anyway to differ senior bonds from junior? Looking on FINRA can't decipher.
Can anyone tell me any upcoming events that will have an affect on proceedings? Thanks.
Also does no one find it suspicious that this hasn't been posted on either the SAEI or OXM websites???
because its a name you know, not as many people would believe it if it was so vague no one could identify it.
thank you.
Sorry to hijack another post but I didn't know a better way to get in touch with you.
What do you think of Trico marine. Have you looked at it seeing if you had an input.
with all due respect and i hope that i am wrong you keep touting your grabbing huge loads of stocks that has lost half its value and a little more in a day... What do you see in this stock?

it is my understanding that por stands for plan of reorganization. I would conclude something not so nice about equity is in there somewhere. Just guessing?
ok then why sue in the first place? seems like we lost a ton of money on litigation shenanigans.
im not sure how losing business is good for any company but ok
lmao agree with you 100%
causes for concern here is the volume needed to take for this to rise and just as little to fall back down. Btw what happened from êarly december? BTW madclown you get this we were going over a case study in my BK class about TRXAQ. you do know it is total debt from another company, one i cannot recall at the moment. I dont know the importance of this due to my believing of irrational markets. Also the deal with volume and how big a role it plays.
theres a difference between someone lending you 50 dollars than someone giving you 50 dollars. Debt v Equity.
debt holders own the company, not equity.
would anyone do this with a brokerage no transaction costs just 1% of winnings?
imagine the commissions lol unless they are the big ballas movin a mil at a time then i guess thats why there so much damn fluctuation.
so gains made from the previous year that have already been taxed, reinvested in the current year the profits from that would deem taxable or the profits and the reinvested. Sorry for any confusion.
ok lets say i have x amount of monies, after taxes x=xt for the next year and i reinvest xt and make xy .would i be taxed on the base of xy which includes the already taxed xt or just xy-the based xt.
quick financial question say when you have money in the cash balance and not necessarily in securities from cash you made by securities it that taxable?
quick recap has it been hinted, or said what there plans are with the equity and debt holders.?
does anyone see this hitting multiple dollars without knowing the fate of CS??? please elaborate.
upcoming calendar of events for cemjq?
are there any websites that shows companies with trials and phases and which one they are in? Thanks.
im not trying to act like i know everything i am just trying to keep everyone from jumping on the premise that they are just going to get everything because this stock was at high levels pre bk. An EC would benefit our chances but you think the debtors want us to keep our shares when they can take them? They know its a strong company and they will profit from issue of new shares, that is why I believe bonds have skyrocketed. As much as we like to think were in charge were not. Better to have your guard up about possibilities than to think everything is going to be given to you.
happens all the time what are you gonna do about it? they are bk, there new main objective is to keep the company afloat one. Two the debtors and govt hold alot more status than us. I dont get some people on this board who just expect that they owe us anything, let alone pre bk monies in bk. Rules change. Thats like you going bankrupt and having one of your buds go but i gave you 10K before. Where is it? Last thing hes worried about is you.
yeah i wish i could short it, i would be a millionaire lol
you notice with vrmlq a 100k block moves it a dollar?
are you guys gonna kiss? lol jk
when it is in parentheses it illustrates a loss.
Nothing to do with cemjq but read if gs is doing it then it deserves consideration and at .25 ??? could be the next big thing.

there was news about an indiana plant closing after that pr but i dont think it sparked the sell off.
trueeeeeeeeeeeeeeee i dont mind it pulling back as long as it goes back up. but at the same time thats like watching it go to 3$ and then falling back to a buck fifty. Sure 1.50 is great but 3 would have been twice as good lol.
CEM MM i agree with you about staying positive and that we all have made more money than invested, but just wanted to point out 19% is of the 5500 we gain which equates into a 1000% of that gain a loss if that makes any sense. As long as everyone doesnt know something i dont ill stay the course. GLTA
soooo anything we need to worry about or did these shares go on sale again?
so i feel like i just got lucky on this one... sometimes it is better to be lucky than good. However I am pretty sure I want to specialize in Restructuring companies. is there a website textbook, course, school that specifies in this area? It prolly has more with general knowledge applied from Finance classes and being able to go through the bore of reading proxies to find a winner. Also anyone from the Miami area? Need to know of some good philanthropies. Thanks.
hey mad what attracted to me was the bonds and the previous 52week high before the crash. What do you think about vol much lower than cemjq. Though it is the supplier to many of the big oil refineries. Right now I hold only 50K shares but if cemjq hits a dollar prolly transfer half here. Looking at your bond comparison I also noticed TRXAQ with great bonds, there i just see no volume however. One more is ABWTQ which bonds are terrible and someone pointed out that it is a dying industry due to the newsprint business but still i think is undervalued at least by a dollar.
any views on avrnq and traxaq? Both have alot of similarities to cemjq bonds are going up. Nothing saying that commons are gonna be cancelled.
just curious to know what people on this board think about abtwq and osciq. Similar to cemjq but bond prices are shaky. even when cemjq just went bankrupt their bonds held over 20. How much do bond prices affect stock prices. Would it be because bond holders get their money first or another reason
