Oh, good.
Then you will be so kind as to tell me THE FINRA arbitration case number.
VFIN was fined $40,000 because I brought their actions to FINRA.
Funny, I can't find these fines.
Here is VFIN's FINRA report:
https://files.brokercheck.finra.org/firm/firm_44962.pdf
Why don't you point out where these fines are in the report?
Congrats.
What FINRA Arbitration?
What case number?
You keep mentioning this Arbitration that is going to trigger the Shortpacolypse, but you can't even provide a FINRA case number. Why?
The existence of this world-shaking Arbitration should be easy to prove.
Let's not forget everything else sketchy about GGF:
Everyone involved trying to keep their names away from the website;
Involvement of Peter Scalise: veteran scammer, involved in a prior ICNB pump-and-dump involving alleged "smart beverages," zero known MJ experience;
CANB stating in a filing that "Green Grow Farms" was a house of cards:
https://www.streetinsider.com/dr/news.php?id=16596699
Pursuant to the Original Agreement, CANB purchased 51% of the issued and outstanding equity interests of GGFI from ICNB, with NYFG holding the remaining 49%. In the Original Agreement, GGFI made certain representations regarding its assets. The has since Company discovered that certain assets of GGFI were valued at less than the amount GGFI had previously represented. In light of the foregoing, pursuant to the Agreement, NYFG agreed to assign to CANB (i) all of the equity interests in GGFI held by NYFG and (ii) 1,000,000 shares of ICNB’s common stock. The ICNB shares are subject to a lock up leak out agreement with ICNB whereby the Company has agreed not to transfer the ICNB shares until July 1, 2020 and for the six (6) months thereafter not sell or transfer more than the greater of 3.5% of ICNB’s trading volume or $5,000. Pursuant to the Agreement, CANB agreed to forgive a loan to Apolise LLC in the amount of $144,310 and to assume the lease liability for 1545 Ocean Ave., Suite 1, Bohemia, NY 11716. Each party to the Agreement also agreed to release the other parties thereto from all claims relating to the Original Agreement and the transactions contemplated thereby.
"Nothing" is, of course, significantly less than the amount Scalise and "Green Grow" claimed.
And don't forget the "Green Grow Farms" silliness.
If anyone not an insider in on the scam truly owns over two billion 350 million, their family would have had a psychiatric intervention, correct?
You mean people would have to be "buzzed" to think buying it was a good idea? Yeah...
Lumb's Management Team has beaten the NSS and his team will beat the NSS who has damaged GNCP. Simple as that.
Please provide one shred of proof supporting this statement.

Threatening lawsuit against "paid bashers"
GNCC Capital, Inc. (OTC: GNCP) now considering legal action against those "NON SHAREHOLDERS", nicknamed "Paid Bashers" on I Hub. Why are they are posting TRASH endlessly? Why trash a Company and damage Shareholders? THEY ARE CLEARLY BEING PAID TO DO SO. BUT WHY? Hence the lawsuit

Here's what happens to people who "trust" the Lumb "team":

That can be good or bad in this business. All comes down to what makes best profit margins and keep expenses down.
I understand what you are saying, but since ICNB doesn't have any part of the wine-making process (no vineyards, no wineries, no bottling facilities), or the distribution network, that means a lot of other people getting paid before ICNB shareholders. And that doesn't even count Brinkley or United Spirits...
GNCP - Holy Crap JUNE 1st is Monday!!!!!
Holy crap July 6 is Monday!!!!!
And nothing is going to happen.
GNCP - Plenty of opportunities to turn perfectly good money into a fraud loss...
Fixed it for you.
The day of reckoning will come.
Just how? It appears that this "VFIN FINRA arbitration" is a non-issue. There have been many Shortpacolypse predictions, and no results.
GNCP - THE REVOLUTION HAS BEGUN!!!
Is this the communist revolution? The Qanon revolution?
"Those banks that naked shorted GNCP" are as scared or not scared as you imagine them to be.
GNCP is a scam.
Q isn't real.
There will be no "revaluation to gold standard."
VFINs fines were real, call "John" he was named in the ledger
What ledger? What was the number of the FINRA enforcement action?
What is the number of the FINRA case?
I have asked for all this evidence you claim to have, and yet you never produce any.
ICNB doesn't make wine. They buy it wholesale from Terre Dei Buth in Italy and put in in their vanity bottles. Which they also don't make, but have a trademark on the design.
That is part of the problem: ICNB owns none of the winemaking process.
No, I called ICNB a company that doesn't make anything. lol.
Except for "Green Grow Farms" disappearing, not any different from the last few slideshows Rich has used to shill shares.
This isn't "DD." This is promotional material. There is a difference.
The only lesson I have learned so far is that, when I ask for verification of this world-changing event that is going to make the PYCT faithful rich, I get crickets.
I am beginning to suspect that there is no FINRA case.
What FINRA records?
What case?
You keep telling us that the Shortpacolypse is nigh, but there has to be a pending FINRA arbitration case number in order for this to be real.
Lots of GREAT THINGS are Moving Behind The Scenes For GNCP SHAREHOLDERS IMO!!!!!!!
Just MOMENTS Away!!!!!!!
Heard this over and over again:

Reputation Managers.
Florida gaming empire.
C4 Odyssey.
Biocann.
PDIV merger.
Promises made, promises broken.
Shorts still monitor this bloated short trap...funny stuff.
There is no credible evidence of any significant shorts.

Total short interest: about $5.00 worth. Not exactly a shortpacolypse waiting to happen.
You have many assertions regarding the ENSSFM here, but no proof.
It is nearing the end of June, and your much-vaunted NSS lawsuit is dribbling to a non-start.
First week of June- nothing.
Second week of June- nothing.
Third week of June- nothing.
Isn't it obvious? The ENSSFM have, once again, used their quantum event powers to non-exist just hen you thought you had them!
Check out this information on the person supposedly doing the ENSSFM lawsuit, Robert David Steele

Robert David Steele pushing Pizzagate nonsense in a made-up "international tribunal":

Conclusion: either Robert David Steele is completely insane, or he is pretending to be in order to cash in on the dupes, like Alex Jones.
Problem is, CANB has already raised a fuss about the deal, claiming that, surprise, the assets have little value.
GNCP is the Fools' Gold ticket.

Fixed it for you.
They Didn’t just Put them out there to keep us busy imo!!!!!!!!!!
That was exactly why it was done IMO!!!!!!!!!!!
GNCP - Going to be fun grabbing $0.0001’s shortly...
Good news! There are hundreds of millions of them for you to buy if you want.
Remember, this GNCP Management has beaten the Naked Shorts on another one of their companies in the past. They have the experience to do it again.
Which company? When? All I see when I look at their track record, is failure, broken promises, and delisted dead shells.
If Hooters wasn't hurting already, they wouldn't have had a C-lister like Rich no their vanity label liquor.
Problem is, the actual product is pretty generic.
http://www.terredeibuth.it/
https://www.vivino.com/wineries/terre-dei-buth
Once again: not horrible wine, just not special and unique. The complete lack of promotion based on the wine itself, and the fact that Rich has mostly kept it away from professional reviewers and wine competitions, speaks volumes.
At $20 per bottle, Bellissima isn't competing with other DOC proseccos; it is competing with California mass-market sparkling wines.
This is the crux problem with how little ICNB actually does.
It pays someone else to make the prosecco.
It has have to give Brinkley, who is not an owner, her cut.
Rich charges to use his company to handle import/export issues.
So, once all those mouths are fed, a $12 prosecco needs to be at $20 to turn a profit.
Runs back to the core problem with Bellissima: at the end of the day, it appears to be a perfectly decent mass-market DOC prosecco. However, it is being sold at California Brut prices.
People expect to pay $10-$14 for mass market DOC prosecco. And despite the claims (Christie Brinkley is magic, organic, noteworthy bottle), is just has an unsustainably high price point. And the almost MIA "Bella Sprizz" is a premixed cocktail at an unsustainably high price point.
Fair enough.
I respect your honesty.
Some people around here aren't willing to admit that the entire Belissima line is geared to people who don't know squat about alcohol.
You are right: not everyone has a bottle of Aperol and a bottle of St. Germain. Those of us who do look at a premixed version using off-brand substitutes with confusion. Still, you have a point: Bella Sprizz is clearly not designed for people who know how to mix their own drinks. Likewise, these premixed spritzers aren't designed for people who know how to mix a French 75, or even have tried a well-made one. Better hope there are plenty!
Some of the real wine geeks are getting into it at a molecular chemistry level- you know, the UC-Davis squad. I know: they are trying to produce the perfect Napa Cab, and Rich just wants to market something that can be cut with orange juice at a "bottomless mimosa brunch."
PS: sometimes, when making large batches, I use 200ml beakers when mixing cocktails. So, when it comes to "taking it one step further and creating a beverage with your old school chemistry set," I am already there. Why aren't you?
