F3 Technologies, Inc. CEO Discusses Strategy for Remainder of 2009
ALPHARETTA, GA, May 29, 2009 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- F3 Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: FTCH) CEO Frank Connor opens up about some of the company's strategies and goals for the remainder of 2009.
For the remainder of 2009 F3 Technologies will continue to revolutionize the way users and business use the Internet. With a clear market trend pointing towards increased adoption of software-as-a-service (SaaS) and cloud computing applications, the company is positioned well to capitalize on growing business opportunities in the community, business, and entertainment industries. CEO Frank Connor has set forth an aggressive development schedule for the team with an eye on bringing several new revenue generating products to market before the close of 2009.
In the next few months the company will be launching three new products on its Ascend platform to attract new business customers.
Ascend SkyBox (http://www.ascendskybox.com) will seamlessly combine a company's website, inventory management, point of sale, and CRM under one online umbrella. Companies will no longer have to run four independent platforms to accomplish the basic business functions of growing sales, processing orders, tracking product inventory, and managing and marketing to their customer base.
Ascend Insight will unlock the creative side of a company's workforce and let it identify the innovative ideas that will help catapult it to the next level.
Ascend Share will automate the distribution of information throughout a business and keep everybody in tune on company projects and strategies.
Throughout most of 2008 and 2009 the company has been very aggressive in launching the Interaction Community System product and is very pleased by its current functionality levels. Although development for Interaction will continue indefinitely, all core functionality will be in place by the end of June 2009 signaling the end of the Interaction 2.0 development cycle.
The company plans to target a wider range of community types including cities and other municipalities, mega churches, companies (employees and consumers), universities, PTAs, and property management companies. The company will also be launching a stripped down version of Interaction later in the year to compete directly with other social networking sites like Facebook and MySpace.
FargoTube will see major development start back up in July 2009 with a re-launch expected in late August 2009. The re-launch will mark a targeted effort towards the entertainment industry with a new spin on how to best monetize video content on the web. Multiple FargoTube spin-offs are expected before the close of 2009. Details on these new product offerings will be revealed at the appropriate times.
With the new product offerings and sales efforts forthcoming, the company and its management are highly confident we will be able to show continued growth throughout the 2009 and 2010 calendar years.

F3 Technologies Reaching Company Milestones
ATLANTA, Apr 30, 2009 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- F3 Technologies Inc., (OTCPK: FTCH) an Atlanta based Software as a Service (SaaS) company, is pleased to announce that it has hit significant milestones during the month of April.
Milestone #1 - Interaction Establishes a Footprint in 5 U.S. States and Mexico
Over the last few months, the team at F3 has been working at a feverish pace developing our Ascend Global Business System while simultaneously launching the Interaction Community System in several HOAs. Since our last update to shareholders, we have added two more states and Mexico.
CEO Frank Connor stated: "We are very pleased with the initial results of our soft launch of Interaction in HOAs and even more pleased with the wide geographical area that the HOAs encompass. We are now opening the door much wider by targeting other significant community groups such as churches, schools, and school-sponsored organizations. Based on the acceptance rates we have encountered during the soft launch period we predict that Interaction could be used by 100,000 users or more before year's end."
Milestone #2 - Coastal Publications contract has potential to Generate $75,000 Per Month through Advertising Revenue
In regards to the Coastal Group deal alone, F3 expects advertising revenue to reach $75,000 per month once fully implemented, a goal that both Coastal and F3 are working toward daily. This monthly revenue estimate has been provided to us by Coastal and is based on their long history of working with advertisers.
"We are on course to achieve full company profitability before 2010 through this deal alone," stated Connor. "These numbers represent Coastal's reach into Dade County homes and do not factor in the potential we have through Coastal in the other counties where they have a presence. Coastal has been a wonderful business partner to work with and they are taking our Interaction product and really running with it."
Milestone #3 - Ascend Global Business System Reaches State of Readiness for Soft Launch
During the months of May and June, F3 plans to launch parts of the Ascend Global Business System into several Atlanta area businesses.
"The CRM marketplace is unlimited," said Connor. "The F3 product with the greatest money-making potential for us is far and away the Ascend Global Business System. I am thrilled that we are now at the point where this product will enter the marketing phase."
Connor concluded: "F3 would like to thank those investors that have contacted us to request a demonstration of Interaction to their HOA or community group. We want to encourage more of this and will gladly set up a time to present to your HOA or other groups. All of us here at F3 believe that we're part of something special that is starting to come to fruition."
"It is my commitment to shareholders to gain their trust through transparency, hard work, and progress. As of today our share structure remains unchanged at approximately 47M shares outstanding and 17.5M shares in the float. I commit to continue updating our stakeholders concerning our achievements through press releases, twitter updates, and video conferences."

F3 Technologies Inks Strategic Partnership With Online Payment Processing Firm Paymenting, LLC
ATLANTA, GA, Jun 29, 2009 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- F3 Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: FTCH) announced today that it has signed a strategic partnership with online payment solutions provider Paymenting, LLC of Woodstock, IL effective July 1, 2009. This partnership enables Paymenting, LLC to resell and deploy the Interaction Community System (InteractionCS) exclusively throughout the State of Illinois which will in turn integrate with Paymenting's payment processing solutions for any and all financial transactions that take place within the System.
Frank Connor, CEO of F3 Technologies, had this to say about Paymenting, "Payment processing is a vital feature within the Interaction Community System. This feature enables users of all levels to make and/or receive payments online such as HOA dues, donations, contributions, vendor payments and taxes etc. via ACH (direct debit from bank) and/or credit card transactions. Paymenting has shown us a very efficient way to handle these payments. Their ACH and Credit Card solutions will offer our users a low cost alternative to sites like PayPal. Once we integrate their lockbox solution, we'll be able say to our customers 'Use our system and never enter a check again.' We will truly be an all-in-one solution for Community Associations."
Casey Clark, CEO of Paymenting, LLC, states, "We've been working in the Community Management industry for a few years, and we haven't seen an online management tool nearly as robust as InteractionCS. No other product on the market offers such an extensive networking application, management tools, and a full accounting suite. By adding our payment solutions, InteractionCS is now that much further ahead of the competition."
An ever increasing number of people are turning to the internet as a means to conduct certain banking transactions. It is estimated that over 60,000,000 people in the US alone bank online. The Interaction Community System along with strategic partners such as Paymenting, LLC offers its users the tools to make online payments, receive payments, make donations, contributions, reservation and much, much more.

F3 Technologies Signs Major Contract for Its Interaction Community System
ATLANTA, GA, Apr 21, 2009 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- F3 Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: FTCH) is extremely pleased to announce that it has signed a deal with Coastal Group Publications, Inc., the leading HOA newsletter publisher in South Florida. The deal gives this established and influential publisher the rights to fully market and deploy the Interaction Community System into any and all HOA communities in South Florida. The Coastal Group Publication deal was arranged via Interaction's exclusive deal with Expert Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EXPU)
Coastal Group caters to over 15,000 homeowners in the South Florida market. Through this contract with F3's Interaction, they now possess the tools to expand both their business as well as Interaction's business at a greatly accelerated rate.
Over the last few weeks the Interaction team has traveled to south Florida, presenting to many of the communities that Coastal Group already works with. The reception of the Interaction System by these HOA communities has been excellent to say the least. With Coastal Group already in the households of over 15,000 people representing several different HOAs, it provides F3 with immediate credibility and should create a huge footprint for Interaction in South Florida.
"This is a landmark deal for us here at F3 Technologies," stated Frank Connor, CEO of F3 Technologies. "F3 stands to achieve full profitability through this deal before the end of the year. I look forward to providing our valued investors with firm projections and actual hard revenue numbers related to this deal in the near future."
Connor continued: "I am not really sure who is more excited about this agreement -- Coastal Group or F3 -- basically the revenue share agreement is going to benefit both companies tremendously."
Mark Valdes, CEO of Coastal Group Publications said, "We have been a major player in South Florida market for several years and have been seeking an opportunity to expand our business by providing more to our very valued clients. Over the years we have been presented with several opportunities to work with us but when we were approached by F3 Technologies and presented with the Interaction Community System we were blown away. Interaction had all the tools in one complete system that we have been seeking and now we can't wait to start expanding our business by deploying this state of the art system to our current and future clientele."

F3 Technologies, Inc. Signs Major Contract Covering Four States and the District of Columbia
F3 Technologies Inc. Signs Model Authorized Agent Commissioned Sales Network Marketing Agreement
ALPHARETTA, Ga., Jun 04, 2009 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- F3 Technologies Inc. (OTCPK: FTCH) announces the successful conclusion of a full month of negotiations with a privately owned diversified services and marketing company in Rockwall, TX, to establish a model authorized agent commissioned sales network across Texas, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and the District of Columbia, including express focus on government sales. This marketing model is anticipated to be rapidly reapplied across most English speaking countries over the next 18 months producing a global network of authorized sales agents. The authorized agent network will be in parallel with a separate reseller network and also in parallel with direct Internet based sales giving F3 Technologies Inc., three competing sales strategies. This first authorized agent agreement is effective July 1, 2009 with many other such agreements anticipated to rapidly follow as quickly as suitable marketing companies can be identified and local agreements negotiated.
Texas, which has a mandatory HOA requirement for developers, has more than 20,000 home owner associations (HOA) as listed in a legislative report in 2006, for which the initial Interaction Community Systems product was specifically designed to serve, and the combined areas of VA, DE, MD and DC have a similar volume of HOAs and condominium associations, all together representing over 8 million HOA member households. The marketing company will also be looking to reapply the Interaction product to churches, labor unions, community soccer leagues, political organizations, expatriate organizations, certain retail organizations and other suitable entities. Entire small towns could conceivably also become users. Any large membership organization or an organization having high volumes of organized activities, volunteers or even recurring retail patrons is an ideal candidate user entity.
Minimum gross revenue projections for this agreement for the remainder of 2009 are quite modest, estimated at $100,000 largely due to ramp up; however, in 2010 revenue projections are anticipated to increase 10x to $1 million. These are quite conservative figures as the total market potential in these market areas may be more than 50x to 100x greater. While the marketing agreement and the projections above focus upon the Interaction product, in fact the marketing agreement enables authorized agent sales of all F3 Technologies Inc, products, notably the Ascend(TM) Global Business System which can be marketed to the same clients as the Interaction product as well as to general business. The marketing company has already begun advertising for sales agents in all market areas and will expand the sales force appropriately to have a viable marketplace presence.
Frank Connor, CEO of F3 Technologies states, "We have been working on this particular deal for several weeks which should give investors an idea of how important we felt it was to finalize it. Within this agreement alone and through this 'agent' we will now have a sales force in place in four states and the District of Columbia to market and sell both Interaction and Ascend products. This Agent has put in self-imposed sales objectives to reach $500,000 in the calendar year 2011 or loose their exclusivities and we were more than eager to agree with them. It was very encouraging to see this Agent put these mandatory sales goals in place of $500,000 because we feel that this is a goal that they more than comfortable in hitting or else they would not have suggested it. This is the second strategic 'Agent' agreement that we have executed thus far. While we continue to secure similar type deals we are very excited about this one in particular because it encompasses such a huge territory and has defined sales objectives that we both seek to meet and surpass."

nice posting history
c'mon F3 lets get an update
well i'm sure someone else going through the MM you are using for the sell, has a sell lower than .16
i can think of only a few things that spread like RTGV's B/A
"Bulkowski estimates the double bottom has a failure rate of 64%, which he terms surprisingly high.If an investor waits for a valid breakout, however, the failure rate declines to 3%. The double bottom is a pattern, therefore, that requires close study for correct identification."
it looks like a double bottom at .03. i think .035 & .031 were too far apart to count as a double bottom.
"Divergences between the Accumulation/Distribution indicator and the price of the security indicate the upcoming change of prices. As a rule, in case of such divergences, the price tendency moves in the direction in which the indicator moves. Thus, if the indicator is growing, and the price of the security is dropping, a turnaround of price should be expected."

is that normal for onbalance to go down but A/D go up??
bingo bango bongo he don't wanna leave the congo

uhhh huh alright alright alright
BxA all over the place
TDA's take on the vol:
what do we need for bullish engulfing, .0559?
no i think we need to start planting clones
the portion of the float not locked up by longs and legacy now... i say less than 5mil now
ha, that was more like bending the tree OVER
can we get a bullish engulfing candle please???
perhaps the dip, IF it was fake, was intented to simply jump-start the stagnant volume back into the multi-million range. and if it was REAL, then this stock is way stronger than i thought it was
i'll need salt peter
where did those shares come from??? i'm glad who ever that was doesn't have the power to do that again any time soon! does the T/A know instantaneously when the O/S is increased? or is it something like the next day
