Both my vitaCig premium kit and mCig 3.0's shipped a couple of days ago. I lady by the the name of Madeline I believe called me to confirm my order and thanked me for being a valued customer...... I told her I was also a shareholder and she thanked me again. I also addressed some issues such as customer service and response time with her and she agreed with me that customer services is very important. She said the company realizes they need improvement in this area and she says that is why she is here. She also said I could call her if I had any issues or questions..... Sweet!

I told her that I almost fell over when they called me! She was a very pleasant person and we had a nice conversation. I expressed how I was excited to try the new mCig 3.0 and was telling her I hoped that it was comparable to a Pax. She said she thought it rivaled the Pax and was even better. I said good to hear, and especially at that price there is no comparison!

All good stuff to hear! I can't wait to get mine! Will report on it when I do!
