Weather you choose to believe me or not does not change what i know to be true... i could care less about what you think or feel about my posts. I post to inform those who care and want to be cautious. I have no motive to make this up and if you check my posts i'm sure you can find great consistency in my information... If i were making this elaborate story up, i would imagine my facts would not be so consistent (well at least in my experiences this is true with liars.)

I never said that Jeff was directly related to the EESO scam. All i said is that he is not what he seems and that he has lied to people i personally know as well as promising them gifts in exchange for information on EESO's inner workings. He has taken personal employee information from Jared (presumably) and used it to contact ex employees. He has also contacted at least one ex employee i know of and accused him of being Mr. Biggerstaff without ANY proof whatsoever, threatening: "the police are on their way to your house now man... better just confess" when the person he contacted has no personal ties to Mr. Biggerstaff whatsoever.
So did Jeff provide a forum for CEO's to address shareholders? Well that is clear but what is not clear is weather or not he was involved with EESO in any other way.
Does this seem like bahavior from an honourable man as you all call him?

I also wanted to add that EVERY lawyer we talked to made it very clear that we had a good case against EESO and several lawyers even referred us to friends or colleagues to search for a lawyer willing to take on the case. Unfortunately it came down to asset recovery in the decision not to take the case. Perhaps after guilty verdict by the SEC we may be able to continue with a class action.

And i am fairly certain that private suites paid out of pocket have a good chance of going to court if the statute of limitations does not run out. Anyone know what the statue of limitations is in a case like this?

Testimony from witnesses (the source you've apparently talked to) as to a session previous to a ihub SA where Jeff is coaching Jared on what to say, how to say it and how to break news to shareholders. even though we had 40 people claiming an average loss of $11,000, after presenting the case to 5 different firms we could not find a firm that would touch it in the midst of an SEC investigation for the simple fact that asset recovery cold not show a means to justify the case load.

So essentially, Even though EESO (allegedly) scammed every one of it's shareholders by diluting its stock and getting rich from it, because he either A. hid his assets well or B. did not steal enough money (allegedly), the firms will not take the case.

It's sad in this country when a man can steal millions (allegedly) and not even face jail time where as you or i could walk into a jewelry store and steal less than what he (allegedly) took and face more jail time then he.

Jeff may appear to be an innocent 3rd party bystander but evidence shows that he may be much more.

Evidence show's he is not truthful and that some of the conference calls with Jared were in fact partially if not fully coached by Jeff just prior to the actual calls.

From my sources Murph is very active in returning calls and e mails. trying to clean up the EESO image and assure share holders.
I believe that to be from EESO.

And from another source murph is doing much more than just easing nervousness... can't go into too much deal without breaching my sources confidence but something is going on in that house of cards.

Don't be fooled. He worked very close with Jared and EESO to pump stock.I cannot offer proof with out the fear of exposing my sources publicly but it is highly speculated and there is evidence that backs this up.
I have seen proof that Jeff has on several occasions contacted various people privately under the direct instruction of Jared to seek out private information, for example, the identity of Mr. Biggerstaff which after reading some posts on here may or may not be illegal according to some. But i could be and probably am wrong about the legality of such an action.

well you can disagree all you want but the history of this thing doesn't lie... MIKP is doing all this great stuff and yet the price has plummeted. So although it is your right to disagree, these two are linked in investors minds and last time i checked MIKP still operates out of the EESO headquarters so it appears they are physically linked as well.

Yes i have it on good authority that he is struggling to pay his lawyers. So biggerstaff looks like you might be spared the dull axe of jared's frivolous lawsuit against you.

I am pretty close to some people that work there, that came directly from some people that work there.

If you buy into jared's lies then of course you would think i was wrong, otherwise show me some facts before you falsely call me out.

ESI allowed eeso to break off for the reason that A. Jared is majority share holder and B. He was purchasing more material from them than any other entity in order to then sell it to WoW green at a mark up which is why wow green is now suing eeso for breach of contract which eeso maintains their innocence.
People don't like Jared at esi because he clearly is taking away profit and attention from the company but his major orders of "enzyme" are enough to keep them from doing anything about it legally.

Well i think wow green is suing EESO right now for breach of contract. Something to do with eeso buying the enzyme from another company and selling it to wow at a mark up when in the contract it states that EESO makes the enzyme in house.

there was some talk about this on the EESO Google board. And i have a contact with access to some of the public legal docs.

Now i believe that WoW has taken control of all aspects of the production which was originally EESO's task.

Currently i believe their only relationships is one that exists in the legal system.
