If all the bids above .10 got filled then I'd believe that some jackhole put through a huge market sell order, but the time and sales prove otherwise. A LOT of bids were skipped to get the price down to .15, and that .15 print triggered the stop loss sale at .10. From .30 to .2742 to .20 to .15, skipping all sorts of bids in the process. Absolutely the most blatant fake selloff I've ever seen in the OTC, and that's saying something. A 2.7 million share day was caused by 30k shares sold under other bids, just to get the price low enough to trigger someone's stop loss at .15, take those shares at .10 and that spooked out some other sellers who followed. Look at the time and sales from today, everyone should. I'm blown away and don't even know what to say.
Was that anyone here that had their stop loss hunted like that? Whoever it was, I have news for you. Your broker sold you out. They let the MMs know where your stop loss was and they rigged the system to hit it. I can't even begin to explain how blatantly crooked this action today way. Look at the time and sales, someone got gifted being able to buy 1.2m shares waaaaaaaay below market price (and under all sorts of other bids), and someone got absolutely hosed on their sale.
Guys, wow. I was at jiu jitsu when the selloff happened and I came home to see us back in the .20s. I didn't think much of it other than we had a nice selloff and the selling must have been heavy to have gotten that sort of reaction. I saw the volume bar and the long tail on the candle and figured I missed all sorts of selling, but ultimately I was far from worried because I know these sorts of shakeouts are helpful to stir up the action.
But then just now I went through the time and sales so I could actually dissect the price action I missed, and WTF is all I can say! I see that around 12:15 a tiny bit of selling took us down to .30, but what followed that was absolutely criminal. Next trade was .2742 for a measly 2.5k shares, then came 20k at .20! Skipping all sorts of bids in the process, then a 10k slap at .15, then BOOM went the dynamite with a 1.2 million share trade at .10!!
OK, now stop and think about that for a second. In the span of seconds they took the stock down from .30 to .15, then .10 for a massive fill on the bid. If there was heavy volume taking us down that would make sense and not be suspicious in and of itself, but this takedown from .30 to .10 literally happened on 3 trades! And ALL the volume came at the lows!!!!!!!!! Guys, this is the most blatant criminal action I've seen in my 15+ years of trading, I can't overstate how suspect this is. Countless bids were skipped in the very brief process, which should technically never happen.
So what the heck happened? From the looks of it there seems to have been a limit sell order with a trigger price at .15, limit price of .10. The MMs needed to get a print to go through at .15 but with all those bids in the way they basically had to skip them all. I need to repeat this and scream it: THERE WAS NO ACTUAL SELLOFF! As low of volume as this has been, a 30k bid whack would never ever ever ever ever ever actually take us down that far. Never. No chance. They stop hunted someone holding a nice chunk of shares and robbed him/her blind. Lesson for the day is never ever have a stop loss placed on these OTCs, they will stop loss hunt you.
My head is still spinning from this, I can't believe what I'm seeing in today's time and sales.
I saw something in $DFCO I liked, not those two. So far, well over 3 years later, the price action is telling me I'm right. Pump and dumps don't slowly grind higher and higher for 3+ years straight, they shoot up fast and furiously and then come crashing down even quicker. $DFCO has been the antithesis to that type of action, the manic buying hasn't even sniffed us yet. Just wait til that phase hits, we're talking many dollars at that point.
I think you're 100% wrong. But what do I know? I'm only the guy that first started buying this when the pps was .014.
Strong volume poured into the stock in early 2018 on filing updates with the OTC Markets, and that volume took us from .002ish to .02+. Since then the price has held that level and steadily moved higher and higher. If it was pump and dump traders that bought in the stock never would have held it's gains, let alone keep moving higher ever since. Proof in the pudding that investors, like Panzer and yours truly, have bought in and are holding very strong.

Here's an incredible investor update, summary and forecast for our sleeping giant.

I think that's a good sign that we're looking at a lot more upside to come. Message board chatter correlates to very early stage price action. Multiple pennies seems inevitable but if we get some good updates this could be one of the real crazy ones.
About to start testing a breakout to new highs and no posts here in 5 days. That's actually a great sign as it means the money flow retail crowd hasn't even started here. Tons of upside, imo.
$ADMG just filed a Form 10-12G
(The SEC requires companies that have filed a Form 10-12G to periodically file Form 10-Q, Form 10-K, and Form8-k)
IE $ADMG is working to get current, &at the moment has a minuscule market cap, + a tiny float. Slipped this in just before the deadline
Well goooood morning!
Accumulation is through the roof, based on your own chart right there. Also see those E's on the right side of the chart? Maybe that has to do with the accumulation? Also, zoom in on the past 4 years and that chart looks mighty different. Break .50 and this party is going to rage harder than it has yet. See you at $1, next stop before multiple dollars. ;)
There's no buyout rumors, you're quoting a fake Twitter account. Look at the tweets, it's all 'rumors' made up out of thin air and none have ever been true.
They try but all they're doing is shoring up cheaper shares for us to accumulate. Keep it up, I'll take more sub .40s!
Haha, well it's not very liquid if you're a buyer, which means we were geniuses for buying when we did because good luck getting large blocks now. But if someone wants to dump a big block? Well there's a 250k bid who is very happy to take those shares from anyone who is getting sick of waiting, and I know there are more big buyers out there who want more too. Poor buyers! Their only answer is to bust this through .50 and get aggressive because sellers are an endangered species down at this price range. Kudos to whoever just finally got their 100k bid filled yesterday. They were waiting patiently and got rewarded for their effort.
At 10m shares you own nearly 1.5% of the company. This is a ridiculously locked up float, I'm holding quite a few and know of a few others holding a ton as well. When you see a breakout this tightly held and thin, crazy things happen.
250k bid is smoke and mirrors? 100k bid just got filled today. Smoke and mirrors too?
I think this one has a chance to do something special, even by these crazy lotto standards. I've watched these lottos like a hawk for the past year or so while they've been out of their minds and this is one of if not the most promising one to date, imo. Based on it's share structure, chart and how it trades on L2s, I really think it's going to get crazy. If this only hits .01 I'm going to be highly let down, I think it does many multiples of that.
You almost feel bad for them. Almost. Imagine that, we've run from .002 to .40 and at this level, after all that running, these massive buy orders aren't even getting touched. I know I'm not tempted to sell down here (or up here, however you look at it), and most of the rest are thinking the same thing. Any sellers along the way, and I've locked in profits as well, have gotten absorbed with ease. It's just required patience but imo when we get our .50 break and it finally sticks, this is going to be a whole different stock in how it trades. I absolutely see us trading in dollar in 2021, opposed to pennies.
Custodianship applied for and yesterday AHs the judge granted an expedited court decision in order to get the decision done before the upcoming deadline. Court date set for 6/16 so that's great news and what helped spark the action today. I think this shell has as much potential as any custodianship play right now.
Absolutely. This is set to fly. The o/s on this tells me this could run harder than most of the other custodianship plays and if they can arrange a good merger here - look out above this could be a $ENZC type mover.
Not yet, we'll need a little more light volume consolidation here. Then it's party time. Time to buy/add here though, imo.
Makes no sense. There's very little selling, huge bids that are barely getting touched. The stock has been uptrending for over 3.5 years and is holding it's gains marvelously. How in the world does wash trading account for that? Makes no sense. Why aren't other OTC stocks doing the same 'wash sales' and in similar 3.5 year uptrends?
That's half true. The volume is tanking as the stock dips, which is the exact same thing it's done on every dip since we began running 3.5 years ago. The stock moves up, stalls, dips and from there the volume goes bone dry until we move up again. It's really simple to understand, we will need to move up to garner more volume because sellers are extinct at these prices. Huge bids in the .30s and they're barely getting touched because longs are holding strong. Mark my words, we'll see volume spike as we move up.
For it to hold this strong is a big deal, after yesterday's sell the news morning. This is looking sneaky bullish.
Still a strong showing considering the selling that hit us this A.M. I think we'll consolidate a bit in the mid/upper .002s through the mid .003s before it's time to really make a move.
Huge statement will be made if the bulls close this green today, which I think is very doable.
It's called healthy consolidation. We saw a huge influx of investors in Decemeber as the volume took us to .40+, and since then we've seen months of bullish consolidation as profit takers take profits and those shares are slowly gobbled up by patient buyers who are taking advantage of the lull. There's a reason why we're still holding up as well as we are. $1 coming to a theater near you, and that's just the beginning.
There's no comparison. From the very bottom to the very top that's barely a 200% move (3x). Compare that to $DFCO's very bottom to it's very top and we're looking at .002 (arguably lower) to .50 or a 250x move! And it's still holding those gains. That's the other key difference, your example there popped a bit but never held it's gains. So my point clearly stands, the price action on $DFCO is already light years beyond anything he's done in the past.
Literally no comparison between that chart and $DFCO's past 3.5+ unprecedented years.
Load the boat here at these levels, .03s are gone and .04s are going to be nothing but memories soon. This is one of the strongest miner charts out of hundreds if not a thousand+ I've scanned and this sector is primed to be the next sector that goes absolutely ape shit. Mark it, grab your miners now while you still can.
Man, I'm so stuck making all these profits! Oh the humanity! Someone please save me!
I feel bad for the people who have missed out on amazing life changing gains since early 2018. And I feel really bad for the people who are going to miss out on the breakout through .50 when it hits.
He's never had nearly this sort of sustained strength in the market. 3.5 years of uptrending and still counting, and we haven't even gotten hot yet.
Man these huge bidders are hungry and are barely getting any fills. This is going to be a bloodbath of a battle when the bears get overrun at .50 and we blast off into the stratosphere. I actually feel bad for anyone missing this boat, or worse betting against it.
Funny, I never invested in any of his past attempts. I don't care if a baseball player strikes out 5 times in a row if he finally comes through and drives in the winning run in his last at bat. See you at $1.
1) If it's spoofing now, why have we not seen it before at lower levels? Why haven't we seen 100k blocks on the bid back at lower levels constantly? Why not larger blocks? Why not million share blocks?
2) If we're at 13 year highs and on a 3.5 rally/uptrend because of spoofing and wash sales, why aren't all other companies doing this? It's really good for their share price, yet no one else has a chart anywhere near this strong for this long (sustained!).
3) If we're at 13 year highs and on a 3.5 rally/uptrend because of spoofing and wash sales, why did Bonar do this on all his other past failed endeavors? Why does none of his other charts have an uptrend 3.5 years and counting, and why have none of his other charts ever come remotely close to hitting new 13 year highs?
Answer: Because this is a unique situation and those bids are real. The price action strength is real, you absolutely can't fake price action strength for this long. And Dalrada is far and away Bonar's best venture to date, which is why the market is speaking with confirmation higher highs and higher lows, and is why our next step is $1 before we go much higher than that.
No it's not called spoofing. It's called buying. Spoofing is where you pull the orders and never intend them to fill. Those bids are trying desperately to get filled, in fact one of them literally kept moving up and just hit the ask to get filled. Watch them continue to try to get their fills. Watch us continue to hold and move up. And finally watch us move through .50 and breakout to much higher levels. The .50 break is going to be so much fun. See you at $1.
I literally saw 3 different 100k bids on Monday. But let's just ignore that, I'm sure it means nothing. ;)
