I called Fidelity. It's because of the late filings. QTMM is listed on Pink Sheets.
I'm restricted from buying QTMM with Fidelity. Hope the filing comes soon. Wish to buy more.
My concern from the 10K is:
Key uncertainties and risks to the Company include, but are not limited to, if and how quickly various industries adopt and fully embrace quantum dot technology and technological changes, including those developed by the Company’s competitors, rendering the Company’s technology uncompetitive or obsolete.
Concern #2 If stock price gets back to .08 or less I will by more stock.
Hey Solar, I have been all in since 2009. Looking to retire early. I believe someone else on this board said they are too. I have 500 thousand shares and holding in my 401K. That's my limit, maybe. Got some at .08 recently, again. Just turned 57 and looking to retire at 60. I think that solar production will be profitable only if the price will be below .35 per KW. Check China flooding our market with solar panels. What do you think? Thanks for any opinions.
Thanks wooferwax, your share price predictions will be added.

Thanks Big E, I am still accumulating. Your numbers will include shares that I am buying once a month.
Hey doczef, I don't that QMC will be able to uplist until they have at least $3.000.000 in gross annual income for the past 2 or 3 years. NASDAQ rules.
I'm with you Spartak, I see this company the same way I saw Microsoft way back in the day and did not invest. In 15 years this company will be a $15 billion company.

Share Price Prediction Just For Fun

Thanks Solar,
Just for fun with this stock, I predict that the share price will be $5.00 or more at the close of Friday 12/30/2016. All those on this board that wish to make a prediction send to me at Budcat3@hotmail.com and I will keep a running tab and post to this board on every Friday all year. You can change your prediction at any time or delete your prediction or add a new prediction. Just send your request to me at Budcat3@hotmail.com. Woooo Hooooo !!!!!!!!
I'm accumulating shares every month at the ask. Waiting for $5.00 share price so I can retire before I'm 60 years old. No reverse split is necessary. Once first contract with Nitto Denko others will want to keep up. I predict QMC will be a billion dollar company by the end of 2017!!!! Any other predictions????
All this is my opinion.
Great numbers Trevorbc. I think that if QMC gets to $400 million in revenue that the stock price will be about $4.00 per share. What does everyone else think????
I too bought my first several thousand shares in June of 2009 and have been following this board since then. I have been buying shares over this period of time. I look forward to the share price getting to $5.00 per share so I can retire. I believe that no reverse split will be necessary. Happy New Year to everyone on this board!!!!!!
Large solar panel project in Colorado
This is in the Denver Post today.
http://www.res-americas.com/en/news-events/press-releases
This is the size of project that I hope Steve and company can get into with their solar panels.
Every time I read something like this I wonder why Steve couldn't get the contract with having a superior product and the ability to mass produce what is required. I think this would be our home run in getting Solterra Solar out of the start up stage and being a real business making real income.
Renewable Energy Systems (RES), a leader in the development, engineering, and construction of wind, solar, transmission, and energy storage projects in the Americas is pleased to announce it has been selected by the world’s largest renewable energy developer SunEdison to construct the 156 megawatt (MWdc) Comanche Solar project located seven miles southeast of Pueblo, Colo. RES will install the plant’s balance of systems.
On 7/28 I bought 5000 shares at .17. The difference between .17 and .18 is not very much. I will be buying shares every one to two months in my 401k. I can see that I will be able to retire early sometime real soon. GO QMC and Solterra!!!
Just found this article
http://www.venturecapitallog.com/home/post/wrbletech9535/641?may3=
I see QMC becoming THE GORILLA of tetrapod quantum dots production.
I would if I could. Wife lost her job earlier this year. Expenses now exceed my income. No powder available.
Just for fun I'm looking for $2.36 per share . Then I can say that I'm officially a millionaire on paper.
October 3, 2014
I think this part of the 10-Q is interesting:
On April 3, 2014, the Board of Directors approved the following:
The issuance of 2,000,000 shares of common stock be issued to Andrew Robinson as payment for securing a letter of intent (LOI) related to a solar pilot plant;
Get your own antimony.
Antimony 1 Pound 99.6% Minimum Pure Ingot
Price Per Pound $13.99

IKEA Starts Selling Solar Panels. This is their first step in it's plan to bring renewable energy to the mainstream market worldwide.
http://www.denverpost.com/ci_24204704/ikea-starts-selling-solar-panels-britain?IADID=Search-www.denverpost.com-www.denverpost.com
That very well could be.
I had an order filled by Fidelity in 5000 share increments. I didn't place a bunch of 5000 share orders, this is how Fidelity did it. This happened about 10 days ago. So the 5000's you see are not necessarily someone selling or buying with individual orders at 5000 each.
Solar Gardens - Demand increasing as price per kilowatt comes down.
http://www.denverpost.com/business/ci_23515682/solar-gardens-give-access-green-energy-more-coloradans
I just had my order filled with a bunch of 5000's. That's in my Fidelity 401k brokerage account. I had a limit of 10k when I first opened the account but called Fidelity and they lifted the 10k limit after I was instructed about penny stocks.

Wishing for BBDA audited financials.
http://www.allbusiness.com/trends-events/audits/14329524-1.html
When Should Your Business Get Audited Financial Statements?
There are four kinds of financial statements. 1) Internally prepared 2) CPA compilation, 3) Reviewed, and 4) Audited. Each type is considered by the accounting industry as being more reliable than the one below. As you get higher on the list, the cost of each goes up.
Audited financial statements carry the highest level of reliability according to the accounting industry. They are also the most expensive. Many business owners wonder when they should spend the time and expense for audited set of financials.
Audited financial statements are very stringent examinations of your company, its financial processes. When an auditor gives an unqualified opinion as to the financial health of your company it has many implications.
With the costs of having audited financial statements ranging from $20,000 to $50,000 annually depending on the complexity of your company, it’s a serious commitment.
If your company has many shareholders, getting audited financial statements is potentially worthwhile. The higher the number of shareholders a company has the greater the chance that one of them may bring litigation as a result of business practices. Audited financial statements may help reduce the cost of litigation and may even prevent it.

I know this was not that recent but I didn't know that BBDA had help with their branding and wanted to share with others that might not know either. This is important for any company to get their product seen and known better than competitors. I am aware of the followers on Facebook as I check from time to time.
Happy Holidays to all.

Hi Denise,
Before the stock reached the .20, there was a poster on this board that said he new some folks that could drive this stock to .20 and that's what happened. The only reason for this would be to sell and make a few bucks. I knew, as well as some others that have been with this board from the beginning that the stock price was artificially pumped up and that there was nothing at the time to support the stock in the 20 cent range. The company was still in the startup stage with years to go before any revenues. I did not sell any shares at that time because I invested for a time frame of 5-10 years to see a greater profit. SS and the boys are the best of the best in their field. The A/S was increased from 100 million to 200 million and the current O/S is about 125 million. This tells me that SS is not selling stock up to the A/S. But when contracts are signed and revenues start the 75 million available will be bought up very quickly and benefit us, IMO.
I do understand why you are concerned. I have looked at many other startups, their product and management. QTMM is the only company I have this much faith in.
Our patience will be rewarded.

Bebida Beverage Company (BeBevCo) (OTC Markets: BBDA) became a client in May of 2011. It was the objective of the Company to build the brand of BeBevCo but also the brand of their flagship product, Koma Unwind, which is a relaxation drink.
The BeBevCo site was an html site which did not lend itself well to publishing content. The site averaged 25 visitors a day and had an Alexa Ranking of 6.5 million. The Koma Unwind Brand was just beginning to emerge but was overwhelmed by the noise of the competitors. In a matter of a few months, that all changed.
Specific items we established or modified:
We replaced the website at BeBevCo.com with a content management system which enables us to easily create and distribute content from the site itself rather than being forced to market from other sites.

From Allen Ells on the Quantum Materials Corp/Solterra Renewable Technologies, Inc. Facebook page:
In certain methods tetrapod-shaped nanoparticles are envisioned and usually preferred. As used herein the term “tetrapod” or “tetrapod-shaped” will be understood by those skilled in the art to mean particles having four arm-like portions formed by the group 12-15 metal or metalloid and the Group 15-16 element. The four arms are generally disposed about a central region of intersection. The arms are generally, but not strictly, disposed in a tetrahedral configuration about the central region.
"nanojacks" is a term a saw used to describe what tetrapod quantum dots look like. How many folks on this board remember the game of "Jacks" from long ago and how the game was played?
