Hey Steve, I finally got my ATV. It's a beauty.
I talked for quite a while with Brian, but found out quickly that he is not the one to ask about dividends, and such. He is the hands on man on the operations of the business, and Frank is the stock guy. I did find however that Frank is a little conservative in his interviews. Frank stated that he expects the stock to be trading in the .70 range by the end of 2010. Brian told me he actually expects it to be in the $2 to $3 range soon. Even though Frank is working the public side of things, it is Brian that knows where the nuts, and bolts business is headed. He has plans in the works to create a "Megga Mall" for off road vehicles, and personal water craft. Eventually they will not only be selling Chinese knock offs, but will be selling Japanese, and American name brands. They already provide accessories, and service all makes of off road buggies, bikes, and ATVs.
Just wanted to share some of what we discussed.

Brian put info about Glamis event on Facebook.

Great report. Sorry I haven't been posting the last few days. I am in Southern Cal on business, and to take delivery of my new ATV. I will be visiting Buggy World tomorrow, or Thursday, and will get a chance to talk to Brian Britton in person. I'm hoping he'll share some promising news about the big Glamis Thanksgiving event. I will share what I find out.
GLTA,
SpongeBath
I'm not sure about details. It was just a slip of the tongue on the part of the sales person. I then said I heard it was only a partnership. Are you sure they own County Imports? He replied that "no they actually own them. I was in the process of purchasing an ATV, and didn't want to fish any further. Whether the sales person was right or wrong, I know for a fact that all the sales go through Buggy World. The sale goes to Bonnie at the San Diego dealership, and the ATV gets shipped to them for me to pick up, or can be shipped directly to me. I just happen to be going to So Cal on some other business, so I will have the assembly completed at Buggy World, and pick it up there. No matter where you ship it though, the sales order goes to Bonnie, and she calls you to get the rest of the details.
Happy Thanks Giving to you as well.
Have a great weekend,
SpongeBath
P.S. Sales was very busy, and Bonnie seemed especially so.
Per my sales person, Buggy World now owns County Imports.
Some of the signs just started showing up on their web sites. The County Imports start up page changed, and now starts with a black page that says powered by Buggy World.
http://www.countyimports.com/
On Buggy world's home page, left side, it shows a picture of a small ATV, and reads, Not Just Buggys Anymore! Check out our Scooters, Quads, and Bikes! When you click the more information button, it takes you to C.I. website.

Not sure why this hasn't come out in a PR yet, but seems like good news to me.

"No information". Really! Maybe you should take a look back at when the split was taking place. There was mas confusion. I was one of the few helping people to understand that all that mattered was the Ex Split Date.

SNWT opened at .35 on 11/3/09. That is the equivalent of 1.75 pre split. It closed at .31 that day. That's the same as 1.55 pre split. Guess someone was just a bit off on there prediction.
I have spoken with Brian Britton on three occasions, and with Frank Drechsler. I shared much of the content of those conversations with the board.
I lived in Lakewood California until age fifteen, spending most weekends riding dirt bikes in the Mojave, everywhere from Victorville, and Twenty nine Palms, to Dirty Sock, in Death Vally, and Havasu Lake. I now live in Northern California, and one of my hobies is gold prospecting. I think I know the potential of San West first hand. I understand the mentality of their customers thoroughly, because I am one.
Really! If some think I have "no information" to share with the investors on this board, it's because they just don't want to hear what I have to say.
Some on this board want to point out that SNWT's last quarter showed a loss, but they don't want to acknowledge that this is a seasonal business. This company has begun to monopolize on a sector in recovery, and is at this moment posting record sales.
If there was ever a business that I would want to invest in, this is it. Take it for what it is worth.
GLTA,
SpongeBath
Took me almost half an hour to get sales to come on line at County Imports. Phones have been busy as heck for the last couple of weeks. I am ordering a UTV for myself next week. I worked out a great deal (the sale actually goes through Buggy World). They give SNWT investors discounts, and everyone gets free shipping. I live in Northern California. There's gold everywhere. I already have my shovel, pans, buckets, and a sluice box. With the price of the yellow metal around $1100 an OZ, I can hardly wait to get out on the trails with my new UTV.
SpongeBath
No, actually, the funny thing is, investors don't need to be paid to discuss the attributes of their investments. We get paid if our stock goes up. It's only bashers, working for hedge funds, or boiler rooms that get paid to try to scare us away from our investments. That's why we are called longs. We are in it for the long run. Shorts are only interested in short term gains. Gee, I wonder what you are doing here? Hmmmm?
SpongeBath
Here's a few sites with videos, and pictures that might give an idea of what Glamis is like.
If you don't own this stock, and wouldn't buy it, then what are you doing on this board. Do you just go around board to board giving your opinion. Somehow, I seriously doubt that. You are either here to protect your short position, or working for someone who has a short position.
It is really that simple,
SpongeBath
It's called short selling by people with posts like yours. No longs are selling at this price, just accumulating. The big pay of is coming when the 10K comes out next year. But Record sales are occurring at this very moment.
Shorts beware, sales updates are coming out soon.
SpongeBath
Is that going in the IBOX? I think it should.
SpongeBath
Looks like they are still exploring. Here is their latest 10Q.

SpongeBath
Anyone know what this company's revenue, and earnings (if any) are? No "Key Statistics" on Yahoo.
SpongeBath
I'm not sure there are any shorts in this right now. Guess some could have shorted from $3s down to here, but most likely just profit taking.
There really isn't enough volume to short it now, but as we approach the record date for the split, more people will hear about it. If it goes up on higher volume, shorts will come in to knock it down, and get out. After the split, the stock should go up on even higher volume (since the price will be 1/10th of what it was), and again shorts will want to take it down. Shorts don't want to pay dividends though. That's why the dividend is great for longs. It pays us to stay in the stock, and gets any shorts out, when ever we approach a dividend ex date. Should make this stock more tradable in between dividend payments. Everyone in pennies dreams of having a dividend paid, as it makes the MMs account for all the real shares, and forces all NSS out. This stock doesn't seem to have an NSS problem now, but it very likely will have after the split. A dividend gets them out every time.
JMO,
SpongeBath
Where are the buyers? 10 for 1 Split, and three 5.4% dividends (@ post split price of .185, based on current price of $1.85) paid over next 13.5 months. The first one will paid by 12/31/09. This is a great investment, even at this price. You could wait, but record date for 10 for 1 is fast approaching.
Time to start accumulating. If price does drop, buy more to price average down, and you will effectively increase those dividends. I honestly hope the price does drop, so I can increase my dividend income. Every time a dividend is coming, shorts go away price goes up. This is as close to a short busting stock, as you are ever going to see in penny land. Great predictable trades over same 13.5 months as well.
Seems like a no brainer to me.
GLTA,
SpongeBath
I tried to buy 40,000 at .19, with the ask at .19 (not all or none). They wouldn't fill any of my order for over 15 mins, so I changed my order to 10,000 shares. Another 15 mins went by, still no fill, while several other orders went through, including two trades for 10,000, one at .18 and, one at .19, still no fill. Then they moved the bid to .19, so I cancelled my order. Very soon after they moved the ask back to .19, and now it's at .189. Sheesh? I give up.
There is something very fishy going on here today IMO.
SpongeBath
Bear raid, plain, and simple. Sales going off at .18, well out of the money for most longs (18x5=.90 twenty cents below pre split EOD price). I have taken photos of my screen that show several trades exactly in the middle between bid, and ask, yet they are shown as sells.
Not the case at this very moment, but NITE was sitting on both bid, and ask, selling to themselves, most of the morning. Either Short selling, or someone important wants in cheap before 10Q.
Looks like a head fake to me, I believe most longs are holding through EOY, for "off the hook","record" Q4 (quotes from CEO Frank Drechsler, during recent phone call conversation). Could be some trading in and out to accumulate more shares, but at this price, should be more buying than selling. Selling should have taken place at .25, or above, not down here. JMHO,
SpongeBath
This looks like something for the ibox. We could also use some pics, or videos of some of the buggies. And some picks of the County Importers site, showing their prices. I have one I could suggest. 650cc 4X4 UTV Ranch Master - CARBON FIBER EDITION ( UTV 4013 )
Reg. Price: $8,999.99
Sale Price: $6,499.99
Save: $2,500.00
Go to this page, and pan down to the photos.

I think this is what I'm going to buy. The Army Green Camo is pretty cool.
SpongeBath
Thanks for the info. I took a look, and my shares are now in my E-Trade account too.
SpongeBath
I know. What's the deal? I hope we get allot more posters talking about SNWT on Monday.
I do know that the 10Q is due out by 11/15/09. It should give some more insight into how well this company is doing.
I think San West needs to put out some sales, and/or revenue updates every couple of weeks. Even better, would be every week, since this is their high season, and they are new to public trading. Everyone is hungry for info. Would love to see some progress reports.
SpongeBath
Same here. I have E-Trade as well. I called the T/A today, and talked to a very nice lady, who told me they just sent the certs out yesterday. I forgot to ask if they send them next day, express mail, or what. I was just glad to here there aren't any problems, and the shares are on the way. E-Trade will let you sell the ones you haven't received yet, but you have to call to make the trade. I won't be selling anytime soon though.
GLTY
SpongeBath
Deadline for 10Q is 11/15, is that right?
SpongeBath
I'm sure you have got your answer, but just wanted to show you that I brought this up before. Sometimes it pays to read all the posts.
SpongeBath

Enough with the Masuda cr@p. He is irrelevant. He is masterminding absolutely nothing to do with this company. He has only been retained to liquidate assets of former company.
I doubt he even owns an ATV, or Dune Buggy.
SpongeBath
Q3 has to be out by 11/15. Should have some good stuff in it, but Q4 is shaping up to be "off the hook".
SpongeBath
E-Trade says some time this week, but I could sell all if I want by calling to make the trade. They post the shares when they receive them from the company.
SpongeBath
Yes, Very good answer. Was everything I was looking for.
Thanks,
SpongeBath
Thanks for your response Puppy, but Vanity is not a non reporting company. http://www.pinksheets.com/pink/quote/quote.jsp?symbol=vaev
They won't need to do a R/S, as a R/M with Vanity's 27.3MM O/S will accomplish a 25-30 for 1 anyway. There is a right time, and place for everything, and as I said, this is only an option for SPNG, not a prescribed coarse of action. This is possible, is it not?
I know shorts would hate to admit that SPNG has options, but this looks like one to me.
Also, I see no reason the post R/M company would not be SpongeTech, since they have the Revenue, and earnings growth, not Vanity. They also have cooperative management. Both would benefit from the revenue, earnings, and vanity's contact with celebrities, would the not?
JMHO,
SpongBath
Please TEX, follow the thread you responded to. You will see that I was trying to get an intelligent answer from Jim Bishop. I feel however, that he has left the board long ago.
Thanks,
SpongeBath
Puppy (by the way, I have one, lol), you were actually one of the posters I ended up responding to, and never got an actual response from you either, but this all started with a question for Jim Bishop. He kind of answered, but seems that I got gang tackled after that (perfect day for a Football analogy). Anyway, just wanted reasonable banter over the idea that R/M with Vanity is a viable option for SPNG, and just got stuff like, my wires were crossed, and the like. Along with some uniformed angry responses. Seems this subject is being squelched. Is that the case? Can't see why it wouldn't be a way off the Grey Sheets, if all else fails, and Audited financials are in order.
JMHO,
SpongeBath
P.S. Suggestion well taken.
Please read the entire thread. Does it really take four of you to not answer a simple question. I think I spelled out clearly how, and when it could help them get off the Grey Sheets. You obviously just want to discredit/dismiss the whole idea. I don't blame you since "ya'll" would love to see SPNG "revoked". I was only trying to show that they have options that can prevent that from ever happening. I wasn't even responding to you anyway. Why do you feel the need to jump in. You're the third person other than the one I was posting to, that has responded. Please try not to sound so angry.
SpongeBath
Wow, the board sure went quiet. I guess no one wants to comment on my last post. Sorry if I caught everyone in the middle of shift change lol.
SpongeBath
OK, I should have said Reverse Merge (R/M), not merge. Vanity only has 27,369,807 O/S as of Dec 31, 2008. In the R/M, an exchange of 25-30 SPNG shares for 1 VAEV (or new SpongeTech symbol) share would be completely feasible, and would accomplish the R/S SPNG wanted anyway. Dissolving SpongeTech would make no sense, except from a short position.
SpongeBath
I'm not saying they have to reverse merge. I am only saying they could. If the SC is sitting on the audited financials, as many have said, or if no MM will create a market for them (even with 10K, 10Q etc.)they may be stuck on the greys indefinitely. An R/M is just one possible way out.
SpongeBath

What kind of a answer is that? I show you that Vanity is a reporting company. Now please tell me why SpongeTech could not, if needed merge with them, change the symbol, and name and go back to business as usual. If your just going to say I'm stupid, or that I have my "wires crossed" as you put it, you're just trying to start an argument. A simple answer is all I wanted. Can't we keep this on an informative level, and not resort to insults?
Thanks,
SpongeBath
What do you mean, non reporting? Vanity is fully reporting OTCBB. Seems it would make for a perfect shell to merge into. This is provided of course that there are no actionable legal offenses at SpongeTech.
Please explain in what way Vanity is non reporting?

TIA,

I think I implied that same question in my last post, but I'll clear it up. Why do you think a Hedge Fund would buy 142MM shares of SPNG? 42MM of it bought while on the greys, and after reading the kind of garbage written in tabloids, and on this board.
