Morning all, long time shareholder who rarely post on this board. However, I have received an email this morning that warrants me too post. I am unable to attend shareholders meeting on the 24th. I have read the proxy card that was in the email. I am sure all of you shareholders will read that card and express some concern. I've been involved in penny stocks for way too long I've been burned many times by reverse splits. I was wondering where all this reverse split talk and the tanking of it share price came from. It's almost as though the news of the proxy card was leaked did miss something. A company asking for a reverse split on a proxy card is news to me I don't believe I've ever seen that from a penny stock. I have a fair number of shares which present me with a dilemma whether to vote for or against the reverse split. I know that many of you have way more shares than I do and I don't know how much my vote will matter but it still is somewhat of a concern. It's been my experience that 90% of these penny stocks are scams in my eyes, but I thought Kraig labs seems to be different. In almost all other cases where RS destroyed my share, share price tanked and almost never returned losing my investment. I don't believe that's what's going to happen here but it's rare when a company can RS destroying shareholder value and recover from that even if it means up listing. Maybe some of you out there have some examples of it being successful I'd love to hear them. I am sending this post to get some advice, and to see what shareholders on this board think.

Hey Bana or board, long time investor who reads almost all posts, however, rarely post. What does this notice of effectiveness mean. I'm at work and can't access the SEC site. I have never seen this notice before. Can someone please summaries the contents of the notice for the board thanks in advance.

Hey Board and Cburg, the CEO emails you that they are moving towards commercialization of the plant before they have even PR'd the facts on the plant's performance. Unless I missed something which is quite possible; do we even know how well the pilot plant works.

Ok got it thanks for the response, I read your first post about the $500 and then all of sudden all these posts pop up with the disclaimer icon and I thought it was something new. It a great feature it unfortunate that more promo don't sign on, although, it understandable why they don't.

Hey shajandr and board, this is the first time I have seen this on the board and wondering if it's new or I just never came across it before. The latest posts ie.stockman69, not you of course shajandr, have a new icon on their posts that indicates that they are promoters. If someone is affiliated with one these companies and is on ihub do they have too register and when ever they post the icon pops up?

Truth and board, from a long time reader and investor in KBLB who rarely posts. It seem to me that the hiring of a COO and the retaining of a law firm speaks volumes from an otherwise very fugal CEO. The fact that we have limited PRs and sketchy SEC filings leads the investment community at a loss. Hopefully in the not to distant future all will be reveled.

Chicago, I'm somewhat relieved to see that you are posting again. You know I read almost every post but rarely post myself. With all the talk of tmen going out of business and you not posting, concerned me a little. I have not seen that you have posted about the people that are leaving the company. I know that the water legislation that was supposed to be passed has not and no contracts are not seemingly in the works, it does not look good going forward. I don't invest a great deal in penny stock because of the uncertain nature of the investment. That being said I was hopeful that tmen was different. HERE'S HOPING GO TMEM!!!

Hey Board, I have been seeing this sec filing "Statement of Changes in Beneficial Ownership (4)" a number of time lately and I'm not sure what it means other than ownership change. What I'm hoping for is for someone to give some insight into why a company would do this and to what benefit. There is one of my companies that has done it often in the last number of months and just yesterday a number of companies that I hold also have done it. Is there a reason why it is done that has to do with market timing, the fact it's a pink sheet or the election? Any help would greatly appreciated.

Hey Courtney, I do not read this board very much and have pretty much written off my loses on the investment. I don't believe it was a total scam at the start (I know it's naïve but I like to look at things from a positive perspective that why these scam can get me sometimes.) Just like many pinkland companies with an idea and hope, which eventually turn bad and becomes a scam once they realize that the dilution is just as profitable as the company can be. I usually don't invest to much in these companies for this reason. I don't have much left and not really gong to worry about it if it ever does do something than maybe I get some of money back. GLTA

Hey Chicago, I'm not sure how this article plays out for TMEN on the one hand it talks about increased quakes because of fracking and that may spell a huge reduction in fracking country wide. However, if I understand TMEN has a way to put less polluted water back in the well which might be a huge fix. I'm sure I have this right. I also just read the update this seem to me similar to the article on the hand we seem to moving forward on our tech front while the company is operating at a loss.

Does anybody know what is going on, did someone buy this shell for some other reason than restaurant sales? It's just crazy with penny stocks you just never know!!!! Thanks Board, for the responses very helpful look forward to good things happen with the company. I have been reading about all of these prediction of PPS and can't help to wonder how some of them can be made based on current rev. I'm assuming the GG is going to increase rev. I can't believe that much. In short 5 yrs. I've been investing in pinkland and OTC penny stocks I've learned so much (much of it the HARD way) about how the pump and dump works as one the early post mentions. I know that CMGO is in a different position than those true pump and dumps, however, I thought that of some other companies and it turn out to be just a shell. Which has kept me from taking larger positions in these types of stocks. Don't get me wrong I would love this going to $8.00 PPS. Here's hoping this is the real deal!!! GO CMGO!!!

Hey Fergus or anybody on this board, I'm small time invest with a small position in this company(who rarely posts, however, read many of the posts) and have a limited business experience with SEC reports. Having said that, I'm trying to learn more about them after reading the report I thought it meant that they were going to repurchase 45 million on 4/29/14. I have not followed the OS all that much so I'm sure if it happened or is going to happen. What was also very weird my TD acct. shows no OS however, yahoo shows 290 million is that after the repurchase or before. Any help would greatly appreciated. GLTA GO CMGO!!!

Thanks Board, that helps, what I was thinking was confirmed by many of your responses. The funding of the concept and the construction is where this will comes in. If your are correct in the 2250ft. height there are some strong winds that come across the AZ desert structural stability is my first concern how ever I'm sure the will take that into consideration. I think if AZ has given its approval they must of viewed the concept and believe it is possible, I hope. I will following this with most interest form here on out. GLTA GO SWET

Hey Tim or anybody on this board, I'm new to the board and have read the last few days of post and your's is the one that caught my eye. You seem realistic and optimistic about the company's potential. I have purchased a small position before I read your post but I share your sentiment's. I have not read all the posts and rarely do post on these boards I learned of this stock from another board. Have you been on this board awhile and can you tell me if there has ever been any mention of funding by the company of the board about where they are going to get the funding? I believe that is the major difficulty facing the company.

Hey Glenn and board, it's small middle class investors, like myself, who don't have the funds and really shouldn't be in at all. Can't resist the chance to make some money, back on our investment, who were here before the creation of WMIH and were unable to take a chance when the stock was .79 a share and wished we did and now it too expensive for us. I don't speak for everybody just myself when I say I'm still don't know if WMIH will ever get back to banking. If anybody has an opinion on that issue please give your thoughts, because I think that what we all were hoping would happen. It was that hope and why I think many small time investors were hoping for. Before the great recession most big bank were way out of reach for the small investor. With WAMHU we saw a chance to buy in on the possible of reorganization of a big bank and get in on the ground floor. That still has not happen and I'm not sure it will ever happen. Hey Bob and board, I have done a little DD on Warwick and was unable to find out if it's publicly traded. I believe it's not and that again upsets me. The two companies that Kim chose to advance the products are companies (SM and WM) that are not publicly traded. I'm not sure why or if that's a problem and if Kim did this on purpose. I wanted to invest in both of those companies as a play on Kraig's success. I know it's a little late to be discussing this since both of these companies have been in the game for a while now. I did bring the point up when Kim announced the SM MOA.

Area, I listened to the webcast, and heard them mention the RS. I didn't hear or read where they talked about a number. What are your thought, should we be expecting a 1000/1 or 100/1 split. If it's a 100/1 happens I be alright with that anything else would be a real disappointment. HERE"S HOPING GO CCTC!!!!!!!!!

Hey Cincy or board, Based on what? again I will repeat I've been invest before the conversion and read most post, although, I have no banking or legal experience so I don't understand most of the posts. Here's the question do you think we will get back to banking and that the reason for your prediction or is it because we are going to be taken over by KKR and that's the reason. I got involve in the stock because I thought like GM that after the reorganization that we would emerge from the bankruptcy a bank with the assets that could make the company the former power it was.

Hey Jest or anybody on this board, I know how frustrating it can be to repeat info. and if it requires a lengthy response don't bother. Having said that, I had before the formation of the new company shares in wamu in three different categories I had a very small position in each, I had (I think) some U's, P's and commons. I don't read every post, but most, and my TD acct. still shows those shares with out the normal symbol just numbers and # of share I have. I have never been involved in and investment like this so I'm flying blind. From what I've read, that situation is because they might receive some distributions in future action court. My question is do I have that correct or am I just not informed enough because I've read the post incorrectly or didn't do my DD far enough. Area, I'm with you I have been invested for some time and read most posts, however, rarely post. The fact that they have made or had parts to make a pilot plant says something what I'm not sure. I have bounced back and forth between scam and real start up so many times I can't count. This was one of my first pennyland investments a good,(painful)5 years ago Your statement sums it up best plan for the worst and hope for the best. Even if the plant is operational it going to a considerable time before they are going to transform that into real revenues. GLTA GO CCTC!!!!

How come nobody is posting about the DTC CHILL on this stock. Just curious TD ameritrade won't let trades go through. Hey Chicago, maybe a better fit for the coal tech is China. I hope the management team is pursuing that market. I know you have said it before and I trying to be patient but until we see a signed contract we really are just another, albeit one of the better penny stocks I've invested in, a penny stocks.
