Yea, I can and do respect your talking points. I honestly do.

Leaving my sarcasm that stems from being frustrated aside for a second..

The rational question(s) are:

1. Who the hell is BEEN. I've done the DD, and found very vague and substantial evidence they are little more than a front company with little to no revenue, leadership, product, or customers. Their management (manager) can't be verified as being accredited or having any credentials beyond his self published biography.

2. Legal dispute solved - but why have we pinned our hopes on moving share price or taking this stock to pennyland on recovering 500k dollars we got scammed out of in the first place? My point being simply that our hopes our anchored to a CEO who doesn't make good business decisions. Brian is the CEO and only employee of his company. As CEO all financing decisions are his responsibility and this latest incident is a great example of his lack of judgement. Furthermore, it appears he did not take not take ownership and blamed the incident on an underling he originally touted as being brilliant. Also, and IMO, 500k is not enough cash to implement a "bio-fuel" company business plan that will sustain a company to generate the revenue needed to increase our share price. Brian will need to borrow more money to accomplish anything and who is going to loan it to him given his history? Ever try to get a business loan with near perfect credit history. Now think about some of the DD you've surely done. Does Brian have near perfect credit?

3. So if BEEN is legitimate why does BEEN management have 'faith' in Brian? Didn't BEEN do the same DD available to any of us? Is there something glowing out there about SYNJ that we missed? SYNJ has no assets, no customers, no product, no human resources having leadership or management skills..

4. Doesn't that seem sketchy?

Yea, I'm just as frustrated as everyone else. I'm not hopeful enough to buy anymore.
