Think of it this way. Every PR they post is being heavily scrutinized.. Been holding for a long time now. IMO it's going to get interesting. GLTY
You're right.
Going back to earlier posts.. The cash held in escrow and being argued about is a pittance of what it would take to start a bio-fuel company. Think any venture capitalist will invest in SYNJ or legit financial institution is going to give Brian a loan for what it will take to ever launch this?
Nope.
Based on what he has reported and filed in the past coupled with his business practices and current experience or staffing levels, he's toast.
It will be interesting to see what Brian will feebly attempt to tackle next.. Maybe electronic medical record imaging and off-site document shredding or storage? It's a hot topic, Obama is giving away money for that..
Of course he would have to sever his business relationship with T Boone.
I agree but to get a facility up and running by summer is pure fantasy. Ever see the project plan to start a small biofuel facility? Assuming Brian and 'crew?' can ever get out of the dreaming phase, SYJN is 18 months to 2 years before getting up to speed and actually begin processing.
Better question is who cares.. What is 600k gonna do? by a warehouse? Hire some peeps? purchase equipment? pay for a new website? In todays dollars, it's a drop in the bucket for a startup. I mean come on.. it's 600k..
Did I say startup? okay maybe that was sarcastic, it's only been 10 years.. lol..
Like a 10 year gap though.. lol
LOL.. Very Impressive indeed..
Weak hands are selling.. LMFAO.. Dude that's some seriously funny stuff..
Got all the time in the world..
I didn't coin the phrase "it is what it is" though..
"When Mr. Sorrentino, the CEO of Syndication Inc., was asked to comment on the filing he stated, "I have NO comment, it is what it is. You either like our Company or you don't. However, I appreciate the upgrade of our compliance listing. But, let me be clear, my goal is to generate an environment that fosters long term investment activity based on the intrinsic asset valuation and growth of the Company. I do not routinely concern myself with the day to day market price fluctuations of our stock. As the Company grows, it will be reflected in the share price. I would rather talk about the dividend the Board is voting on in 2 days and our new Information Analysis Firm that the Board has voted to approve. When it's time to announce the terms of the 30 million dollars in funding, I WILL, and not before," said Sorrentino, the CEO of Syndication Inc. News pending. "
LMFAO.. Yea, I thought the same thing... BTW.. @ Dragon.. Sweet link.. ;)
What kind of timeline and PM software do you use?
Yes, yea, and yep.. Simply go back to September of last year and do a little more digging. Build a BEEN timeline of events, compare it to your SYNJ timeline and do some do some comparisons, plug in some earlier events, yada, yada..
Again, where's the beef? Product? assets? employees? office? anything tangible?
Some could also come to the same conclusion about SYNJ.
Anyway, "It is what it is..."
As for BEEN valuation, you already know that answer. :)
BTW.. No, I don't own any BEEN. I kinda see what's coming..
Bogus date on the last PR? Go figure..
Koooool-Aid!
As mentioned in earlier post, i read and respond in order, "Where's the beef?" CEO's should also learn from mistakes and not repeat them over, and over, and over.. Agree it is all about the reputation. That was kinda my point.
Again, BEEN is looking more and more goofy as you dig deeper and find nothing but fluff.
I'm sorry but all the DD that I have done leads me to believe Brian is a one man show, Cloyce is a one man show and together they make a lousy team. Totally IMO, of course..
Oh come on.. really?
LOL.. All published BS by the 'company'. Anyone can throw up a site, literally..
Regarding the SEC filing, Cloyce is paying himself in shares, has some vague acreage in Ontario, Canada (btw ever google earth the methes 'factory' address), executes some consulting agreement with Brian, hires Chris Davies from the infamous 2234 N. Federal Highway suite 300 building in Boca as his legal counsel (lookup atlascapitalpartners.org and or see the nice trademark infringement lawsuit) and hired an auditor to audit his company.
Again, where is the beef? Show me a product, customer, employees, an office that's not virtual or a mail drop.. Show me something tangible..
Or not.. :)
I agree. I followed you here on the 'original' OTC pick - thank you - and got out with a very reasonable profit. The information has become so convoluted now.. Just gonna sit out and watch the drama up fold for now.
Again, that's for the earlier pick, you guys made history with this one.... :)
Takes money to do all that.. Dude is broke, IMO. Example, how much would it cost to just fix the stupid website. I mean it's only the public face of a company, yo.. lol
Weeee! to da moon!
The Pickens Plan is SYNJ! Weee.. Penny land!
Yep.. Motion to strike something from the record or even a judgement.
motion to strike n. a request for a judge's order to eliminate all or a portion of the legal pleading (complaint, answer) of the opposition on any one of several grounds. It is often used in an attempt to have an entire cause of action removed ("stricken") from the court record. A motion to strike is also made orally during trial to ask the judge to order "stricken" answers by a witness in violation of rules of evidence (laws covering what is admissible in trial). Even though the jury is admonished to ignore such an answer or some comment, the jury has heard it, and "a bell once rung, cannot be unrung."
Tamera Stoner.. Sweet.. I wanna change my name now.. hahahahah
I like your sarcasm.. Answer is simply, we don't know who is buying.. I know for 100% certainty it's not me. LOL
Good point, I have the same questions.. Flippers waiting for 2's? Who knows? Company? Retail? BEEN? your guess is as good as mine. ;)
Yes, I'd say failed start-up(s) for the past 12- years. Go back and read the PR"s and dig out your MAc and Katzburg DD files. Brian hired them right?
As for BEEN and Brian, both continue to issue vauge and creative PR's that walk the fine line between flat out BS and fantasy. There was no 75,000 foot warehouse, big oil companies don't care about SYNJ, Rossi does not write his PR's, Brian was never Co-leader of a district in the Pickens army, his corporate office in DC was a rent a office with mail forwarding, he hired the head of a small company who managed half a dozen rent a cops, who in turn hired some second rate accountant who scammed his company.
There is no grant. Grants, when issued by public institutions, are made public. Have you found one awarded to Syndication yet?
Yea, I can and do respect your talking points. I honestly do.
Leaving my sarcasm that stems from being frustrated aside for a second..
The rational question(s) are:
1. Who the hell is BEEN. I've done the DD, and found very vague and substantial evidence they are little more than a front company with little to no revenue, leadership, product, or customers. Their management (manager) can't be verified as being accredited or having any credentials beyond his self published biography.
2. Legal dispute solved - but why have we pinned our hopes on moving share price or taking this stock to pennyland on recovering 500k dollars we got scammed out of in the first place? My point being simply that our hopes our anchored to a CEO who doesn't make good business decisions. Brian is the CEO and only employee of his company. As CEO all financing decisions are his responsibility and this latest incident is a great example of his lack of judgement. Furthermore, it appears he did not take not take ownership and blamed the incident on an underling he originally touted as being brilliant. Also, and IMO, 500k is not enough cash to implement a "bio-fuel" company business plan that will sustain a company to generate the revenue needed to increase our share price. Brian will need to borrow more money to accomplish anything and who is going to loan it to him given his history? Ever try to get a business loan with near perfect credit history. Now think about some of the DD you've surely done. Does Brian have near perfect credit?
3. So if BEEN is legitimate why does BEEN management have 'faith' in Brian? Didn't BEEN do the same DD available to any of us? Is there something glowing out there about SYNJ that we missed? SYNJ has no assets, no customers, no product, no human resources having leadership or management skills..
4. Doesn't that seem sketchy?
Yea, I'm just as frustrated as everyone else. I'm not hopeful enough to buy anymore.
Bravo..
It is what it is.
10 million? Out of how many in the float? At the 1's? Well.. what else would they buy them at?
Man thats a huge buy..
That's one savvy and lucky buyer.. I'm envious..
Oh? Interesting this week? Versus last week and the many weeks before? What's changed?
Yea, something is up.. Everybody needs to buy some more.. Quick! Get them while they are low.. Volume before price, Brian is making his move.. Pennyland, life changer, Weeeeee..
Oh wait, the bid is at 0. Will Ameritrade let us buy? Is there still a restriction? Do you think there is a MM conspiracy against Brian? Is it the larger oil companies keeping him down? Do they even know who Brian is? Do they even care?
Sooo many dang questions...
"The fact that BEEN is adopting a dividend policy identifies similarities in the management styles of both SYNJ and BEEN."
That's a real scary statement.. Stop it you will freak out the newbies.. LOL
Doesn't matter or not, every TA Brian has used has been gagged anyway.
LMAO..
The whole situation is sad.. I hope these two bozo's can pull something off so I can bail on this POS. I would use the funds to purchase one of these..
http://www.inventables.com/technologies/flux-capacitor
Then I could use it to go back in time and not purchase this crap..
LOL.. No, The only thing remotely related to the US Navy in Rosemont, CA is the recruiting center in the strip mall next to Best Buy and Office Depot.
Just a guess.. At best those 'certification classes' were on-line or 'distance courses' Brent took while manning the boiler room on a supply ship in the Mediterranean during Desert Storm. Makes sense with the Egypt statement..
Anyhow, lookup NCPACE..
OMG.. Now I can see where this sentence comes from:
"Mr. Riddle has earned credentials from Rosemont Control School, Rosemont, California for Digital Control Systems for Plant Engineers, Association of Plant Operating Engineers, Long Beach, California for Operations of Stationary Steam Generating Plants, US Navy, Gage Calibration Program, for calibration of high pressure steam air, and vacuum gages, and the US Navy, Water Chemistry School, for plant feed water and potable water chemistry control and testing."
He could be Brian's brother from another mother!
Ya think? ;)
No product, no verifiable customers, virtual office(s) (yes plural, ever BEEN to Seattle?), vague business plan, no recent filings, etc. etc...
hahahahaha.. Yea, I saw that months ago.. Now what is real interesting here is the language..
Go back and read the description from 1999 of Syndication Net.com..
Better yet, go to Brian's lame website and read the language describing Syndication Inc...
"Syndication, Inc. (SYNJ.PK), a development stage company, operates as a consulting company in the United States. It acquires controlling interests in or to participate in the creation of, and to provide financial, management, and technical support to development stage businesses, e-commerce businesses, and traditional brick-and-mortar businesses. The company assists target companies in various areas, including the development and implementation of business models to provide solutions to traditional companies; building corporate infrastructure, such as a management team, a qualified sales and marketing department, information technology, and finance and business development; and managing rapid growth and flexibility to adopt to the changing Internet marketplace and technology. It also assists target companies in evaluating, structuring, and negotiating joint ventures, strategic alliances, joint marketing agreements and other corporate transactions; and by providing advice relating to corporate finance, financial reporting, and accounting operations. Syndication, through its subsidiary, Sy-Med Decompression, Inc., provides non-surgical treatment option for patients with back pain due to lumbar disc herniation, degenerative disc disease, sciatica, facet syndrome, and spinal stenosis. The company, formerly known as Syndication Net.com, Inc., was founded in 1999 and is headquartered in Damascus, Maryland."
See any similarities? Personally, I'd sue Brent for plagiarism.. Oh wait.. Might be hard to sue yourself.. LMFAO
Not to mention the cost "that they," the Company spends To have "them there" press Releases Prepared..
Wonder if Rossi, you know the Rossi of Capital Keys, uses one of "them those" temporary agencies to prepare PR's?
It would them PRs That are beeing Fulled with grammatical errors..
To da moon! weeeeee
Really?? LMAO..
Ever checkout Mack's office in Baltimore? Or Brian's in DC? What about Brian's 'home office?' We saved that one during the last scheme..
BEEN's does not surprise me in the least..
;)
I hate when one party uses a virtual address to do business with another another party using a rent a conference room location..
I read and thought the same thing made me start to suspect Brian is Riddle and or BEEN.. LMAO
Their language is very similar and when input into writing analysis software, there is a 83.332% match..
It's a virtual office where BEEN processes 'pay roll'..
http://www.davincivirtual.com/loc/us/new-york/new-york-city-virtual-offices/facility-957
I'm telling ya, something is waaay wrong with this BEEN/SYNJ issue.. but, meh, it makes for good drama..
