) device, can be used to treat adult patients in the ICU with confirmed or imminent respiratory failure associated with COVID-19.
It doesn't look like the official one
It came out at 6:42 am est
wow! what fantastic news this morning...huge gap!
Nice! Why anybody would short this now is sheer insanity
Hoping for shareholder letter tomorrow
I would not want to be short in this right now...$2.55mm shs have to be covering at some time down here
just picked up some more a few minutes ago at these sub 4 prices as well
50k block at 4.24...hmmm
How else were they to get on Naz without the R/S?
Haven't posted in a long time...is Linda still associated with this company?
"What do you not get?" um..this part " I will move on and I am a man of my word!"
martys...who do you think would be a viable alternative to Chan if he was replaced, from within the company, the board or in the industry?
I'm not trying to rock the boat here, as I have have been a long term holder since 2010 and will continue to be, but am curious, in a perfect world, as to who would be the ideal leader for CTSO.
nice article!
I hope this week is a nice momentum shift for buying activity...its long overdue

news out re: CE Mark renewal
Interesting post from another pharmaceutical company board few years ago re Mako Research:

That would be a good step for management to, at the least, show some concern for the shareholders who are in left field right now.
It looks like he's done this before...too bad they can hold him accountable
What's so comical about this group of misspelled words and nonsense is it was written by some unknown clown by the name of "mako research" and distributed in such a conveniently-timed way to benefit shorts.
Its kind of like Pearsby's posts that are so easy to see through.
Why would you use an "ineffective" product 60k+ times?
"I see potential cause product is so beneficial" but yet you just sold 67% of your holdings...yep, that makes a lot of sense
I agree...the risk/reward to short this right now is not very good...just a matter of time before we get a nice relief rally soon
I know I'll get slammed for this but I was so disappointed to hear, again, Dr. Chan just get up and read a bunch of power point slides rather than take the position of a leader of a company and invoke progress and hope to the investors rather than just read.
Been here since 2009 and loaded to the hilt but...you know it doesn't matter...
Hell, I'm an accountant, and I can do what he did every quarter for a company; but for a CEO of an company on the cusp of life changing technology...well, I expected a little more
Wonder how much of the broader markets' decline today will affect CTSO, if any. Tomorrow, or I should say, Wednesday, will be really interesting.
This company saves lives... and the main reason I bought so much
Are first quarter earnings next week?...earning whispers has it at 6/2
If your were invested way back when you should know that the split was widely expected as their initiative to get on NASDAQ. It was no "surprise"
Seems like in the past several years only PRs containing the words "partnered" or "approved" have had far more effect on the share price than "exceeded" or "to present".
or maybe its just me....
and a nice little reversal candle to boot
yeah, the one thing I will agree about re: the half a million in bonuses is that you think they would have at least waited until the company became profitable.
I think you mean:
1)someone famous over in Europe gets sepsis
2)their life is actually saved by CTSO's filter
3)THEN Cramer shows up in their hospital room live on the air
7.29 is the last gap...hoping for a big reversal candle and trend...
Sounds like this investment guy was referring to an OTC company, not CTSO
Surely management can't be that dumb to declare a half million dollars in bonuses on the earnings day announcement where they expect to present bad results...am I missing something?
This is a first, so I would think it fortells of something good this afternoon
my guess is money shifting with earnings tomorrow...Friday will be the day to watch
Isn't it the general consensus that Dr. Chan typically under promises and over delivers? Makes me began to think about the earnings release next month if they have a pleasant surprise.
