I've been playing TDLPQ for the past few weeks for some nice gains. Wild fluctuations typical of a Q in pps. I expect another run to at least .18 in anticipation of a 7/26 court date. DD says largest creditor is also a shareholder and working for recovery for commons. Qs are always risky, proceed with caution and dust off your pacer accounts to be ahead of the game.
some relevant DD from a poster over there:

thanks for clarification
Yup, that's what I saw. On that docket report it indicated there was a PDF attchment that I could not access. Were you able to view the PDF?
I checked pacer before I left for a meeting at 7am and there was a docket posted - looks like it will be continued until 7/26 court date.
I picked up position today as well. Sorry for bid whacking. I like cheaper shares.
Anyway there were two objections to the sale filed this week by the US Trustee (docket #21) and Matthew J. Riopelle of Foley & Lardner, LLP on behalf of Alexej Ladonnikov (docket #20). Their was a pretty scathing (as scathing a legalease can be) reply (docket #24) from Solomon Ward Seidenwurn and Smith LLP. Section I titled: THE OPPOSITIONS REFUSE TO ACCEPT REALITY AND OFFER NO SUBSTANCE TO CREDITORS AND SHAREHOLDERS.
Section II nugs: If this deal is not approved by the deadlines of July 20 and July 31 for closing, the purchaser will walk away from the deal period. The shareholders are mentioned as well “From the perspective of those charged with the duty to preserve and maximize value of this knife-edged, insolvent company, taking a deal which would, if reasonable conditions are met, provide cash to pay creditors claims and potentially provide a shareholder recovery is not only prudent, their failure to snap at it would have no doubt been met with a chorus of claims of malfeasance”
Transdel has been looking for a deal for 2 years now. And here it is. Creditors don’t like it. Especially distasteful I’m sure of any shareholder recovery. The deal has to go through. Go Judge Bowie.
I am soo flippin busy right now and would love to go through all the court docs. But I am a little slow on the comprehension side of legalease. Thanks to that jaxstraw character for posting excerpts from earlier dockets - those deadheads can be diligent. Anyone feel like researching Judge Bowie decisions or dusting off their pacer account? $.08 per page to view.
Good luck to all and if I don’t respond to you, don’t take offense, I am pretty busy with stuff right now.
Well, for starters Joe C said he was speaking with Mineseekers and maintaining a relationship with them in his PR the other day. Somebody is not being on the up and up about dealing with Mineseekers, I'm gonna say Joe "toast" Canouse is the liar. JMO.
"In particular, we have been in discussions with the principals of Mineseekers in efforts to maintain that relationship and clear up misunderstandings regarding Quasar it may have been led to believe."
Me too, Owens could feel the Joe-mentum if he can just "Think Pink" all the way!
Me too, we are so fortunate to have a transparent CEO. I mean what other company has a CEO that would resort to posting on pink sheet stock message boards to pump? It's brilliant and other CEOs should take notice. I notice not a peep on these boards from other CEOs, what a missed opportunity for them! Only professionals of the highest integrity would engage shareholders the way Joe Canouse has! Go Joe! I'm "Thinking Pink" all the way!
thanks for the heads up, got it and pleased with the message.
The initial response I received from the group went in my spam folder too. The new e-mail addy messages went right to my inbox.
An active company with revenues, products, and a future? Wasn't this a dormant shell?
Thanks, just sent my info !
What exactly did you mean when you said "QASP is toast"?
What do you think Joe meant when he said "qasp is toast'?
I'm not sure what all that means but I do know that fargotube is a product of F3 Technologies (FTCH) whose IR/Finance guy is James Canouse.
damn!
WOW! thanks for that great news!
I think I am going to join you in a little profit taking today too. I have held thru countless highs and lows from as low as .19. Will keep half on the table. Great day, congrats to all.
By that logic, Obama did not kill Bin Laden and Bin Laden did not kill the thousands of Americans on 9/11. But Bin Laden did give the orders, masterminded the plan. Obama gave the orders and from all accounts I've read, was quite the decision maker thru the process. Obama should address his progressive base and admit something - though he campaigned on closing gitmo, when in office he realized the leads gitmo was producing and should acknowledge he changed his mind and continued the Bush gitmo policy with good reason. I'm not a fan, but I think Rush Limbaugh of all people said it best yesterday:
"Ladies and gentlemen, we need to open the program today by congratulating President Obama," Limbaugh said. "President Obama has done something extremely effective and when he does, this needs to be pointed out. President Obama has continued the Bush policies of keeping a military presence in the Middle East. He did not scrub the mission to get Bin Laden. In fact, it may be that President Obama single-handedly came up with the technique in order to pull this off."
"You see the military wanted to go in there and bomb. They always do. They wanted to go in there and drop missiles and launch bombs. A number of totally destructive techniques here. But President Obama, perhaps the only qualified member in the room to deal with this, insisted on the Special Forces. No one else thought of that. President Obama. Not a single intelligence adviser, not a single national security adviser, not a single military adviser came up with the idea of using SEAL Team 6 or any Special Forces," Limbaugh said, with what some are saying is a slight tinge of sarcasm in his delivery.
"Our military wanted to go in there and just scorch the earth," Limbaugh continued, "but President Obama single-handedly understood what was at stake here. He alone understood the need to get DNA to prove the death ... it was President Obama single-handedly and alone who came up with the strategy that brought about the effective assassination of Osama bin Laden," the radio host said, concluding, "Thank God for President Obama."
FD: me & the husband are on the jameson 12 in celebration, i'm feeling a little saucy
Turn on news, pres will speak shortly. apparent drone strike last week. they got the body and did dna test to make sure....just in time to pre-empt the boardroom scene of this weeks celebrity apprentice! hysterical!
BIN LADEN IS DEAD! WooooooHoooooo!
I am not claiming short squeeze. Never have. I hear you though Simplicio but have to say I am more of a Galileo ala Dialogue gal which is not a direct counter to your Occam citation but feel appropriate to cite as I feel many here have been convicted of a "grave suspicion of heresy" by being positive about the stock. But before I too am put on the index of fobidden or limited posters which I feel is inevitable, I'd say the pockets of many good people were allowed to be emptied by said good people. Clever is the last thing I'd call this. Groupthink, herd mentality maybe but nowhere near clever. Seriously pledging allegiance to a "team" on a message board? I did well on this stock, some didn't, and some still hold out hopes in spite of the majority silly negative opinions on this board.
I don't want to respond here anymore, at least for now, the tone and authority on this board has done well to discourage me from particpating in message board banter. Kudos well deserved. Good luck to all. FD: gonna ride my remaining sub penny shares out, they've paid for themselves since I decided to sell some to cover the cost of my initial investment. And I was never part of the "team".
I completely agree with your sentiment "Things are not, and have never been, as they seemed."
Good luck to you and try to stay away from herd mentality type scams. You might have actually made money on this stock like me.
I was more referring to refineries being built. And they need to be built close as possible to the source. Rigs and wells you can't see are one thing but would you like a refinery next to your house? The problem is we need more refineries IMO.
WTF? scumbag
yuppers. In the US half of the people live within 50 miles of the coasts. No one wants their coasts in the east & west spoiled even if it could save them tons of $. Same thing with wind farms out in the oceans spoiling views. I would take windmill views anyday. Then I'd have enough $$ for gas to do a national parks tour in the us like I always wanted to do.
we could really use more refineries. I think the last one built in US was in the late 70's. Eco nuts (like that term, I'm taking it)can lobby like any other interest group but you will be hard pressed to have those with the cash to plunk down on coastal homes approve a refinery. SD had chance I thought to build one but they went with Petco Park baseball stadium. Didn't that used to be a gas refinery? You can have all the oil in the world in your backyard but we need to be able to refine it.
$3.85 today in center city philadelphia. ouch. I don't drive much (38k miles on an 8 yr old ride) and when I do gas up, I usually go to jersey and load up on liquor & gas. both are way cheaper. paid $3.66 jersey gas last weekend.
makes perfect sense lol. just get me to those triple zeros, the lowest I have been able to get was .004s.
thank you. This I have definitely seen and what I was referring to. Do you happen to have the whole document for me to look at? I am dying to read the whole thing. Why take such a damning piece of evidence and only scan/post the bottom siggy?
ok, you're right some still want something to happen (like 5 people?) - it happens in pennyland. but i have been on boards where people want something to happen - and it usually more than 5 or 10 people. i mean, these are the pinks/otc. currently, this is being pumped on a kindergarten level here on ihub. negative posters are in every stock, this one is just bizarre.
and just what is with that document jerry williams signed as an agent of cdiv that is posted here from time to time? anyone know what that full document says? surely the SEC or someone has it/is aware of it but it's been a while since that has been floated around here. anyone have a screeen shot of that whole document? I am dying to know what that is.
i really thought only those on the screen could see me and my 3 yo sticking his tongue out at everyone. lol. first video conference. duh. not a detractor, just lurker but def a new (2011) shareholder.
you forgot "when you're in battle, you throw a bomb"
so embarrased, off video now.
in!
haha, thanks
Nice! Fishtowner season ticket holder here. Go Birds! That Miami game on Dec. 11th is lookin like a nice road trip this year. NFL just released the would-be schedule today. We'll see if one greedy group can make nice with the other greedy group and give us a season.
