Dang, I missed this one. RS'd their way to a $112K per share price, then just died. I really wanted to see a share or two change hands.
I'm wondering what Advant-e will do next.

LOL! $112k per share?
Should have done an 80000:1 RS, popped up near BRK.A
Oooo, and they're dark/defunct. Wonder who's pulling the strings?
Is this stock price going to be nearly $100,000 price per share (After split)? I'm trying to figure this one out. This one is mind boggling.

I just received this from Schwab. Anyone have more info or know how we'll be able to trade ADVC after August?
Learn how amendments to SEC Rule 15c2-11 impact your account(s)
On September 28, 2021, new amendments adopted by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) go into effect to enhance investor protection and improve issuer transparency. These amendments restrict the ability of market makers to publish quotations for those companies that have not made required current financial and company information available to regulators and investors.
Ahead of the regulatory enforcement date, Schwab will only accept orders to liquidate positions (i.e. no new buy orders) starting in late August 2021. Please note: After the amendment officially goes into effect on September 28, 2021 it may be more difficult to liquidate these securities. Quoting and market liquidity may also be very limited.
What this means for your account(s).
You’re receiving this notification because you currently hold (or have held) the impacted securities noted at the end of this notice.
You may have multiple options to consider, such as:
Take no action. You are not required to sell these securities; however, starting in late August 2021 we will restrict these securities to liquidation-only transactions. You may continue to hold them, but you may have difficulty selling them in the future and there is no guarantee as to what their future value will be.
Place trades to liquidate. You may place trades to liquidate these securities now. Due to the uncertainly, we cannot guarantee there will be sufficient liquidity to close your position(s) in the future.
Transfer your positions to another financial institution. Other U.S. financial institutions are also impacted by this amendment so you may have difficulty transferring them out of Schwab. If you are interested in transferring the assets, please contact your other financial institution to initiate the transaction.
Thank you for your understanding in this matter. Guidance on and implementation of this amendment are rapidly changing, and we are committed to providing you with updated information once it is available. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please call us at 800-435-4000.

Hi there,
Does anybody have this company's annual report? I'm looking into this company and would appreciate it if anybody could send me a copy of their latest AR. Email: marcfisher1965@gmail.com
Much appreciated!
No problem... and thank you!! You can send to me at sminila@yahoo.com.
Ok, but I'm not a subscriber to this board.
Great -- thank you! Would you mind sharing last year's with me? I can PM you my e-mail address.
Yes, once a year usually in April or May.
Hi there -- Considering investing in ADVC. I know the company isn't posting financials publicly. Are they disclosing them to shareholders?
No idea what they're up to. The end result is essentially a one for 10 reverse split.
Why would they do this? Do they expect there's naked short selling?
ADVC: effective June 10,2016 a one for 10,000 reverse split followed by a 1,000 for one forward split:

Nice, But some kind of a financial report from Advant-e would be helpful.
interesting
I gave in and sold out a while ago after the announcement. I did ok on my investment especially when factoring in the dividend and even bought 9999 shares in accounts that I didn't have positions (and sold them too).
Still I wanted to keep holding for a bigger pay day. I thought the company could be worth quite a lot more if Jason would sell out or if one of their other segments (Healthcare seemed most likely) caught some steam.
With all the shares they bought back though if they change their mind and don't delist it will be quite attractive and there should be a nice bump in EPS just on the buyback!
Your either very lucky or unlucky depending on how you look at it. I only recall you talking about 2 stocks and they both go private at a premium! I wouldn't make much of the lawsuits it seems par for the course these days. They'll probably try to squeeze a few dollars out of the company most cases are probably settled with the company's insurance paying the fee (and of course shareholders get little/nothing).
ADVC may want to consider AUTO's actions before forcing shareholders to sell back their shares cheap. AUTO is going private for $1.05. Now there are at least 3 law firms investigating the board of directors.
I think sell now! the goal is to take it back to private.
I think sell now! the goal is to take it back to private.
a 1-for-10,000 reverse stock split
If you have 10,000 shares ($2700), after the 1-for-10,000 reverse stock split, you will have 1 share ($2700). Not many folks buy shares at that price. Risk! someone offers $50 and someone takes it... or maybe even $1000? You just lost. I just don't think many people gonna buy at $2700 a share.
followed by a 1,000-for-1 forward stock split and a $2,000,000 share repurchase program
Notice the order?
The Board is also considering payment of a potential special cash dividend pending the results of the stock splits, the share repurchase program and the Company's cash flow.
Let's say nobody trades. Price stays at $2700.. then they followed by a 1,000-for-1 forward stock split.. You now have 1000 shares... $2.70 a share.. that is when they start to use the $2 million to finish everyone off. The the final is a divy to then try and get more shares back...
Who knows the other big shareholders? Jason Wadzinski has 36 million.. I think his brother has a bunch too. These large shareholders might be part of the private company coming? Hard to say.
A 14 file is coming... maybe more details.
Just my thoughts.
They would do a reverse split of 10,000 to 1 and buy up all fractional shares at a pre-split price of 27 cents per share. That would be a buy out of anyone owning less than 10,000 shares. Then they would split at 1,000 to 1. This would reduce the number of share holders to 75.
can anyone break this down for me.... it could because it is late but they will do an R/S and the a F/S...... what?
Yes it would be a pink sheet. I haven't tried contacting the company to know if they would still release audited financials or not (my guess is Yes). If anyone does contact them please post.
