Attourneys Arguments were heard
Court hearing concluded without a ruling
Judge took it all in and asked no questions. Asked about the next scheduled Omnibus hearing (June 22nd) and said she was taking the matter was "under advisement". I think she wanted to know if the texas action was to be moved to DC or not.
She listened to it all without saying much. I'm still reading a personality issue into her vocal pattern. There's not much there, but she didn't seem happy to be addressing the JPM lawyer a second time.
Wamu lawyers spoke first and focused on how inappropriate the JPM case citations were, and on the fact that their issues were very specific. I didn't sense any reluctance to hear what they had to say.
There was some mention of the CASH turnover even though it was not on the agenda for the day. The judge was impatient with this, a little bit, but when it came down to a request to callendar the matter, she was OK with it.
Just a lot of talk. No real ruling on the 2004 issue. But not much to make JPM feel comfortable.
