Why don’t you!
What about JPM selling off the Washington Mutual Headquarter building in the state of Washington, stealing valuable works of art (probably now in Jaime’s penthouse on 5th Avenue in NYC) etc. Is that even legal? How can you sell something that you don’t have title to? Those properties belonged to WMI not WAMU. I guess those crook’s at JPM in concert with the US government believe that if enough time goes by no one will remember. Why aren’t some of these people in jail?
JPM found 😜 $30 billion in the rubble of WAMU! Who should this $30 billion belong to? Certainly not JPM.
Why with such great financials and the analysts expected future price predictions of COOP shares, why would “nobody have (has) the balls to buy?” Does that even make sense to you?
In my opinion, absolutely nothing!
Originally I believe it was to pay off the debt from the Civil War.
A very peculiar question indeed. Examples are peace, happiness, nature, a stress free existence certainly not wealth and possessions. The love of money and possessions, in my opinion, are character flaws. Also keep in mind the saying “you can’t take it with you” must frustrate those who are in love with wealth and possessions that they must leave behind as they pass into the afterlife (if there is such a thing).
I’m sure that they would provide you with useful information. They have had almost 16 years to do so and yet we’re still waiting!
How is it possible that the share price of COOP at 9:50 AM EST is below yesterday’s closing price? I’m sure someone here has an explanation.
COOP 78.89 -0.59 -0.74%
You should ask AZCowboy. He may know since he has read all the documents and, therefore, is the most informed on this board. In my opinion, if he doesn’t know all bets are off.
Obviously you’re fixated on this. Keep up your good work and can we please move on. Good luck to you!
You just wasted a post!
WAMU was solvent!
Distressed loans in what sense? To me a distressed loan would have a high probability of default. Are you suggesting that COOP’s business model is to hope a borrower defaults on their mortgage so that COOP can foreclose on their property as JPM has done. If that is so, in my opinion, it’s a terrible way to do business. I certainly hope that that’s not the case.
I’m not saying that the share price of COOP won’t rise, however, how much confidence should we have in these predictions? What is the track record of these analysts that are making these predictions? Remember how corrupt the ratings agencies (S&P and Moody’s) were reported to be years ago! That was a contributing factor that led us to where we are today
I certainly hope that you’re right!
Unfortunately, what you’re suggesting, is not human nature. Money greed is the name of the game!
I’m enjoying your new writing style! Keep it up.
You are correct. However, as I wrote in my post, I never said that it was brought up by the company. It was just someone’s speculation that never materialized!
I know that this hasn’t come up for some time, however, what ever happened to COOP paying dividends? I know of a poster (not to mention a name, he knows who he is) who mentioned that this would happen years ago and was again brought up not too long ago. Any idea!
It’s how a pendulum swings!
Who asked you?
In my opinion, you think too highly of yourself!
Again, as always, this post needs a translation!
I didn’t expect anything else from you. You confirmed what I always believed. Take care!
Look into your crystal ball and tell us what you see!
You’re joking for sure!
I’ve been trying many years now without any luck! It borders on hopelessness.
No, it’s so typical of his posts. You need an enigma machine to decipher what he’s posting. Welcome to the club!
Please, it’s not my intention to be belligerent; seriously. Unfortunately you insist on taking it to next level but I won’t indulge. I’m sorry it came to this. With all due respect, take care!
