At this point we can only speculate on the fair market value. Seems like it will be a simple formula: the net proceeds of the sale minus debt obligations divided by the number of outstanding shares.

How many outstanding shares are there? How much actual debt is there? How much are these majority of assets worth? Wasn't there some nonsense about millions in tax credits?

It bugs me that there was no obvious frontloading over the last couple weeks like we saw when the deal went down between Cooper and SHAR a few years ago. The only volume spike was when the Annual Report came out March 25. I'd expect so and so's brother in law to be frontloading the deer piss out of this thing to make some quick cash off the impending deal.

I've been doing some digging on Crednology. I have to say.. it actually seems like a legit company that's been in business for over 10 years and has real employees. I'll post my findings later.

IF by some chance this does ever get relisted what price will that come with? Do you think it's just going to start trading again with the old share structure in place?

No dilution imo. Not yet anyway. Remember there are people and market makers who loaded the boat at half the current PPS a couple months ago. Lots of peeps could just be taking double their money and putting it to work somewhere else. .0008 - .0009 is the absolute bottom for now imo. Cooper is prepping this for a run so those "creditors" who took stock options against their debt at .01 can cash in. This will break .005 some time in the next two months, it's almost guaranteed. Load up the dips while the interest has waned and be patient. The daily play by play cheerleading of some who are obviously not buying does get tedious though, i'll give you that.

IMO, meaty PR will come at a better strategically placed time for the company.. ie, immediately post labor day when everyone is back from vacation and back to full time trading.

Expect 1 or 2 more fluffy PRs between now and then to keep speculation and interest going here.

He's totally scamming you. He doesn't make his money by selling his personal shares into the market. He dumps tons of the company's shares and uses the company's money to write himself, wife, and brother-in-law a paycheck. Then they all get in that ridiculous Dukes of Hazard looking pickup truck and cruise around the backwater countryside of America under the guise of going to trade shows using the company card to gas up, get hotel rooms, and have $200 lunches at the Texas Road House. I'm sure he's got some kind of scam going where the company picks up a nice chunk of his property taxes since the company's physical address is a dirt mound adjacent to his own property.
