We will definately see a gap down. POR canceling commons Will usher some to the door at least temporarily. I expect fast and furious support on a big bounce play. I hope to nab a few discounted shares. I'm sure that i'm not the only one so the window may close very quickly.

No, We are most likely going to be ltigating this for quite some time. The BOD have to go then maybe WMI will stop trying to shaft it's Shareholders. We the shareholders are represented by the EC. Only now will they be able to begin to fight. They have been preparing for now.

The trading today is somewhat of a mystery. All evidence available suggests The POR Will not be kind to commons. If the POR
cancels commons you all know what will happen to the PPS. If/When THJMW Rejects the POR/settlement then we're back in business.
I still hold a small position in the UQs in case of a suprise. A POR putting commons in the money at this point would be a suprise! IMO we could have an oppurtunity to purchase UQs Sub .10 and be much better positioned for the next series of events. I believe the MMS are shorting all they can at this level and hope to cover with the POR filing

Lots of people terrified for no reason. The UST said we need an EC immediately due to exigent circumstances. The Judge agrees and their is now an EC The DOJ is looking at this. Lots of references to communications between the US attorneys office and WMI counsel in billing. Lots of communications between PSI and WMI cuonsel. Market makers are short we know this. Miraculously we have a 50% pullback which frees up millions of shares at comparably low prices to the high (Just what they needed to cover) Now commons getting bashed to drive further down.
IMO settlement is very close. I believe they will have everything they needed after tommorrow. One more day to get the position they desire.
