Just FYI, MDIN has not been revoked yet, unfortunately.
Please explain a direct link, without the tinfoil and 20 year old relationships that no longer exist
The Marlboro man did it, in Cancun, with the help of the CIA
Just curious, how do any of these people relate to MDIN, past or present?
Not conspiracy style they share a name with someone who shared a name with someone that was an associate of someone who was an associate of a possible figure related to a defunct lender of MDIN 20 years ago, but something that actually means anything at this point.
Anything new on MDIN or just unrelated conspiracy theories?
Man, the tinfoil is still thick around here.
If he holds a valid debt it's likely that there's nothing stopping him from demanding cash repayment. We never saw the note so we can only speculate the terms and conditions of it though so it's kind of a moot point.
That's not really the issue though.
This is tainted from the old NIR and Barton self dealing days and SEC action against Barton, et al. Trying to make it right would be a massive undertaking that thoroughly outweighs any benefit gained by taking it over. Finra denied the RS application due to missing filings from 2008-20012 so any effort to clean up the share structure would require going back and rectifying this.
Then factor in the domicile issues, the CE on OTC and the general stink this has carried for the last 15 or so years.
Call me a pessimist but I just don't see why anyone would choose this ticker over something with a cleaner history.
Some of the best features come from bugs.
I'm using FF on a Win10 laptop when it happens but I did try it with Chrome and Edge and on both of those it does reset to the top so either a FF thing or something on my end I guess.
Bug, feature or just not thought about?
I notice when previewing a board if I click on older/newer, the subsequent page sets the focus wherever you were on the previous page. If you're at the bottom of the page and click the lower links then the next page opens already scrolled down so if you want to peruse the posts in order you have to scroll back up to the top of the page.
Would make more sense, to me at least, to reset the page to the top, or just slightly below to offset for the header?
I doubt "they", whomever "they" may be at this point, are doing anything as they seem to have lost all interest. S1 is gone, sitting on expert market, Magnifind is kaput, WY registration revoked and everyone appears to have moved on.
Anyone with any pubco experience wanting a shell to rm into would easily find many better candidates than this which is why we had the last two iterations run by people who had no clue and never made any headway.
IMO, Magnifind was the last chapter and the ticker revocation will be the epilogue.
Only thing that's left is the revocation of the ticker.
But what if one dislikes it?
I was kind of hoping to get some more in the 20's but I'll bite here as well.
Sorry to hear, I keep watching the suspension/revocation board and one day this one is going to pop up on it and it will finally be all over.
Knowing when to sell is key
What makes you think they would RS or issue an "massive: amount of shares? It wouldn't make any sense to do a RS with such an already low number of outstanding shares. Additionally, the 5B authorized was something done by Barton, et al, not the current iteration.
Nobody here is investing in this iteration of the company at this point, since there's nothing to invest in. What is recognized is there's a good chance to make a profitable trade. Simple supply and demand, if demand picks up like it did in the last run to .10 then the limited supply will result in a higher PPS. Not everyone still hold even after they have a chance to make money, or at least break even after holding a POS for years like some did in MDIN.
You guys have dialed back the brightness a bit haven't you? It seems a bit easier on the eyes than when the change was first rolled out. Almost a bit of gray mixed in instead of the bright white it was at one point.
I notice that the width of the post box changes a lot between posts. when reading post to post. Sometimes it's due to a picture or chart in the post itself but other times it's just text and changes size from one post to the next.
Nobody cares because it was so long ago and both that iteration of Medgen and NIR are long gone.
There's not even a horse here to beat anymore.
It's all over except the deletion of the ticker
He's a has-been and is as irrelevant as the cigar holder Kravitz pushed
Cheico, Sindleman, Briggs and, if I recall correctly, a couple more, were just that during the Barton days of MDIN. They were merely puppets doing his bidding so that he could say he was just a consultant or something while backdating notes and dumping shares with his buddies.
The reality is though that none of these characters have any bearing on the current story.
Who knows why the current CEO chose to use the MDIN shell. He obviously wasn't very knowledgeable when it comes to pubcos because if he was he would have ran from it as fast as he could.
Maybe he wanted to be legit. I know he had to spend a few bucks having that S1 registration created. The lender probably kicked in a portion for that as well though. At the end of the day there was just too much baggage here.
Enjoy top billing, with great power comes great responsibility. AKA, don't feed the trolls.
Ancient history, has nothing to do with the last three changes of ownership of MDIN.
And to add, the current "company" is dead in the water with zero activity, in case anyone needs to catch up to the present century.
Chasing ghosts
Who cares?
Irrelevant
Dead
Bankrupt
Nothing left to DD and no association to MDIN
Come on, you know this
It's like 15 year old history, at least four iterations ago of MDIN. Not relevant to anything here at this point.
Man, a Razr, the BlackBerry and the Palm Treo!!
What a time to be alive!
I'm there, I think lower is a real possibility but under 20 for something I expect to be a long term hold for me is perfectly acceptable.
I'm adding down here as well
I missed that somehow. Thanks
I noticed they changed the business description as well. Hadn't been there in a while so not sure when that was done.
Nothing that I've heard.
Actually, that's not true. There was plenty of evidence of Barton issuing himself and Goode shares and there was a running tally on the MDIN board while he was doing it.
The share structure did reflect it, up until the point they went completely dark and would no longer allow the release of any numbers from the TA.
Barton was blatant in what he was doing and anyone that didn't see it happening was only fooled because they didn't want to believe that he was scamming everyone so obviously and openly.
That's obviously not the case here. It's been dead silence, which is why its stuck in the rut it's in as there's no reason for it to move, and the share count has stayed the same since Lazar took it over and sold it.
Wonder how the peers are holding up?
Why does clicking on Tools on the menu bar take you to a chart for MSFT?
Looks like the magnifind.health website finally had something new happen. It's no longer available.
According to Nevada yes, since around the end of Q3 of last year. It doesn't seem to have been changed anywhere else though.
Thanks!
