Ron, trust me when I say that regarding my healh, I sure wish things were diiferent. It's gotten to the point where things are beyond my control. As far as "concern," hell, I'm down right scared. It's as if things have gotten to where they have a life of their own.. I've become an accident waiting to happen, and emotionally, it's worn me down
Ron, great site. Lots of pertonent info. You're the new "news" mole, as always. You're an invaluable asset. Thanx a lot.
Liz (IPVO), you might want to buy some. FWIW, I've had it for a couple of months. It's another nano play, and they're getting rid of debt. Looks solid to me.
Hello All. Was released from the hospital, again, today. To add to my list of problems, I have a torn miniscus in my left knee. I'll have to use a walker to help me get around for a month or so. I hope everyone is well, although my condition is still pretty bad.
Rherman, I'm trying not to wallow in self pity. I do have obligations to my my wife and son, but I also have an obligation to my self. I've already pai my dues to my my family. It my be time to be a bit sekfissh, But I guess on could argue that endlessly.
Speaking of Nano stocks, BIPH has ho gone fron .58 to $1.07. Not a bad return!!!!
Hawk & Rheemnan, from the bottom of my heart may, you knorw how much I appreciate the kindness of your wods. Bless you and yours in a way only a person walking in my shes, could.
Rheeman, thanks for you thoughts. I'm puttting my life in order. I have a nephewthat needs to be taken care of. My son's needs have long been as the should. My wife's life style should make her happy. The last to deal with is me, and my needs aare small. When my Dr. told meeeee I had a small chance of surival. I didn't take that as a positive, so I began to make my plans. I don't mean to sound negativ, just realistic, If my chance improve, I'll be the firwt to tall about it. But right now,I'm in a bit of trouble.
Rheeman, sleep, what sleep? Thanks for remembering!! Maybe it's because I use a Mac, but I couldn't tap in to your posts.
(GOAM) Toonce, sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. Spent the whole day sleeping.
As far as the GOAM, I'm suprpised it made this high, to begin with. I think the stock has a good story, but I'm basically neutral on it. Whatever it does wouldn't surprise me. There were times I expected it to take off, and it didn't, and there were times it went into the tank. for no apparent reason, and that surprised me.
It's a psychotic performer, kind of like a friend we once had. Who, BTW, it wouldn't surprise if she was sticking pins in a Voodoo doll of me and that was the cause for my recent health issues. LOLOLO
It's good to see your posts. I've missed them, 'ole pal.
(ALTI & BIPH) To change the subject to something more relevant. ALTI, at 3, is making my $10 target, much more realistic.
Marcos, I thing we're both glad I didn't have to fly to Chicago and strangle you.
My regrets to those that got spooked, and ended up taking a "small" profit.
Those of you who have been with me since the beginning (Under a Buck), on this stock, might want to consider taking their original investment out, and taking a look at BIPH. Another Nano company. Stock went from .38, or so, to .52, or so. I'd consider it a breakout, with a lot further in store.
Ron, the whole thing started because of the pneumonia I got at the beginning of Sept. My left lung got badly infected, to the point of developing pus. The operation was about scraping the inside of my left lung clean. Now I'm getting pneumonia again. This thing began in Sept, had the surgery in Oct, and at the end of Dec, I'm getting pneumonia all over again. What the *****#####&&?
Marcos, thanx for the input. There is no ONE person treating me. It's more of a group approach. Starting with my family Doctor, a Pulmonary Doctor, and of course, the Surgeon. I take some pain medication, which doesn't work very well, and antibiotics which, obviously, also do not working very well. These are all supposed to be top notch people, with great track records, except for, it seems.
Toonce,You can have everything you want in the world, but without health, you ain't got squat.
Toonce, Just got my pneumonia shot today. Kinda feel like I closed the safe, after I got robbed. To little, to late!!!
Thanks, Rheeman. But I'm not quite ready for measures as extreme as that. I have a wife and son who have to be considered.
Rheeman, I'm very grateful for your kind words. Unfortunately, I have pneumonia, once again. I'll find out tomorrow, if I go back into the hospital. I could use a serious hit of luck. This whole thing has been dragging on since the beginning of Sept, and frankly, it's worn me down. Down to the point of depression. I can't seem to get out downward spiral, I'm in.
Everything Microsoft does is an Apple rip off anyway.
Ron, if I'm lucky enough to get a double, I sell !/2 and let the other 1/2 fly. FWIW
Ron, I wouldn't quite describe myself as "healthy again," lets say I'm still working on in it.
Ron, FIWI I already own INAP and ISO.
Rheeman, IMO the Triangle is getting tighter and tigher. I don't see a break out, yet. FWIW
Liz, although the place isn't quite done yet, it looks fabulous. Without trying to brag, my office has a mahogany desk, mahogany shelving, fireplace and a plasma TV with surround sound. It's on the bottom of 3 floors, and I put in a refigerator, coffee maker and microwave with a browning element. I also have a steam bath and bedroom, down here. I could live here permently. When I get a digital camera, I will send pictures.
I still haven't gotten my sleep back to a normal routine. Went to bed at 11:00 and got up at 1:30-2:00. Then I take about 2-3 naps during te day. But at least the pain has diminished, substantailly and I'll make that trade, anytime.
Rheeman, if I'm not mistaken, there's tax incentive, this year, to take you losses early.
PYR keeps on going. I'd consider that as a solid energy play. Sorry folks, just woke up. Can't get my sleeping pattern back to normal.
Finally going to see my new place at Smith Mtn Lake, in Virginia. I've owned it since 8/9, but have only seen it twice. The last time was at the beginning of Sept when I first came down with my pneumonia. In the interim, had it gutted and entirely re-done.
Is anybody watching PYR? WEEEEE
Fred, I thought you'd "enjoy' that. If just for a second. I'm getting my sense of humor back, which is a bullish indication.
Fred, I'm sure Gumbelina is available. She always talked about how cute she is. As a matter of fact, I beleve she's in Florida as we speak. Now she might be worth looking up. I know whe was ticked off at me, but I doubt she had any hard feelings towards you. And just think about all the free advice you'd get regarding your stones!! It could be a match made in heaven.
That should help the market rally on the open, tomorrow. FWIW
You all need to check out ISO and PYR. Nice moves, yesterday. Maybe more upside left, They merit your considerartion.
Liz, What earthquake?
Ron, FWIW my score came out Libertarian, which is how I've always viewed myself. That and being a Cubs fan )
Rheeman, depending on the gyrartions of the underlinig stock, the option shouold move accordingly, especially those approaching expiration,
Rheeman, IMO Options should be the vehicle of choice for daytrading, primarily because of the leverage. It will take a lot less $$ to control thousands of shares. I'd also use optionns that are near expiration becausee the the time premium has been taken out of them. Of course you need ti be accurate with your timing, I used to trade quite a bit that way. FWIW
Hawk, I still take quite a bit of Pain Meds, and it still will be another 3-4 weeks before I'll get out of the house
Thanks for your good thoughts, Fred.
FRred, even finding out affter rhe fact is still freaking me out. To think that one Dr. though I was dead meat. Thank God the Surgeon thought I coud survive, Now I understand why all the Dr.'s thought I looked so good, They were expecring to be looking at a corpse.
(COMPX) The Naz had a huge key reversal, today. Be ultra careful tomorrow, but don't sell ALTI. Use it as a buying opportunity.
Thanks for your kind thoughts, Rheeman.
Well team, my Dr. wouldn't let me go. There's still a lot of saw dust, and other kinds of dust , from all the work we've had done. I need to stay in Greensboro for another 2 weeks min. The Surgeon made me realize that the Dr. that referred me to him thought I was gonna die. He never thought I'd survive the surgery. I guess there is a God to whom I'm grateful
