Wasn't there a PR stating NO R/S?
Just remember, this "clown" has an empty plant in Durant, half and truck stop, closing on an abandoned gas station and our money. This thing "is going to blast off soon!"
What do you mean "new baby"? This started back in 2005. I would think we'd be closer to break even after 4 years.
NOW we are gettin some goood technical information! Just need a magic 8 ball and a crystal ball to seal the deal.
What is going to happen over the next 12 months? I've been here for almost 2-1/2 yrs and have seen this stock drop beyond depths I've ever encountered. Please tell me something good is about to happen....and not some service stations. From what I've read a gas station takes about 3-5 yrs to break even and a successful station makes about $100k per year.
I don't think Willie Nelson has a direct vested interest in EVFL. When he resigned from the board, he lost his shares in the company. I don't know what his interest in the truck stop are at this point. Morgan Freeman is the last Hollywood person I saw with any stock in the company.
To make biodiesel you have to have installed equipment and storage tanks for raw material and finished product. My understanding is that the Durant plant does not have the equipment anymore. Is evolution a distribution company now?
Also ask about plans for the Durant facility. I understand the building is almost empty. Is new equipment being purchased for manufacturing? What is the plan at this point for manufacturing biodiesel?
The news about retrofitting the plant for yellow grease was news back in late 2007. Has anybody seen activity around the plant lately? I remember news about the fire suppression system having problems around that time too.
Are the millions worth in assets the Durant plant? If so, why is it not refining product to be sold?
Not sure what you are telling me with the post of the news about plans for 1MM gallons storage.
I believe the Durant plant is stated having a capacity of 10 million gallons a year. To increase to 100 million would take more than the $40 you have budgetted to get the plant going. Plus I believe it would take a much bigger operation than the site can handle....storage tanks, rail car siding, ect. But I like that you have a plan outline.....maybe you should be the CEO!
Doesn't the veg oil and biodiesel have a shelf life? So it is real speculation to think you can buy low and wait for the oil prices to rise before you refine.
If they are producing now it is news to me. Last I heard many months ago, they had a contract with a grease supplier and planned on modifying the plant for the new raw material. Have not heard any progress on the plant functioning since. Does anybody have news on the plant operations?
That is great news! Where is EVFL producing fuels? And do they have distribution beyond Carl's Corner?
Will the Durant plant be refining yellow grease?
Imho Pimp I still think a hugh step is being skipped. How is EBOF going to make money? They don't have a plant to produce ethanol or refine biodiesel. To build or buy plants will take a lot of money. They've burned through investors and grant money a few years ago. Investors need to be paid back along with other debt. If EBOF is going to be a middleman / broker, I believe the profit margins are going to be very slim for them. I want these guys to succeed. It would be nice to know about a game plan.
Where is EBOF getting the ethanol?
The article also states that production will be out of the Durant plant after modifications. Does Earth have the money it needs for the modifications? And have they started working again on the plant?
I don't understand how you are tying the price of oil with the increase share price for EBOF. Right now EBOF cannot produce any biodiesel. Do you have some "inside" information?
I have tried to call and talk to them....but nobody seems to ever be available to answer questions at this time!
Maybe this isn't the place to ask questions but I'll try again. I thought the experts were on board....the Dr. from Brasil is supposed to be the top expert in the world with patents and designs to build plants (according to the SEC filings). Where is he?
Wasn't the latest plan to produce biodiesel from yellow grease in the Durant plant? Is that the plan that is coming together? As far as EBOF being a product producer, has anybody heard what is going to happen? I guess the new truck stops are a good start towards distribution, but that is a very small income source.
Just trying to get a fix on this company
Past press releases stated that the Durant plant would be refining yellow grease. EBOF had a contract with a supplier of yellow grease and that EBOF would be retrofitting the plant for this change. But haven't heard anything lately except for the problem with the alcohol fire safety system and that the plant hasn't been run since 2007.
Can you really rely on 50% ownership of a handful of truck stops to be the income for EBOF? It would be much better if EBOF were supplying the biodiesel but the Durant plant is shut down. Has anybody driven by the plant lately and seen any activity?
What news do you have about this comany? How are they producing? The Durant plant is not running as far as I've seen. Do they have another producer they are buying from? And I thought they sold the shares of LNG. Do they have distributors to sell the product?
With the tens or even hundreds of millions of dollars invested and granted to EBOF with nothing to show, I can't believe they will qualify to receive any money from the stimulous packages. I believe EBOF will have to show some kind of plan for the use of the money to be used for producing alternate fuels, which they obviously cannot do at this point.
I guess I still don't get it. EBOF stated months ago they contracted receipt of yellow grease to convert to biodiesel. But the plant cannot refine the yellow grease without changes and additional equipment. The Bio Willie name is no longer associated with EBOF and they only own 50% of a truck stop....that they are not even supplying! So where does the good news come from? I truely would like to know.
I thought they had the ultimate proven leader with the Dr. from Brasil? What happened to that guy? According to the SEC filings he was a partner in EBOF and was going to build the plant in Durant. Is that plant really locked tight? Is there anything in there? Don't they owe lots of people money for "building" that plant?
