Been following this board for awhile now, but this is my first post here and I have to say that I like what I see so far! I hope that we continue to pick up new board followers along the way as Invivo progresses forward with their study! Excellent day today, and I believe that this is just the beginning of great things to come for Invivo and its investors!

Yeah I am not sure on that, I really don't think you need to drain the battery completely. In fact like you said being that it is lithium that would not be the case.

Thanks Les, yes I know you can refill these cartridges. You can even refill them with the oil/juice from a dispensary as well.

I have had several folks tell me the same thing. They love the flavors of the vitaCigs, but would be nice if they sold some with nicotine in it. Without that it was a no sell for them. Maybe they could branch off in this direction. They could almost use it as a smoking cessation aid. Use the juice with nicotine first then graduate to the juice with no nicotine.

Yes it looks cool and stylish. Not sure why they didn't address the status of the battery. That would have made it just about perfect. The only way you know it needs charging is when it blinks 8 times kind of similar to the 2.0/2.5. Not much juice after that. Well I guess they were trying to keep cost under $100... A battery status indicator may have put it over possibly. Does anyone know if the vitaCig e pens have an indicator? Possibly the light around the power button changes colors as the battery loses power? A friend of mine had one that did that and I thought now that's cool!

The Rick Ross model is no different than the reg. 3.0's. The reason I got that one is for the look. I like the gold touch, not because of him. I also bought a couple of the raws for gifts for friends and they look pretty cool as well.

In my Fidelity account it is listed as mCig spinoff shares. It should not have a dollar amount attached to it but should show your amount of shares.

It very well may be a father and son venture MD. Either way I am glad they came out the closet. lol Now maybe we can put that whole "who is Paul Rosenberg thing" to rest. I see us gaining a little traction here.

Loving my new "Boss"3.0 btw. It looks cool and extrudes quality! And man does this thing vape! I don't think that there is anything out there in any price range that can touch this vape! I have the vitaCig premium kit, but haven't had a chance to use it yet. That looks like quality as well!

I hear ya! It is amazing but the company has actually made this new mCig from customer feedback.

Also, I think this issue with call backs is being blown way out of proportion. I know it is out of the mCig ordinary, but I genuinely believe mCig is reaching out trying to improve customer relations that's all.

They obviously are trying to improve customer service. Also, they would like you feedback. Maybe it is inconvenient for you right now, but I see it as a positive.

Charging my Boss right now for the recommended 6 hr. initial charge then I will give it a try. I am already convinced just by the feel and look for of it plus the packaging and all the other positive posts that this is the real deal. My only other vape is a Arizer Solo, which I am very happy with, but not so much for on the go. That's why I liked the 2.0 so much, because it is very convenient and portable, but as we all know more of a burner. The Arizer Solo is one of the best portable vapes for under $200, but I think this new mCig 3 will be my go to vape now.

Also received my premium vitaCig kit at the same time and the initial impression here is quality as well.

Whoa no worries.... Ultimately it is my fault and no one else's. We will recover eventually. I really don't think mCig intentionally tried to mislead people.... hope all of this, as well as info recently acquired on Paul doesn't hurt us more than it already has.

That's interesting Jay, I don't think there is any connection with you card being used and her call. She told me that my order would be split into 2, so we will see if that is the case. Sorry to hear of that happening btw.

Both my vitaCig premium kit and mCig 3.0's shipped a couple of days ago. I lady by the the name of Madeline I believe called me to confirm my order and thanked me for being a valued customer...... I told her I was also a shareholder and she thanked me again. I also addressed some issues such as customer service and response time with her and she agreed with me that customer services is very important. She said the company realizes they need improvement in this area and she says that is why she is here. She also said I could call her if I had any issues or questions..... Sweet!

I told her that I almost fell over when they called me! She was a very pleasant person and we had a nice conversation. I expressed how I was excited to try the new mCig 3.0 and was telling her I hoped that it was comparable to a Pax. She said she thought it rivaled the Pax and was even better. I said good to hear, and especially at that price there is no comparison!

All good stuff to hear! I can't wait to get mine! Will report on it when I do!

NoI have Fidelity as well and I don't see it on their mobile app. Fidelity is not as quick with updates as some other brokers. If we don't have it as of now we probably won't see it till Monday.

Yep that is why I called those who are supposed to know about this stuff. We are creeping up again, wonder if people are realizing they can't sell prior till 28th for div.

Btw fidelity told me they have no info on this as of yet. However they said if the record date was set for the 28th you cannot sell before then.

Ok just got off the phone again with a fidelity rep and he told me that one must hold those shares that were purchased prior to 11/25/14 (x-date) thru the 28th if that is the record date, in order to receive div.

Final word on that

It is all very confusing but Retodd is right they need a dedicated PR person or firm that knows what they are doing to handle things.

I confirmed with fidelity investments that if you bought yesterday you do not qualify for div.

Tommy I just called fidelity to verify what has already been said and they also confirmed that today does not count to get the div.

Once the reviews start coming in and people hear that it really vapes, it will be the go to vape pen. It is a great value still at this price if it can handle (vape) all the different products without a lot of fuss. I can't wait to get one or two!

Yes and plus they are in the process of developing CBD and possibly full THC juice as well! We should be hearing about this as well soon!
