Calvin, I can verify your account of what EDWY did back in 2009. I also found it one day in the July/August 2009 time frame while looking through a list of high volume gainers on Google. I think the price when I first saw it was sub penny and the hype for this stock was huge. This was literally the first penny stock I ever thought of buying so I sat on it for a couple of months, debating whether I should buy in. Eventually I was convinced that EDWY was serious about bringing something to the table and there was serious money to be made...hell, there was going to be a mobile peripheral! So I bought in at around .025. Like you said, it climbed to somewhere around .15 leading up to the Oct 2 conference. I was so damn green back then that I ate the hype up hook, line and sinker, I still have my shareholder invite to the Oct 2 conference in Texas :P As it started to fall I recouped my investment but let my "gains" ride, thinking that it was only a matter of time until it bounced...at the time, the only dilution I knew of was when I mixed Clorox in the washer. Oops! If I'd known then what I know now...I would have pulled in a healthy profit, but such is life. With what I've seen in the past 3 years, I still can't believe my "luck" finding this penny stock as my first dance in the pink sheets.

Anyway, I've watched it ever since, out of curiosity, out of spite...but I'm writing to say yes, what Calvin said is true. To people balking at the prices Calvin mentioned, understand that he adjusted them to POST split prices! Back then it ran from double zeros to 0.15ish in about 4 months.

I'm not making any predictions, only trying to help anyone interested in this thing make an educated decision.

Romgak, I'm not sure why you are so doom and gloom since the R/S. Not that much has changed in the big picture of VMGI except that it now has a share structure that could support a significant run.

What has made you lose all of your confidence from when we were invested in a company sitting at 0.004 with an O/S of 4 billion to where we are now?

Not sure how you can write off Cowboy Mining and Fistfull of Blood from today's PR. All it does is address Beyondrace's new website which is a positive.

If I remember correctly, people bashed the initial Beyondrace acquisition and the original website. Now people are complaining because they are updating said website. There's no reasoning with 90% of the people in pink land...

Company just posted a music video it shot/edited and it updated Winter Winds about a month ago...why are you saying that there are no signs of life?

Veve returns emails, I've had replies, posted them up here and anyone who claims otherwise is a blatant liar.

The haters came out after the RS, which isn't unexpected since it's typically a bad thing, but there's still reason to believe that this company can get off the ground.

The realists here are putting out sound observations in that things can actually improve at a faster clip than before.

any sort of positive news about CM or other revenue stream at only 40 million shares can make this baby move way better than at 4 billion.

Even if Veve is going to liquidate his preferred shares, I believe he would let this baby run up before starting to sell off.

Who knows how it will play out but like Mr Fillet said, at least things are a hell of a lot more interesting around here :P

IMO, drawing hypothetical scenarios based on the particular hat or lack of hats being worn is a little silly.

If anything we should be glad we didn't see a CM hat, less overhead being spent on un-necessary merchandise... :P

Take a breathe...I'm as anxious as the next but an exact date was never given so don't throw in the towel if nothing happens today.

IMO, Verde has been moving along nicely to this point...just because Veve hasn't satisfied iHubbers' insatiable need for PRs doesn't mean that the company is not progressing forward.

If you want a quick buck, go elsewhere, invest here.

Damn that's cynical...your email (assuming it's one of the posted up top) doesn't mention anything about reporting financials or estimate a PR time frame...so why would you have any expectations from it. We've gotten a time frame end of Q1/beginning Q2 so let's appreciate the recent flow of communication from Veve to shareholders and wait for a solid move forward.

The CEO of National Lampoon, along with two other gentlemen, set up a Ponzi scheme through a company called Fair Financial Co.

IMO, I don't see any involvement of Mr Veve in this scheme...was he connected to a business that the schemers loaned money to? I don't know, but either way that does not make him responsible for the crimes those 3 men committed.

People that have been on this board understand that Mr Veve took over HMIT as a shell company back in late 2009/2010. He had already begun using HMIT as Verde Media when that PR was posted. The ticker change was merely a formality in terms of Verde's business model and execution.

Here is the original PR about it. Since then there have been numerous inquiries from people on this board to Veve with personal responses reiterating that there is no intent to perform a R/S.

To go a step further, Veve has said that current actions are focusing more on execution than share structure. Though I would like to see a reduction in share count, this tells me that R/S isn't even on the horizon regardless of what the "intent" is.

Above is my opinion on the CEO's words, but again, here is the PR:

That's your opinion, the CEO's is that there will not be a R/S...this has been well documented.

Look it up again and you have to reason that Newtostocks is correct.

Veve signs the letter without mentioning anything about "not telling".

I highly doubt he wrote something like, "PS: Don't tell anyone! ;)"

It was most likely a packaged statement at the bottom of all of Veve's emails like Newtostocks said.

So, it's been a little over a month since that PR came out. The word "Imminent" had a lot of people worked up when nothing came out within a couple of weeks. I don't see it as anything to worry about and feel comfortable waiting a little longer.

In the meantime, Verde has continued to make acquisitions and work on releasing an 8-K.

Don't confuse your disappointment in the stock price with VMGI disappointing...Regardless of the stock price, I'd say Verde is not a disappointment at all to this point.

Great news this morning! Looks like some meaty PRs will be "imminent"!!!

You might have some valid questions in your post but are you really questioning whether Veve exists? Because if you're not even sure of that by now, what kind of DD did you do prior to buying this stock?

There is a lot of DD done in the iBox and searching the Web will show you many connections between Verde (Veve), GlobeExplore and Astrablu.


I don't know what kind of connection Veve has with Justin or other people that post on this board, but regardless, I know what I've been able to find on the Web and through my own DD. This does not appear to be a scam and I'm willing to let it ride until we hear about CM and the Astrablu deal.

I would say it looks like anything else but the D word. we know that the O/S is maxed and I doubt that the company would drive the price back to 7's for about $4,000, unless Veve needed a couple of rolls of film for season two ;)
