The CFO, Geza G. Molnar's CPA license was cancelled in 2008. Therefore, he cannot be a member of the AICPA or the California Society of CPA's, as you indicated on Twitter.

The SEC investigates are report matters involving fake PR's and stock manipulation. JMO
#DONE
You're wrong. Why would Formosa Plastics Group do that? That makes no sense. They are a very large company and do not need to transfer rights to their blood products and technology to an individual with no website, and undisclosed "controlled companies". Would a large silicon valley company do that? THINK
You're taking me out of context. Read my original post again.
Ewww.. "personal DD". How mysterious LOL
Last one out of the PLPL room, please turn out the light. This pump and dump and everyone involved has been exposed and reported to the SEC
if it was NOT TRUE, PURIBLOOD would have refuted it immediately....they haven't.
Bad logic on your part LEARNINGTHETRUTH. That's exactly what was said on the WNF*T message board with WA*X, the company everyone thought was their RM target. Then the stock dropped 75% at the open. OUCH!
ONE O'CLOCK DROP. I sent an email to Jessie Chiang, JD and a DM via LinkedIn to the Country Product Manager. I asked both of them if they were the Jessie Chiang in the PR and if so, is there a LOI to license and merge with PLPL.
It's a fake PR to say she is the "current holder of the rights" when we know from prior posts that Puriblood and Formosa Plastics Group hold the patent rights.
JMO
Hope is not a trading strategy.
Holder of rights simply means the right was transferred to them in a licensing agreement. They have specific rights as defined in the contract. What contract, or should I say "TASK", was transferred to Jessie Chiang? Absolutely nothing. This is a P&D and unfortunately investors will lose tens of thousands when the stock is halted by the SEC.

JMO
Wow and LOL. Being the "holder" means legally the licensing rights were transferred to her. To say they were "task" to her like she an employee given a task is LAUGHABLE.
Rights Holder definition
https://www.techopedia.com/definition/24896/right-holder
There is legal language in that PR which says Jessie Chiang is the "holder of the worldwide rights". Do you know what holder means in that context? It means she OWNS the rights which she doesn't. Puriblood and Formosa Plastics Groups are the co-assignee's on all of the blood technology and product patents.
JMO
I also message the one in Chile. You know the one who says she's a COUNTRY PRODUCT MANAGER.
https://www.linkedin.com/in/jessie-chiang-64b392a3/
Your quote did not come from the PR therefore it has no validity. The PR said "Under the terms of the proposed agreement, the current holder of the worldwide rights, exclusive of Taiwan, Jessie Chiang, via entities she controls, will license to Plandai the exclusive rights to the Puriblood technology.
The reality is Puriblood and Formosa Plastics Group are the holders of the worldwide rights.
I don't buy pump and dumps which may get reported and halted by the SEC.
JMO
LOL that email from Tad was meaningless. He did not talk about Jessie Chiang and the fact that she is not the patent holder to Puribloods technology and does not have any rights to their blood technology products.
JMO
That was Marystockguys link not mine. I fixed for you lol.
I also sent an email to jessie.chiang@weil.com
AGREED MNK3240. This reminds me of the bait and switch RM with TXT*M.
$PLPL has a supposed LOI with a fictitious woman named Jessie Chiang which nobody can find on the internet, who has fictitious and unnamed "controlled companies".
Boy, whoever wrote that 5/23 PR has a vivid imagination.
The alleged deal is with Jessie Chiang, not Puriblood. And how exactly does she have worldwide rights to their blood product technology when she's not even a patent holder (Puriblood and Formosa Products Group are), and there's no evidence of a licensing deal to her. ZILCH!!
TRUENORTH, in responding to your post, did you bother to even verify the info that MARYLANDSTOCKGUY posted? if you had you'd see that he combined Jessie Chiang's linkedIn info with the CEO Luke Chen's info.
there will be a LOT of expenses to build it up (not to mention the cost of acquiring it)
Puriblood struck a deal with Formosa Products Group for them to build the factory. That company is spending "hundreds of millions of funds" and it will be complete by 2023. In return, Puriblood made Formosa Plastics a co-assignee on all patents. There's no mention of Jessie Chiang anywhere. Does she even exist lol?
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=169418921
LOL that Jessie Chiang you mentioned is a Country Product Manager in Chile. No connection to Puriblood at all.
https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=169418884
and the company doesn't have to build all the infrastructure.
The infrastructure is being built by Nanya, a division of Formosa Plastics who is Puribloods strategic partner. They have already "invested hundreds of millions of funds to build a factory" and it will be ready by "2023".
Umm, Luke Chen is the CEO of Puriblood, not Jessie Chiang
https://www.linkedin.com/in/luke-chen-6414b9b8/
The link to Jessie Chiang you provided she works in Chile as a Country Product Manager. Did you know that?
https://www.linkedin.com/in/jessie-chiang-64b392a3/
You combined Jessie Chiang LinkedIn info with Luke Chen's. Why?
Respectfully, ZOMBYWOLF, here is my DD on $PLPL
IN MY OPINION, the May 23rd LOI PR which claimed Jessie Chiang and her "controlled companies" had worldwide rights, outside of Taiwan, to the "anti-adhesion" and "blood filtration" technology's is a fraud.
According to a Google Patent search, those patents were assigned to Puriblood and Formosa Plastics. And I can find no evidence of a licensing deal between the aforementioned parties. Moreover, WHY WOULD THEY? Why would Formosa Plastics who is building a several hundred million dollar blood bag factory as part of their deal with Puriblood need Jessie Chiang?
If you'd like to know more of why I reached this conclusion, then read on. (Note: The names "Prebo" and "Prembo" came up frequently in my google search. I believe that's the chinese version of the word "Puriblood" but I could be mistaken. Either way, I believe they are referring to Puriblood.
My DD
The Puriblood technology was developed 8+ years at a graduate school incubator called the R&D Center for Membrane Technology (RDCMT) at Chung Yuan Christian University.
The tweet from last week said the company will address shareholder's in a PR. So tomorrow is the day.
$WNFT $0.265. We are leaving the flippers in the dust
It's always fun to sleep in and wake up to a rising stock price. And be 100+ posts behind in reading lol
$WNFT
Nicely written post STOCKANDROLLER. Did you know Harry Bosch lol? Gave you no. 2 follow.
I also share your sentiment towards how much George has done to build solidarity and support amongst shareholders. Shame on those who recently flipped and turned in the last day or two just to try to make a buck.
When I first read “great benefit to shareholders”, I was like “HUH” did George just say that in a legal document. Holy cow!
And now the “promise land” reference.
Got all mine too.. Tic toc
We not know when the deal with WAX may have been signed. We were thinking it was last Wed per the tweet but that has not been confirmed. Therefore, you can not conclude that TODAY the 8-K for the merger must be filed.
LOL the docket has been known to longs since 5/25.
