CSWG just came out with a great Q- .36 earnings up from .19 last Q. Amazing rev. growth. Stock up 68% so far today, but still is only at 4.8 PE.... Stock should climb to at least another 200%.
Nice earnings just reported. 0.36 per share. This stock is undervalued currently.
I jumped on the train again at .12 today. Nice volume spike. Had previously played this a few weeks ago from .05 to .09.
Looking for a nice gap up Monday.
We gotta get the board marks up so more people on Ihub hear about this stock.

Financials look good, hopefully those net profits keep getting bigger~
Should get a nice pop today
I wonder what the status is re the suit against Cresta Capital?????
Looks like GFGU caved.
Puxxies. Knew they had no defense.
For anyone who thinks the 13G is based on a current O/S- Read the relevant SEC rule- Geeesshh!
For the purpose of sections 13(d) and 13(g), any person, in determining the amount of outstanding securities of a class of equity securities, may rely upon information set forth in the issuer's most recent quarterly or annual report, and any current report subsequent thereto, filed with the Commission pursuant to this Act, unless he knows or has reason to believe that the information contained therein is inaccurate.
Errr, these are not the company's SEC filings. It's investor SEC filings.
By my calculations, Mr. Pike has a .0444 average on his recent purchases. Or just about break even..... so far......
I wonder what the initial 100 mil. were purchased at though, yikes!
Yeah, except did you ever see ayme sell anything? That's accumulation, albeit maybe not for themselves, but for someone.... (who obviously "must" have known something then too....)
No, it's based off the last public filing in April. 722 mil. and change.
Just like AYME did buying 10's of millions of shares in August between .15 and .20, right?
It's a mess of LP's and LLC's - some are beneficially owned, some not. It's difficult to read through and tie the ends together.
I have a feeling though that when the investors in these funds find out what MR. Pike has done with their money, he may be facing quite a bit of redemption requests, and may need to liquidate some holdings..... Ouch.
Well, market expert, it wasn't the number from the last 10K, it was from the 10Q.
I know that's the number he has to use, it doesn't make it any less hilarious though..... I have a feeling we'll see the stock owned well over "100%" with coming 13G's!!!
It all adds up- He's done quite a bit of buying this month....
Read the 13g. Try again.
That's hilarious- Mr. Pike is using the 722 mil. O/S figure from April to calculate his % holdings..... ROFLMAO!
Wow, astonishing interpretation of securities laws....
ROFLMAO
I agree with that assessment.
Not very good, to say the least.....
The 10k may not answer the "copmany investment" issue. Why did they say SPNG was investing when in reality it was RME? Does RME's relationship with SPNG extend further than had previously been made public? Why did they not 8k the terms of the deal after it was announced??
All of these questions lead to a "lack of current information."
Well, we certainly have sufficient free trading stock! LOL!!
It appears to be a trademark matter.....
Your information is current as of my check 2 minutes ago.
"We feel it is important to ensure that our customers and potential customers are not confused by STI abusing our legally protected trademark and to restore our reputation to the public."
....Trademark confusion is not what is causing Spongetech's reputation to rival that of Bernie Madoff.....
If you think this will hold .06, and that the SEC "stopped a slide", you're going to be sorely disappointed....
Yeah, I wonder what the heck else they gotten into besides GFGU..... Or maybe it just refers to GFGU - that one was sufficiently botched.
I just loaded up on some Nov. 75 calls.
IMO, expectations have been lowered going into earnings season in tech. Just like last quarter, except the exact opposite.
IMO, Oct. options are too near term for this to play out fully; Dec. you're paying too much premium.
Those pesky decimal points..... 70mil, 7 mil.... who's keeping track anyway?
Turns out, the SEC is...... Who'd'a thunk it?
For the company as a going concern maybe.... for the stock, nada, ziltch. It will never achieve valuation now with this stain.
No, this time I'm expecting them to say "anticipated booked orders" A fantasy within a mirage within an illusion.....
I'm still waiting on a PR. Hopefully they put some more sales numbers in it..... LOL!
TDA was too. My sell order at 2:35 on Friday was executed quite quickly, in blocks over about 45 seconds.... thankfully!!!
Yep- it'll certainly be a while if it happens
Obvoiusly not without a 10k / 10Q- But if they file one approved by RH, IMO MM's would.
Don't forget that a lot of MM's are holding the bag big time on this one. If we get a 10k, and also a 10Q, then the MM's might not be so reluctant to quote this, if for no other reason than to dump their shares.
Big "ifs" on that scenario though.
There are patents. SPNGE doesn't own them, but there are patents.
