For sure!
Interesting stuff, always good to see changes in any Industry. New company's coming on board and other re-positioning help to shake it up, which can open up new potential for themselves and others.
Yeah that is interesting. It does not make a lot of sense for anyone with half a brain to be doing that with things so close and then again you never know what their motive could be such as other general personal financial pressures. Who knows maybe they personally got their Bank or other Creditor calling because of that mortgage or car payment they were suppose to make and they have not quite made it to the bank yet to get it cleared up, and thought that selling a few shares might be option with a big potential payoff off the other end with their remaining shares and the where the company is going to go next. Personally I would have hung on to the Shares a little longer, because with all things considered the chance and potential of them shares being worth a hell of lot more in the very near future are very high by all indications and all accounts. So from my perspective selling right now, not the right or smart thing to do but money and financial obligations will make people do crazy things that the right of mind might not.
In any case, I think you are right and things could heat in a hurry and I think it will in a big way and I think that it is going to happen soon, so hang on is my thought. I personally plan to enjoy the ride.

Dear Friends,

As the new CEO, I feel very fortunate to have come onboard during a very pivotal, yet exciting time. We are eagerly anticipating the upcoming launch, and in the time that follows we look forward to a profitable ride. Trading under the radar, I believe our low share structure in addition to being fiscally sound with no debt, makes our market cap an undervalued bargain. I am confident visionary shareholders will be rewarded for their judgment.
Mr. Bland has been working tirelessly behind the scenes with our amazing technology team during our very important BETA testing to make sure we present a superior product to market. During the BETA testing, we addressed what we felt were critical issues that will make our app the most distinguished available. In order to be the best, we have to beat the best and we believe we have done that. Our confidence is not without merit, so as we await our imminent launch, I'd like to take this opportunity to update you on important company news and upcoming key events that I, as CEO, am looking forward to execute.
- OTCMarkets.com - The Stop Sign will be coming down. The updated financials are in the final stages of completion. I have made this a top priority.

There are many Android File Libraries and user review sites. I found it one of the other File Library Web Sites that originally reference the Google Play store Beta download for the app but also had a mirror for many Apps including that one. It was after the company had released and then closed the public Beta, after they had enough testers. I got it in between the time they had just taken down the main page on the Google Store front and just before the secondary site took down the mirror.
This will not be a big deal and is very possible. I have gotten a hold of an early Beta of the app and see no reason you cannot install it without going through the App store. Android is fantastic for this reason and many others.
At this point I think it will be worth waiting for the full release but by the sounds of things we will not have to wait too much longer!
Mobile Broadcasting Corporation and #WHIRLD Are Emerging as the Vehicle to Fuel the Movement for Millions to Express #WHOIAM
PISCATAWAY TOWNS, NJ / ACCESSWIRE / July 6, 2015 / Mobile Broadcasting Corp., a subsidiary of Mobile Broadcasting Holding Corp. (OTC PINK: MBHC) successfully leveraged it's beta launch on iTunes Connect as the jumping off point to fuel the #WHOIAM movement and brand it as a highly visible global launch campaign for the WHIRLD application. The #WHOIAM movement embraces the international community in a celebration of the dignity of all people. The #WHOIAM movement challenges people to participate in an act of kindness, record themselves, and nominate friends to do the same within 24 hours or donate to a charity of the nominator's choosing. Ken Bland, Mobile Broadcasting Corp.'s CEO stated, "The Whirld platform is the place for celebrating diversity and demonstrating kindness."
WHIRLD is sourcing its substantial social media following, many of whom are some of the most influential music, fashion and sports bloggers on social media, to engage millions of young people to join WHIRLD and the #WHOIAM movement. The movement is in response to a surge in recent press coverage highlighting the importance of tolerance of differing values, and the belief in an inclusive global community. Whirld is encouraging all people to broadcast how proud they are of their distinct identities. A selection of the videos, comments, and images are being posted across social media on WHIRLD'S Twitter page here: https://twitter.com/whirldapp.
Ken Bland, Mobile Broadcasting Corp.'s CEO stated, "By spreading the word and leading the #WHOIAM MOVEMENT we are now able to work directly in partnership with the world's most influential young people and empower them to use the WHILRD application as their personal platform to define the future of MOBILE BROADCASTING and diversity in America."
We're offering a number of our most Influential participants permanent programming slots on WHIRLD's mobile broadcasting network to continue to tell their stories and ensure we engage with and migrate their users on a weekly basis to build a massive community of MOBILE BROADCASTERS. Currently we are focused on signing MOBILE BROADCAST distribution deals with some of today's largest online publishers and bloggers across all of the major digital content areas: fashion, style, technology, sports, and music.
The WHIRLD staff is working to ensure that everyone that participates in the #WHOIAM MOVEMENT is migrated to sign-up to pre-download the WHIRLD APPLICATION so they can formally play a role in the movement as it rolls out over the next few months. The Company is sending a "push-to-download" text message to everyone that uploads or comments on video messages or other content from the movement so they can easily download the WHIRLD application when it is out of iTunes Connect and the Google Play stores beta process.
WHIRLD has been aggressively making a number of high-profile moves in the digital content space recently, and a portion of the content that will eventually end-up on WHIRLD's MOBILE BROADCASTING NETWORK is currently being aired on a number of today's most popular outlets, including CNN, NPR, BBC NEWS, WIRED, the GUARDIAN, and the Huffington Post.
Alan Rambam, WHIRLD's CMO stated, "MBC's truly interactive mobile broadcasting experience is the ideal platform to transform today's infinite supply of user-generated, and, in some cases professionally-produced, programming into the most compelling and sought after mobile broadcasting content in the market. We have been working to migrate the viewers of a number of the most influential digital music, lifestyle and fashion properties that already have a combined reach of 30 MM+ eye-balls. Extending our efforts to now serve as the vehicle to lead the #WHOIAM Movement is a perfect fit with our long-term goal to be the largest MOBILE BROADCASTING NETWORK in the WORLD. If we are able to migrate just 10% of the viewing audience that WHIRLD already has access to today we will easily be the largest and most popular DIGITAL and MOBILE BROADCAST NETWORK on handsets today."
Viewing produced and user-generated video has become a defining social experience, and only WHIRLD is MOBILE and SOCIAL-FIRST.

I could not agree more on all accounts! I was thinking the same thing!
I personally am a little confused on why people are panicking and I have my own opinion on the state of things as someone who has a reasonably good sized block of shares myself.
I also agree with your other comments and I think it is far more important the company produces a working product platform rather than releasing a product just to get it out.
People wanted a timeline and we all got one, the company said it would take approximately 90 days to complete the needed upgrades, on May 14th and we are approximately 1/2 way through that cycle. I believe it far more important the product works. I am not sure what kind of News release people are expecting or how beneficial a News release saying they are still working on the product makes any sense, we assume they are and we have had other great News including the company bringing on other key resources to help in both the product development and marketing strategy's as well as processes underway I would think would are geared to hopefully help promote and further showcase the product when they are ready for prime release. These strategies seems to makes sense to me but I guess all these geniuses know something the rest of us don't. All IMO.

Mobile Broadcasting Corporation announced today the appointment of two distinguished heavyweights in the mobile broadcasting and telecommunications space.
PISCATAWAY TOWNSHIP, NJ, – (Marketwired – June 12, 2015) Mobile Broadcasting Corporation, (OTC PINK: MBHC) Mobile Broadcasting Corporation announced today the appointment of two distinguished heavyweights in the mobile broadcasting and telecommunications space, Jeff Marcus and Alan Rambam, to ensure the company will successfully achieve its goal of building the first mobile application to offer a true interactive mobile broadcasting experience.
Ken Bland, Mobile Broadcasting Corporation’s CEO stated, “Mr. Marcus and Mr. Rambam bring the expertise and connectivity we need to grow and succeed. I am confident that with their leadership we will meet the limited window and high expectations for a seamless user-experience and non-stop socialization that today’s consumers now require from the technology they use, especially the applications on their mobile device. Myself and MBC’s executive leadership team understand how paramount it is for us to bring on the best and most qualified team possible to ensure we stay ahead of the curve, define and drive the mobile broadcasting space and deliver the solid growth, segment leadership and revenue generation that MBC requires for the long-term.”
Industry luminary Jeff Marcus will now act as the MBC team’s new Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to produce enabling technology that redefines the mobile broadcast experience. The WHIRLD application will produce seamless real-time mobile playback of broadcast quality footage; the perfect mix of influential and amateur mobile broadcasters; integrated sharing and chat options; and a state-of-the-art user-experience that drives social discovery 24/7 for Mobile Broadcasters and their fans.
“Social media is rapidly crossing from traditional blogs to interactive handheld video,” Mr. Marcus said. My team and I are proud to build the next-generation solution, applying deep data analytics to form video communities around celebrities, events and everyday lives. This combines the cachet of highly produced television-like content with the diversity of empowered “citizen producers”.
Alan Rambam will act as MBC’s Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). As an early pioneer in mobile social communications, Alan is tasked with developing the brand, messaging and launch activities to engage consumers, celebrities, athletes, the Latino community and brands. This initiative will announce to the WORLD that WHIRLD is a new type of social utility --- a real-time mobile broadcasting application that represents the future of broadcast television.
“My goal is to ensure that WHIRLD broadcasts the future across every mobile device in real-time. I am so enthusiastic about leading this charge and having the opportunity to develop and implement the marketing and advertising programs that are going to bring WHIRLDS message to the world,” said Alan Rambam, WHIRLD’s CMO. “WHIRLD’s unique mobile broadcasting model is also focused on enabling brands for the first time through interactive mobile video to realize a new heightened level of real-time digital intimacy with their consumers.”
This is just the beginning for MBC as the company is heavily committed to securing and putting in place the right human and infrastructural assets that are required to ensure that MBC becomes the new mobile face of TV broadcasting. The company will be laying down the groundwork over the next several weeks, implementing Mr. Marcus and Mr. Rambam’s plans and making solid moves that have impact for both the company and its shareholders. This is just the beginning.

I would have to agree. Although it has been a bit of a tough week for the share price, it is somewhat to be expected until the formal launch takes place, which should be in the next little while, as has been reported.
I personally am not too concerned as the company has huge potential and I personally think with even a modest launch, the share price will not only recover but in my personal opinion, it will go well beyond all recent highs and head towards new highs for the stock. It all looks to be just a matter of time, IMO.
Go MBHC!
Look for more news coming soon!
The News Page also use to display an minor error message up to a day ago. No more error message and "Look for more news coming soon!" has now been put in its place, which is not earth shattering but good to see changes and simple but highly positive ones.
Hopefully truly a sign of good things to come. I am thinking we should see something very soon by those subtle but important signs that the company is doing something and appears to have something of a plan, by its own message. All good in my opinion.
A New Breed of Mobile Network

It looks as though there may be some work done on the Web Page, I do not recall the central Headline in the middle of the page a few days ago but it is definitely there now.
While I don't know if he has good case or not, I would agree on the surface it does not look like he has a great case and it may be hard to prove what his role was or wasn't. That being said he and his Legal council believe he has some sort of case and until it gets settled or dismissed so would the courts appear to be in at least review of the case. As far as the other information I don't know if Stan had a formal role in SLG Entertainment per sey other than Consultative as part of POW!
The National Hockey League (NHL) and SLG Entertainment, LLC led by Stan Lee (Chairman, POW! Entertainment, LLC) today announced their unprecedented partnership to form Guardian Media Entertainment, LLC (GME). This partnership creates the platform from which to launch Stan Lee's vision for his latest superhero franchise, The Guardian Project."
What we do know is the group formed Guardian Media Entertainment.
"Created and developed by Lee and Tony Chargin, Executive Vice President of Creative Affairs at Guardian Media Entertainment, and Jake Shapiro, each Guardian derives from its corresponding hockey team -- complete with special powers representative of each team and city. These 30 Guardians will be unveiled together in a special presentation during the 2011 NHL All-Star Game on Jan. 30 in Raleigh, N.C."
"To be in business with Stan Lee and to be able to bring his latest superheroes to our fans is incredibly exciting to all of us at the NHL," said Brian Jennings, Executive Vice President, Marketing, for the National Hockey League. "We are in constant pursuit of new ways to engage our fans and to introduce new fans to hockey, and the business of Guardian Media Entertainment does exactly that."
"Gill Champion, Lee's producing partner and President and COO of POW! Entertainment, said, "This is a wonderful opportunity to expand Stan Lee's POW! Entertainment brand into the sports arena."
Any Court case that involves ownership of copy-write and ideas can take many many years. This is a case about whether the guy who claims he was cut out, actually participated as he say he did and then if so how much that is worth. If indeed he did participate as indicated the amount could be one factor they could be in deep dispute about and stalling the whole process leaving it in limbo until it can be resolved. Nowhere have seen anything where they guy claims the suit actually involves any of the other Partners including Stan and POW!, NBC Universal or the NHL. But I do think this issue is purely an SLG Entertainment group and it's immediate partners issue and this guy had no case with them it would have thrown out by now or very easily settled, he may have a better case than some might think.
While I understand your point about the NHL or NBC settling it, I still think it is still far too complicated. And while I think we can all agree it could have great potential it still has no immediate value without being able to promote and then sell it's products in a real way.
I am not surprised something like this would take so long, just would like the case done with, so POW! can move on with it but mind you it does not seem like they are resting on their laurels with so many other Projects in the Queue. I think they will be just fine with our without this one and again I believe it will get settled eventually. We will all hear and see if and when it does.
No settlement as far I am aware and I don't think things are that simple, the guy SLG Entertainment cut out of the deal was somebody of some importance "A Hollywood manager says he was pushed aside after introducing to a Stan Lee a project that transformed professional team mascots into sports-themed superheroes."
This was an idea created by the central company SLG Entertainment, who created the core Project along with POW! and now SLG Entertainment are in a legal battle from within. The 2nd partner brought in was Stan with POW! Entertainment for the actual creative creation of the characters and the ongoing story content and it's continued development on to other platforms.
I would think NHL and NBC Universal have no say in the matter because this is a case of Concept Copy-write. The story appears to be the NHL was the 3rd primary partner for the obvious Licensing, Promotional and Product Branding, obviously very key to anything ever existing as it relates to the NHL and it's business, whom the 2 originating company's pitch the idea to and then 3 company's participated in the character development. NBC was the 4th partner whom was brought in and positioned itself as a promotional media partner and they were brought in after the fact.
Beyond the available information, it would appear the guy who initiated the lawsuit would want back in or very big money to walk away, on money that has not even been made yet. If your the NHL or NBC you don't want get in the middle of that for many reasons including that partnership pre-dates your involvement and a legal battle that really has nothing to do with you directly. I don't see those company's giving up their share of the joint venture and/or money not yet made for a product that has not yet even got off the ground in any real form. They would in my humble opinion only proceed with great caution, as they should.
I think the case will get settled following due legal course of action, which can get time consuming and will cost SLG Entertainment big, but will be in their best interest to get it settled. The number and when will be the big questions. I think we will see this Project come back to life when it gets settled and it will in my opinion.
Go POW!
It is still very possible and I am sure we will not hear anything concrete until the legal issue around SLG Entertainment has been resolved. The current issue as I understand it has nothing to do with POW!, NBC Universal or NHL Enterprises the other partners in the deal, but we could hear at anytime and I would think we would hear when it gets resolved. Who knows, the lawsuit took place just after the initial launch in 2011, bringing the whole Project to a halt until the suit gets settled, which could be anytime and maybe we will hear something soon.
It is my bet is the NHL have not totally given up on the idea.
http://www.nhl.com/ice/page.htm?id=66928
"The NHL has joined forces with SLG Entertainment leader Stan Lee -- one of the creative geniuses behind the likes of Spider-Man and countless other comic phenoms -- and POW! Entertainment to embark on an unprecedented adventure. The resulting Guardian Media Entertainment (GME) group has developed comic superheroes for all 30 NHL teams.
Development for each character came in discussions with each NHL club, so the creators could get a feel for how to incorporate the feel of the team and town into each individual superhero."
I would think the NHL along with the other partners and would be anxious to get this settled, but as would the case for any project in this situation they are largely as the mercy of the courts and would only proceed cautiously along with the other partners, when they thought it was safe to do so. Lets hope this gets settled soon.
"Stan Lee's Sports Superhero Project Targeted In Lawsuit
Adam Asherson alleges in a lawsuit filed last week in LA Superior Court that the project, now co-owned by NBC Universal, first got off the ground in 2003 after a fellow manager named Anthony Chargin and his former colleague's client, Jake Shapiro, introduced him to the idea of transforming professional team mascots into sports-themed superheroes.
Asherson says he loved the idea and had a strong relationship with Lee. Asherson says he suggested that the Spider-Man co-creator would be the "perfect" partner, and Chargin and Shapiro allegedly told him that if he were to get Lee on board, they would all be equal partners.
Together, the three pitched Lee on the project, originally called Defenders, focused on the NFL with an eye towards extending it out to MLB, NBA, and the NHL.
However, the NFL deal fell apart for unspecified reasons.
Six years later, a similar project entailing the transformation of team mascots into superheroes from Chargin and Shapiro, including the participation of Lee, gained steam.
This time, Asherson says he was shut out.
Asherson claims that Guardian Media Entertainment, SLG Entertainment, Chargin, and Shapiro have breached an oral joint venture agreement, committed promissory estoppel and fraud, and breached fiduciary duties by cutting him out of the NHL deal. He's seeking imposition of a constructive trust and further exemplary and punitive damages. "The claim has no merit and I intend to defend it vigorously," says Shapiro.
Since first being introduced at the 2011 NHL All-Star Game, the Guardian Project has been heating up. In June, NBCU entered into a venture agreement with Guardian Media for the possible creation of graphic novels, television series and movies. NBCU was given an equity stake in Guardian in exchange for promotion.
Meanwhile, the sports-themed-superhero idea has inspired Lee in other ways. Last year for ESPN The Magazine, Lee created superheroes based on professional basketball superstars. At the time, it was hailed as innovative synergy between Disney (owner of ESPN) and its new subsidiary Marvel."

It would also appear that that NBC Universal has taken special interest in the Project and it's success, in handing development to it's own Awards Winning Film Production company in Carnival Films which it also owns.
"Carnival has an outstanding reputation for creating work of the highest calibre over the past 35 years. Its critically acclaimed work has been broadcast around the world, garnering over 200 award wins and nominations, including Emmys®, Golden Globes, BAFTAs, Oscars and TONYs."

Looks to be great potential here! By the looks of things, it could get really interesting for the company very soon.
Very interesting for sure. Some very big names tied to it with a ton of the very best and the most powerful Anti-Trust Law Firms in the world representing them. All I can say is Wow! Looks to be good for the Fighters and definitely for the Industry overall.

I think there is still a chance we will see something out of this one at some point. I know many of us are hoping and there are good reasons to believe we may see something and hopefully in not too long, but it is truly a waiting game.
Who knows now with Bellator shaking things up with huge Viacom backing and posturing for an even bigger swing into the market, this may jar the whole Industry and you never know could wake a previous sleeping giant. Interest in Bellator is only growing with over 120 shows behind them and WSOF on NBC has been only been growing as well. Lots of room for growth and many industry people as well as fans beginning to clamor for the days of old beyond 1 show trying to control the entire Industry with almost entirely only self Promotion of itself rather than the guys doing the Fighting and then putting on a ton of at best mediocre Fights with a handful of fights that matter.
Hope things are well for you as well. I hope everyone else are doing well as well.
Peace,
CB
That is quite an interesting development for Bellator!
