Same here. Seems like every stock I buy is always "undervalued" but keeps falling and never recovers. Maybe I'm the curse?
I may be mistaken, but I think the $31M in the bank came from the public stock offering in November.
Financials must be coming out soon. The price just surged 40 cents in a matter of 15 minutes.
Tuesday morning conference..but I'm guessing the financials will be released on Monday. Unless they release them Tuesday morning. Either way, it's coming up very soon.
Let's see if we can get back over $10 with Monday's news. That would set us up nicely for the rest of the year.
Today would be a great day for that buy back, at these cheap prices and all...
Markets have been getting crushed this week. Let's hope we can recover from this...or else I don't see us moving higher any time soon.
Just saw this on my Scottrade news feed. Posted yesterday...

Does anyone know if the Quarter 4 Financial Statement is supposed to come out today? Last time they released Q3 at 8 AM.
Nice, strong close today. Let's hope it keeps going as the Q4 fins release date nears.
Excellent news! And also great momentum heading into the release of Q4 fins.
Looking good today. Now let's see if those shorts will try and pull us back down from these levels.
10@.0001 x 5@.0002.
Sorry bud, but I think I know how to correct grammar.
Pick your poison...
- "Weeks" needs an apostrophe
- The word "agressive" needs the word "an" before it
- The word "garners" needs to be future tense
- There is a subject verb disagreement in the last part, where the demographic is mentioned as singular, but the word "provide" is written as plural.
- The sentence is one long run-on sentence.
- There are many poor choices of words in the sentence.
If you ask me, sounds like Ross wrote this himself. But I guess we'll never know who really did, since it wasn't signed.
Regardless of how poorly this letter was written, it's certainly not something I would want to see from a company that's planning on uplisting and bringing in more business relations/distribution partners.
LMAO...
President UPDATE:
This weeks activities began with an emphasis to provide a better understanding for the need to move
with (an) aggressive-persistence that will only (to) produce positive results(,) as we make strides towards
establishing a brand that will garners in a niche market and support a demographic that will also (Which) provide(s) respect and prominence.
I guess all the shares at .0006 weren't locked up...
I hope they're making some good money off all the dilution...because after they do an R/S, it might just be a great stock.
So what's the story with this massive decline since yesterday's open...shorts?
Nice, thanks.
Does anyone who dialed into the conference this morning want to summarize what was discussed?
A close at HOD today with the combination of positive news out of the conference call Monday could set up for a nice rebound.
Good buying opportunity at these levels IMO. Once all the negative publicity wanes, we should start to see the stock climb back to where it was IMO.
Just saw this posted on Yahoo...

Same ole news from last month and the month before. Didn't we already know AD was going to be in the works for production, as stated in this PR?
Whoa, what on earth just happened? 10.26 to 8.32 in a span of 30 min?
I agree. The trends suggest that the next fins should send us up to the 14-17 range at a minimum, IMO.
If we can close strong today, it will set up nicely for a run tomorrow as well IMO.
What a red day overall in the market today. With Q4 fins due out in about 1.5 months, we should see this stock really start to take off in the coming weeks IMO.
Thanks for the info. I'm not a day trader, but I also don't like to buy into a stock while it's on a run, if I'm going to hold for the long haul. You get more of a return when buying low, or when it's stable.

Been watching this one the last couple of days, waiting for a good entry point..but it just keep running. Charts indicate it should fall back down next week, so maybe I'll wait another week.
Lost faith in the company...been holding for 8 months. There comes a time when you need to decide if you're a long or if you're married to the stock. And I already have a wife...
MMs must be maxed out with shares...no one will accept my sell at .0003.
Let's just hope the buying today wasn't done by just 1 or 2 investors...but by a number of different investors, which would be a sign that there is interest in this stock.
I think we should wait to hear from the horse's mouth before we panic and jump ship.
Only 1 MM on the ask. Let's slap the ask and move back up to .0005. L2 is showing 8x1.
Great post Rameses. I've been away from this board as of late, so I missed much of the recent discussion. But when I signed on last night, it was as if SHG had just committed manslaughter, and everyone was calling for their heads. To be honest, I'm not quite sure who to believe anymore on this board. However, only a handful of posters on here, you included, have been honest and forthright all along.
Nice. Time to start the big block buys.
Knock out NITE and ETMM and we're at .0006. MMs must have sold everything they had at .0004.
