and oneinamillion i must say you completely confused me.. i thought i had it figured out and felt comfortable about eeso till you say that they are still shipping even though payment isn't possitively being sent. why would a ceo even consider that, i would stop shipping instantly till i recieve some money. that confused me. also you say something about ANOTHER buyout offer, just stop confusing us, lets go with what the pr said and say that all buyout offers are done... its alot more comforting knowing that the company is on its own.. theyll have to start given prs about financials which is what i care about now

AYE, i have to say because this was a breakthrough for eeso in unleashing a straightforward PR in stating that the Buyout offers are expired, and he can finally start talking more about the business and not so much about the buyout... they'll start unleashing financials, new company customers, and etc... the company is finally on its own.

it said that the original offer as well as the counter offer was rejected and as far as a new buyer goes, can you give some more detail to the offer or whom the buyer is, any information at all? it seems to me that the buyout options are gone, this company is now on its own and cant rely on daddy buying it out.... with respect- Gm90

i also think jared putting out the pr on thursday at 4:17 was a smart move due to the fact that market closed for 3 days due to holiday, it gives time for people to clear their heads and make a judicious decision... just trying to get inside jared's wicked head, haha

no, sorry you misread it, they signed and agreement in which eeso gave products to wowgreen but wowgreen has yet to pay in full for the products traded, i believe it to be a terms of sales condition in which wowgreen had a certain date to pay, and they are late in paying the bill.. wowgreen is trying to delay payment as much as possible using the cash flow principle in which you delay the payables for as long as possilbe. - hope that helps

this is the deal.. there are so many possibilities, this has definately been a bashing day for eeso, rightfully, but i think there should be some other possible light shown from a pumpers perspective.. ima give another what if cenario... the PR today was one that had needed to be given out for some time now- the buyout situation. It also displayed relationship between Wow and Eeso, with the economy as is and the desperation between delaying the accounts payable as long as possible- cash flow- there can be a likeness of Eeso and Wow resolving the issue.Now this PR will without a doubt lower shareholder confidence, but its possible that the price of esso will remain steady due to it having a low price already. This Pr can be a small downturn to a good PR that can be upcoming. The video that was shot can increase the price which is scheduled to come out on the 7th if im not misinformed and there is possibly another PR comng out on the 15th, Ask yourselves if the low price we have right now already values the company which is likely, but if you don't think that then sell, but im certain that the prices will show and due honesty will be shown in the near future, EESO can get through this.... or not

well to me it looks like we got a new floor which is good news, i cant answer that question entirely, im no genious, unfortunately, but i do know why its not holding past 2. the news isnt sufficient nuff and the volume isnt high nuff. you might have your knowledge in stock but i like using my common sense.

i believe what he ment was that he is "dilluting" but not for negative circumstances. He hints that he is trying to increase shares to increase $$ during the buyout.

Certain situations upcoming- clearly hinting towards the buyout, sometimes you gotta read between the lines , and as far as " off the table" quote means that he has to look at each offer objectively without any emotional interferance, but thats IMHO.
